Arguably the best cup of coffee in town. Ground was the coffee shop I tried when I first visited Hood River many years ago. Nothing has changed in all that time. Great spot and staff. Lots of room too.

It's surprising that they don't position themselves more as an amazing bakery because they have some killer whole wheat orange cranberry and maple bacon scones, Nutella croissants and hot-out-of-the-oven coconut chocolate chip cookies. And of course a few gluten-free options. My fancy English breakfast tea was served in a proper ceramic pot with a generous portion of milk on the side, just the way I like it. The avocado toast with thin tomato slices, feta and a sprinkle of lemon & pepper is scrumptious! Staff are very friendly and helpful. One negative for me - I was dying for fresh baked goods with walnuts or pecans and there were none. I think all the allergies to peanuts have made bakeries gun shy of all nuts😔.

Love the espresso here - full flavor but not punch-u-in-the-face bold. And so nice to see it served in a ceramic. Haven't had that pleasure since the world went into lockdown in March 2020. This spot is nicely tucked at the end of main street Hood River. Outdoor seating is fantastic. They serve sandwiches on paninis. Can't beat that.

Great little shop, full of colors and very welcoming. They use almost any space they have as seating, so you'll always find a spot. Excellent customer service. Coffee roast is a bit on a lighter side but still tastes very good. Definitely will be stopping by every time I pass through!

Love this local place!Owners are awesome and all the food is made from scratch. My go to place :) I saw this dog standing in its hind legs waiting for its owner who was inside ordering some tasty coffee!

Very good coffee and really awesome english muffin breakfast sandwiches. The english muffins are homemade and you can tell. I don't normally like english muffins but I would take these over any other breakfast sandwich bread.They had lots of versatile and unique sandwich options. The one I got was marionberry jam, brie cheese, sausage, and apple slices.

My favorite coffee shop in Hood River due to the atmosphere and quality. Only complaint at all is the prices. The coffee prices are relatively normal for this area, but food prices are very high.However they do have a ton of options for alternative milks, lunch foods, and drinks. They even have boba in the summer which I'm excited to try!

Is it wrong to base a rating on the generous presence of my favorite color in their cafe?Orange, if you were curious, and their La Marzocco with orange steel sides is gorgeous!But on top of that, the folks were friendly and the rest of the cafe decor was fun and quirky. Really good experience.

We stayed at the Hood River Hotel, and this was a great early coffee/breakfast option. We weren't looking for a heavy breakfast, and we were happy to find these breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Loved the Sweet Spot! Perfect sweet and salty combo.

Excellent scones and coffee cake. The bagels and croissants are not as good. Unfortunately, they raised their prices on baked goods (Fall 2021) and are no longer competitive with other good bakeries in the Gorge. If they adjust their prices, I will take this review down.

Pleased! Popped in at 7:00 a.m. on a Tuesday for a breakfast sandwich & cappuccino to go and was out the door in 5 minutes. Great sandwich options including some less typical combinations (The Sweet Spot is great - egg, apple slices, brie, and marionberry jam on an English muffin). Cozy, retro atmosphere. The coffee was good. I'll be back to try their other breakfast offerings and check out their lunch menu.
