The chicken fried steak and eggs was amazing! Some of the best gravy I've ever had at a restaurant and a huge portion of hash browns to go with it. Also got a great surprise when I got a bag of their cookies to go. They looked like chocolate chip but actually had a delicious mint flavor added to them. Definitely the gem of 20 in Oregon.

We stumbled upon this place after taking a back road through the absolute middle of nowhere.We just missed a huge storm that passed throughWe stopped here to eat and regroup.Nice little surprise of a restaurant. Just the kind I like to find while traveling.Quick, friendly service.Lots of cute signs to read while waiting for your food.The food was really good, but more than we could eat.They are famous for their fries, and they give you a TON of them.We didn't stay the night there so I don't know about the rooms.I would give it a stop if you are near there.Tell them Mark told you to stop in.It won't get you a discount, but it will make them wonder who Mark is!!!

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on our way back from Yellowstone. Let me tell you.... what a pleasant surprise!They were very very friendly, very funny, and the food was better than any other place we visited on our whole trip! 😀I highly recommend eating here!!!!!

Stopped along the way on our trip west. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the hostess was friendly and the food delicious. There was plenty of parking and lots of odds and ends in the cafe. Everyone enjoyed their meal and my wife got the largest pile of French fries I’ve seen as a side.Had to get a milkshake for the road as well.

Good home cooking and the staff is so very friendly. We stopped by to grab some food to go since we were traveling, and I didn't catch the waitresses name, but she was just amazing! Went above and beyond! Definitely stop if you have the chance.

The Oasis Cafe does not look like much on the outside and I can not speak to the Motel portion. But the Cafe is great. It is typical roadside Cafe food but in my experience the food has always tasted great and depending on what you order it is usually large portions.The service is always great as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you have time I highly recommend stopping by if you are ever traveling through this scenic area.

A true oasis in the middle of nowhere! Delicious breakfast, friendliest employees, and regulars that visit. Breakfast was beyond delicious and perfect. If i knew how big the kids 1 pancake would be, I would of got 1 to share for 3 little boys. It was fun to walk around and read all the signs and look at all the taxidermy animals. Best breakfast in all of oregon!Rooms: Looked like an rv park around back.

10 bikes rode 100 miles from Nampa I'd. Just for lunch. Had the Buffalo burger, wasn't disappointed. Was ready for a wait but the cook cranked it right out. Everyone had something different and it all looked good. Natural skin on fries. Really love the feel of the country café. The gals were friendly and attentive. Ice tea was bitter, but I'm sure I'll do that ride again.

Don't judge a book by its cover! Tammy, Scott, Morgan, Cami, Trudy, Mia, and the rest of the crew do an incredible job maintaining this place. They do their best and take care of everyone. We stayed here for over 7 months while working on a project and they treated us like family, and never complained. They always fed us, and took care of all of our needs even if we started early or worked late. The food is delicious, Cami can cook like a 5 star chef, and the hotels are kept clean/warm/cold depending on what you need. Stop and support small business, if you don't they won't be here next time you need them! Thanks everyone!

My first visit here and just stopped for coffee on a road trip. Juntura is a really small community with great people. I had a nice chat with the cafe folks. Nice enough to plan a return trip there and stay in their RV park. Tons of shade and amazing stars at night. The cafe has specials that I can't wait to enjoy. Drop in and say hello and give them a try. You'll be glad you did!

I absolutely loved the food, service, patrons, and scenery. I can't wait to pass through again. My wife had the bison and I had the Hawaiian burger with hand cut fries. Absolutely delicious.

Great customer service! A welcome sight after a long drive! We stopped for refreshments and this place didn't disappoint . The phone both outside was a fun photo op.Food & drinks: Great prices for large sized burgers and drinks

Great breakfast sandwich in a cute little town as we were passing through! We were jealous of the huge portions of platters those who were dining in got, but we had to get back on the road! Pancakes looked amazing. Service was a little slow, but understandable given there was one cook and one waitress who had the best personality. It was totally worth the wait!

Man, they give you a LOT of fries ! Got a club sandwich with fries. Good sandwich and very filling, only ate half. First time I stopped.Only place to eat between Burns and Vale. Place is dated, needs a few repairs. If you enjoy older places, this is it. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking.Parking: Parking out front of the building, but not marked. More parking along side of hwy 20. Can handle trailers and big Rigs in the main parking lot, but not more than 2-3 at a time.

The food was absolutely delicious! Real home cooking. The flavors that have all but been forgotten in a restaurant! The service and camaraderie of the people is phenomenal. I have to say every detail here is over the top perfection! If you don't stop to eat, carryout or stay here it is your loss. As for us ... we will stop here every time. Thanks you all for making our day.

If you are not stopping at the Oasis, WHY? Amazing food. My chicken bacon salad heaped on the plate, and you know I asked for a box. So good I wasn't letting any go to waste. My partner has a delicious Buffalo burger. His tots were the perfect crispy. The desserts are are made there and WONDERFUL. I had 2 ranger cookies right out the oven, yum. The cook Tammy was so nice and cooked/prepped everything perfect, and Claire our server, I wanted to take this child home. She was phenomenal!! Funny helpful.This place is ALWAYS worth the stop

We arrived late at night to find an open motel room and a really gracious owner!! She has such a warm, generous heart and made sure we had everything we needed (including dinner and dessert!)before heading to bed for the night. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the morning before taking off, also dished up by the cheerful owner. This place has the warmth and beautiful soul of a country home well cared for by a compassionate mother. They even have a cute little gift shop and road snacks. We'll definitely return the next time we come through :)

Absolutely incredible American food and quaint atmosphere. Wonderful breakfast and coffee with a long-standing reputation, my friend stopped here all the time while working 30 years ago and the quality and service is the same now as it was back then. Good, down to earth ranch style food. Our breakfast was served with a wonderful homemade salsa, fresh tomatoes and onions. Very generous portions at a good price. Our waitress was personable, friendly and conscientious. My coffee never got below half before it was filled up again! We will be making a point of stopping here in the future. Truly a hidden Jem.

I can only speak to as the food and service. Haven’t stayed in the motel. The fries are abundant and a lot. And fresh. Buffalo burgers always good. Good shakes. Has some paintings and knifes and this and that stuff. I come through this highway a few times a year on loads and always stop for a bite if I make it before they close which I think is 8-830

Very nice people and great place. At one point I had three people helping me when checking in, so it felt very family oriented.It won't look like a professional hotel chain, but it had a very quaint and cozy feel to it. I also had two vehicles with trailers and you can park them behind the diner. It felt pretty secured back there.

Stopped by to use restroom so didn't get to experience food however smelled amazing and looked good plated. Seemed like a pretty popular spot for travelers to stop. We will give food a try on next trip through that area!

Had some Chicken Fried Steak from here. Super yummy! They let you season to your effect, and their portions are huge. This place feels homey and can also be quiet. The staff were pleasant, and I recommend stopping here.
