I love B&R Hardware in Junction City! It is smaller than Jerry's or Home Depot but the selection of available items is awesome. If you need a specialty item they probably have it or can get it. They have building materials and paint and yard stuff. They rent tools too!! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They're open 7 days a week with on the street parking.

It appears they can't find employees that know what customer service is. I had to wait at the counter because the employees were helping other people find stuff. Which is totally fine but when the young dark haired boy came to ring up my purchase he never said anything to me other than your total is xxx. I had purchased a bucket of joint compound that was pretty heavy so I told him I would be back for it....after loading my other stuff.... No reply. I came back to get it and suggested they should have carts or something....no reply. In fact he was on his phone . Perhaps they can't find anyone... perhaps they no longer care. I don't know but I guess I'll just have to go somewhere else

Love this place! The associate helped my son with a workable solution to adapting an in home water filter [purchased somewhere else] to an RV. Everyone who has ever helped me there has been very knowledgeable!

Best Ace Hardware store in the Willamette Valley! B & I doesn't feel like a corporate Ace Hardware store, B & I had that small town family owned business feel. Each and every one of the staff feels like a friend while you are there. They are amazing people who help you find the products you need and recommend ways to save. If they don't have what you're looking for they help you find somewhere local that may have what you're looking for. B & I is my go to hardware store, I live in Elmira and there's an Ace Hardware store 5 minutes from my home, I travel 25 minutes to go to B & I every time!!!Best staff and best selection in the Willamette Valley!!!!

This is a neighborhood ACE hardware store. It has so much stuff crammed into every corner of the store. Only 2 workers working but they had a positive attitude and know just where to send me to the items I was looking for.

Bought a good flashlight. A very helpful gentleman helped us find middle ground in my teenager's desire for the most expensive, (which must equal BEST,) and the lower cost one. We ended up with an excellent flashlight at a great value.

This is a great hardware store. It has a good selection of tools. The fastener department and the plumbing assortment are really outstanding. When I need a part to fix something I am more likely to find it here than anywhere else, North or South. The address is on 6th, but the doors are around the corner.

Lots of useful items here. They are not just geared for homeowners. I often buy supplies for my job as a millwright, here.They have a nice selection of rental tools as well.Sometimes it is a little hard to find staff to assist, but that is because they are busy helping others customers.

This Store is located in Junction City and such a fun place to shop. They have so much more than hardware and lumber ! They cut great Keys plus have items to Rent by Hour/Day ! And they even give a Veterans Discount !

They get a poor rating due to:1. They rarely answer the phone!2. They do not have an answering machine!3. They close early without making proper indication to customers! A sign on the front door is not good enough especially when you don’t answer the phone you don’t have an answering machine and you don’t update anything on the Internet to say your altered hours.4. Their storefront is in accessible! You have to use a goofy side door to enter the business!5 I bought parts for my faucet I bought the ace brand which is cheaper and they charge me for the Moen brand which is more expensive!6. They sell ace products but can’t process or use coupons!7. The only way to get in contact with them is to physically drive to their building and figure out if they’re open and if they’re not open you just wasted your time! The last two times I tried to go to this business they had a sign saying they were going to be closed for the next three days or four days and I got there on the first day that we’re going to be open then the next time I come in and they closed early by three hours. Due to back problems I have trouble driving and getting in and out of my vehicle which makes it incredibly inconvenient. Not just inconvenient I have to put myself through extra pain just figure out if they’re open.8. And lastly I’ve had rude encounters with employees. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business.

Employee very helpful! Mask wearing good. I believe in wearing a seat belt before it was law. Washing hands their, they are tripping, just give people gloves or paper towels? People can sneeze on the products. Are they sanitizing all the products, it might not be practical? I wash my hands a lot, before cov19, during, and will after if GOD Almighty CHRISTJESUS allowing me. Besides that. I use a paper towel to touch doors etcKnowledge is power...
