Love Packer. Love that it's right up the road from me. There's been times I've been short on dinner prep and drove 5 minutes up to Packer to get one of their amazing pot pies. I like buying gifts for family here. The staff is always sweet. Love the variety of baked goods and their ice cream and shakes are always a good treat when coming down the mountain from a hike. This business was really exceptional during the start of the pandemic, offering delivery of baking staples like flour and oats along with their bakery goods. They delivered our order with apple cider donuts and the donuts were still warm! I will never forget that. Thank you Packer, we love you

One of the larger roadside fruit stands on the fruit loop. They offered the typical fare along with a large selection of baked goods and some treats. We found apple cider donuts here.

Okay, Packer Orchards is super great! They have a good amount of their produce for you to buy, along with tons of phenomenal baked goods. I was quite upset that I wasn’t going to be able to get everything, so I just left with a cookie. But trust me, you’re going to want to stop by. They also had an amazing assortment of jellies, jams, salsa, and more, along with fun local trinkets. Please stop by.

This is THEE place to go when the season is ripe. I have stopped in every year that I have lived in Oregon to simply stock up on the best Peaches, Pears, Apples, pickles and hand pies. I am literally a kid in a “candy store” when I arrive. Here are my recommendations. Fresh Peaches and Pears. Fresh Apples. Anything pickles especially the Picked Asparagus, Jalapeño dills. Also a handful of honey sticks, a few hand pies, strawberry Rhubarb jam, ice cream and cookies. It’s ridiculous!!!!My wife can’t control me, so grab a packing box, fill it to the brim and bring home some of the most wonderful snacks, fruits and preserves in Oregon.

So many free samples (salsas, pickles, jams, honey, pretzels, etc)! So many delicious options it was hard to choose! Pears and peaches are grown in the orchards right across the street- definitely recommend checking it out!

The jam and ice cream is a delicious. It is a great place to sit down and enjoy the view while eating huckleberry ice cream. The staff was personable and even offered free fudge sample. I recommend the butter pecan.

Packer Orchards is the cutest farm store with plenty of delicious offerings. They’ve got pickled veggies, honey, lavender products, various types of pop corn kernels, fruits, veggies, tons of baked goods, and ice cream! Definitely my favorite stop on the fruit loop.

From my experience, both locations are really pleasant to visit! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the employees have been kind and professional. I love the Empanadas! The fresh donuts are amazing! OH, can't forget the chocolate chip cookies! 🤤☺️ ...I don't just go to pork out on the treats, I swear 🤣🤣

Food is amazing. Website is one of the worst I've ever seen constantly changing nothing's working whoever their IT Person is extremely lazy or not smartThen you have the self entitled owners, they act like the CEOs at Walmart. They don't care what your complaint is because another minion will replace you in the line of customers handing out money. What they don't understand is they can increase their money by 10 times. If they would just be polite have a functioning website & smart people working for them.A competitor will come along one day, who provides all the things they do not then put them out of business

Easy to find, right off the highway. Prices have increased but the food is still good. Really convenient to pick up my preordered items at the cash register. Lots of outdoor seating to eat your treat, there are tables below the parking area that I didnt see until I was driving away. Overall a good experience at this location.

One of the more enjoyable stops on the ‘Fruit Loop’ in my opinion. Lots of unique flavor combinations represented in the selection of preserves here. Also, good assortment of conventional preserves (Apricot jam!) as well as ice cream.Enjoyed looking over the various creative gifts and items for sale.Packer Orchards and Bakery is a very customer-focused, innovative small business. We’ll be back!

Haven't stopped at Packers for a couple years. Was very surprised with all new product variety. I bought my favor Black & White cookie and a loaf of Apple Pull-A-Part Bread. My cookies has been super sized in size and price. Unfortunately I feel the taste was compromised in the change. My apple bread label says Pear not Apple. Had the pleasure of chewing on dehydrated fruit (pear/apple?)in that loaf. Loved paying $9 to eat tasteless, dried fruit in very bland bread. Will not stop again. Packers has lost it's hometown country flavor.

This is a great destination to stop at if you're out and about up in this area on a motorcycle ride. The lower parking area is paved up above is gravel. Great ice cream, milkshakes, some of the best jelly that you can get and not to mention the peach salsa. We go here about twice a year and we stock up.

Slightly overpriced. They didnt have kids for their coffee cups and the kids they did have for coffee, they didnt gave the cups for them. I took my hot coffee in a milkshake glass with a straw. Otherwise good selection of jams, desserts and milkshakes. Parents loved the marionberry milkshake.

Wow, it's the first thing that comes to mind after exploring this bakery. Everything is well organized. The options of jams, cookies, pies, and many other options is almost endless. The staff is very helpful. Everything is fresh and tastes great. If you are traveling on highway 35 and don't stop, it's your list.

I've had some cookies from the PSU Farmers Market and they are always so good. Today I finally tried the Marionberry Cinnamon Roll and it was just phenominal! Definitely want to make a trip out to their location in Hood River.

The spiced vanilla pear jam is the best I’ve ever had. The apple cider donuts are arguably the best I’ve had. The fruit empanadas are great. Lots of free samples and friendly staff.

As a New Englander that's been in Utah 13 years, I've still yet to find apple cider donuts like home. Packer absolutely hit the spot. Especially when warmed by a campfire. I also warmed the peach empanada in the coals, and wowzers. The crust was flaky and rich and so tender, and the filling was incredible. I can't wait to try my pumpkin and creme empanada and huckleberry pie. Thanks for making awesome treats, you can tell they're made with passion and dedication.

Nice people. A big bag of apples and pears was just $12.00. A very big bag! I bought a "just canned" jar of huckleberry jam (it was still warm) and dropped it and it broke. The mgr/owner very kindly just replaced it 🙏
