What a great addition to the waterfront! The cart setup is super cute and the gelato is so delicious that we went right back for more. All the flavors were super creamy and full of flavor. Also really impressed with the customer service from the two guys working at the cart. They were so friendly and even gave our dog one of their broken cones.

Love this little gelato place.People working there are super sweet.Been there 3 times so far and loved it. Tried their Hazelnut, Olive oil (it’s fantastic!) and Cantaloupe sherbet. They were all great!Definitely a must if you’re at the Waterfront.

The salted caramel is perfection! Not too salty, just enough to enhance that caramel. It was AMAZING as an affogato!

Fantastic. Nice guy that make this gelato and sorbet himself. We got cantaloupe sorbet, strawberry watermelon sorbet, and “gorgeberry” ice cream. Best we’ve ever had. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Really, really great flavor! Lemon was great to see - quite traditional and delicious - while raspberry was extremely exceptional! Pretty pricey and no cones, though. Could certainly step up their game to compete with some of the best in Europe but great find in this town! Local business that definitely deserves solid support, and I’ll be by again whenever I’m in town.

Yummy 😋. My friend got the hazelnut and I got the salted caramel. We both enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend Stoopid here for some gelato.

Very tasty gelato that come in two sizes, but they need a much better measuring system than using the same sized cup and just randomly filling medium sized orders a bit higher. I bought one of each and the size difference was unnoticeable despite one being 33% more in price.

I LOVE gelato and was excited to give this place a try after seeing the great reviews. Sadly we were left a bit underwhelmed and likely won't be returning. For the quick version:Pros:-Location-Texture was smooth and silkyCons:-Flavors were a bit flat for our tastes-Overpriced-Unnoticeable difference between the larger/more expensive size vs. small sizeThe not-so-quick version: They definitely have a great location right in the middle of the fun part of the waterfront area that can't be beat. We also thought their gelato had a great texture that was very smooth and silky. However, my partner and I personally found the flavors a bit flat for our tastes. I typically expect more intense flavors from gelato (at least compared to ice cream)-- I didn't find that to be the case here, which was a bit disappointing to us but might be preferred for others. For a flavor called "Super Chocolate" described as being "rich and bold...", it felt a bit misleading when were handed something relatively pale in color and with a flavor that was quite subtle in my opinion (the best description I have would be similar to chocolate milk). Nothing wrong with that, but again, the name kind of sets the expectation that it would be, well, SUPER chocolately! We also tried the Banana Bourbon (where we didn't taste any bourbon flavor), and the Cicci and Hazelnut that both had a good but moderate flavor.The thing that irked our entire group were the sizes-- the portions overall are tiny, especially for the price, and both sizes are served in the same size cup with one supposedly filled more than the other. Half of us got the small size and the other half got medium, and when we brought the goods back to our party, the first thing they said was "uhh are these all the same size? Which ones are the bigger ones??". It seems like even the employees have a hard time telling the sizes apart, as we overheard one of the employees ask their colleague which size was which when they were showing another customer our scoops as examples of the sizes! If we all have to ask, that's a red-flag that you probably shouldn't be charging extra for more. I'm fine paying extra for more, but I least want to notice the difference! I digress.Don't get me wrong, this is still good gelato and will satisfy your craving, we just weren't blown away and think there's some room for improvement. They are certainly a welcome addition to the Hood River area.

You have to try the Olive Oil gelato. Surprisingly so refreshing and pleasant. Great location too with lots of other surrounding eateries right on the water.

Rude customer service. The girls have nothing but bad attitude. We asked for a taste and they made it a point to say they had very limited spoons even though it as one hour until closing and they had a bucket of spoons. I don’t know if they were rude because we didn’t know what we wanted right away or because we were the only people of color. Do better

Really delicious gelato. Deducted 1 star for a couple reasons: the older woman working when we went was kind of surly (her demeanor was generally annoyed by our presence) and I was also put off by the one sample per person policy. I’m not sure if she made this up on the spot or if this is actually the policy. Either way, when you have five people buying gelato and only one person in the party wants to try three samples, that policy seems impertinent.

Service is rude, high prices for minuscule portions, sorbets are okay but not worth the price or interaction, chocolate gelato not good at all. Bitter. Won’t be coming again.

Have loved their gelato in the past, but we went tonight at 7pm and the employee was closing down an hour and a half before their hours posted online. I understand closing if it’s slow but the waterfront park was still very busy and it was really disappointing as we had just passed another family happily eating their gelato.

We have visited twice. Very clean. Pleasant, polite service. Small patio with benches right across from the waterfront park.I highly recommend the raspberry lime sorbet or the strawberry watermelon with hint of lemon sorbet.Truly vibrant, fresh fruit joy. Refreshing and delectable.

Best gelato I've had outside of Italy. Fruit flavors are like eating 100x of whatever the fruit is in ever tiny bite. And I'm convinced that the chocolate flavor is a bunch of chocolate bars compressed so much that they become frozen & gelato consistency.10/10 Recommend trying multiple flavors.

We came down to Romeo Gelato and there was a sign up that said ‘. Be back in 30 minutes’. We waited for 50 minutes. We finally left. Was not too happy as we were really craving it. Lots of people came and left.

Cute little gelato stand right near the water. They have both gelato and sorbet so there are options if you’re dairy free. The gelato was very good and the sorbet was excellent. The portion is huge for the price too, so don’t worry about getting the small size.
