Ear infection on a Friday went to urgent care Saturday Pm .Arrived at pharmacy after it closed, Saturday @ 2:00PM.Went in to pharmacy 9:00AM Monday.I was told the RX had not bern received.Called urgent care to resend RX. Took 34 minutes to talk to someone who wouldn’t transfer me to a dial tone or on a wait list of 54 persons.Urgent Care will resend RX to pharmacy.Went to pharmacist pick up window to ask them to watch for it,Oops found it!It will be 15 minutes!Wait, wait, not in stock! Come back tomorrow after 2:00 Pm!Got home, call from Pharmacy, found it, come pick it up.A pessimist is never disappointed.

This place is a total disaster. It is understaffed with rude and incompetent employees. There is always a long wait and if you order refills be prepared to wait days before they have them ready. Don't rely on them to get anything right. Avoid this dump!

Only because zero isn’t an option. My husbands face is swollen from a virus, is shows up just as lunch approaches. They said they can fill the script but he’ll have to come back after break in an hour. I guess in all areas I’ve worked, we’ve never sent a patient away. This place has a surprisingly wide variety of quality items. I have never seen a place (other than the W store) that has a hardware and pharmacy store in one place. I went to get some gardening tools and was pleasantly surprised at the quality items. The pharmacy is pretty affordable too and I'd like to look at more of the outdoor furniture options as they caught my eye, were super cute and really nice, but I didn't have time to shop.

Great store with a friendly staff. I appreciate being greeted by cashier as I enter...makes me feel welcome from the start. The pharmacy takes great care of my family. Andrew has personally gone above and beyond for us many times.

I do admire this little pharmacy and hardware store. It is a bit over priced. But they do have neat seasonal sales, cute novelty items, and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy techs are always helpful, courteous and respectful. The pharmacists are VERY educated with medications and always willing to give consult on RX and/or OTC. I would like to say that most pharmacists should know medications but trust me I have had pharmacies that didn't have a clue. This store has had me as an ongoing customer for all my families prescription needs for years and I will continue to do my business there.

I have to give a start to write a review so that's why they get 1! The store it's self is awesome, a little high in price but whatever. The pharmacy and it's staff on the other hand is a completely different story. They don't know how to properly bill insurance so I always have to do their job to get my prescriptions. Even when they know that I am dealing with insurance to get things covered they don't make sure to have enough to cover my prescription once insurance gets figured out (and this is not the first time that I have had to deal with insurance but it always gets figured out so why not be prepared). And even with that headache I understand it's not always the pharmacy staff that can control that, but what I can not understand or accept is the rude, disrespectful staff! There is maybe 1 of the staff that I am ok with! And not only are they rude to you, but as I stood making a complaint to the manager one of the staff was making light of the situation with a different customer who was hearing my complaint. The staff member said "you have to have a sense of humor working at a pharmacy".... Maybe but you absolutely HAVE to have professional representation of the company!

I was having a ridiculous time trying to get my prescription filled with Safeway month after month and decided to switch to this pharmacy. They were helpful, kind and down to help a frustrated girl out! I was impressed with how easy it was to get everything fixed up. I am happy to have kicked Safeway to the curb, and to have found a new, much better pharmacy.

I have found that the employees do not have knowledge of where things are. When asked where a item could be found, they did not know. This is not a single incident. It has happened at least 6 times over the past few years. They need to address customer service common courtesy. No thank you after a purchase or apologies for being on the phone while waiting to make a purchase.

Great customer service. They make duplicate keys and buff off any rough edges. I never need to wonder if the duplicate key will fit the lock. The prices are also very economical.

I was loyal to Walgreens x 15 years and reluctant to switch to Hi School because I assumed there'd be delays and confusion, since they're the only pharmacy serving a fairly large area. Plus, I'd never heard of them before. So, I drove 30 miles to the closest Walgreens for seven months.The South Liberty Walgreens location killed my loyalty, though, with terrible, terrible service. Finally, it just made more sense to transfer my prescriptions closer to home. The service couldn't get much worse than it had been at Walgreens.Mike was WONDERFUL. He was kind, patient, quick, efficient. I feel sure that whatever confusion or complications may arise, we'll work through it together. I wish I'd switched seven months ago.

Not the best as far as a pharmacy goes. I was told at 12:55 by the pharmacist-who came out from behind to tell me this-that lunch is from 1-130 so I wouldn’t be able to get helped. By the time I got out to my car it still wasn’t 1 yet.
