She called and cancelled my appointment 1 hour before I was supposed to be there and said it was because she wasn't playing my game, my game was I cancel my appointment for my other dog a week before and took her to La Grande because it was $50 cheaper so I guess my game was I'm not rich and I found somewhere cheaper that did just as good a job and actually did more than just a wash and haircut. It is her right to not take me as a customer but I don't feel it is her rate to cancel my appointment at the last minute when I had changed my schedule around to get my dog there I think it was very unprofessional of her. She did a wonderful job the one time that she did my dog so I'm not saying she does bad work I'm just saying I guess when her feelings are hurt she becomes unprofessional and won't do your dog.

I was a little disappointed, I made an appointment to have my dog groomed, drive 25 min to get to the place and could never find it, there are no signs, no house numbers! I drove those gravel roads for a 1/2 hour and ended up going back home! I think they need to put up signs for there business so customers can find it easily! I will not go back....

My little Zoey's summer cut looks AMAZING! I am so pleased with everything! Her teeth are so white, and Zoey was so happy when I picked her up! It's a GORGEOUS little shop. I definitely will be back with both my dogs! Thanks Teresa!

I don't think that this place is in business anymore. I tried to contact the old number and then updated Google to the new number, left two messages and to no avail. Either the business is booked solid or just overwhelmed. No Facebook page activity in a while
