I went in the store the other day and noticed the plants were dying for lack of water. I also knew that they sell baby chicks, so I went to check and make sure they had water. My assumptions were correct. One tub of chicks had two feeders and no water and the other's waters were very low. I had to talk to two associates about it before the manager came over. One of the associates was very rude. I told them I wasn't leaving until the chicks had water. I also told them you cannot do this to living animals.If you're in their store please check on the chicks and make sure they have food and water. Thank you

When I learned that this place was owned by Bi-Mart I couldn't wait to stop by and see it. The selection is wonderful and the people are friendly. I will be back again and again. To the lady that left the bad review stating that this store sells automatic weapons. Why would you blatantly tell a lie in a review? It is illegal to sell automatic weapons at any sporting goods store. What you saw were not automatic weapons nor were they AK-47s. Before you make a false accusation like that perhaps you need to learn more about guns instead of going off on a wild tangent.

I am so grateful that we all get to have a farm and ranch supply store in our area. It was much needed! The wide variety of selections for our animals, fishing, clothes & plant supplies is tremendous! It is a comfortable environment. The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. I especially like the selection of dog treats, dogfood and toys. I love the selection of sweaters and other clothing. I am excited to shop for Christmas gifts here this winter!!! 😍 🏆 If I could rate this store 10 stars, I would. Overall amazing experiences every single time I have shopped there.

The staff is friendly. Wide selection of pet products. Bought 2 pocket knives as birthday presents and my friends loved them. Check out the jeans! Sorry I forgot to check out the baby chicks today!! Oh...they have jewelry too. I'll have to go back soon. Sign up for their loyalty program.

Big selection of stuff for farm animals to close, to yard tools, only 2 employees.Even shoes, and hats. I got some trailer lights and the price was different from what they rang up after taking a picture they were able to sell lights at the sales price happily nice employees good sails on Carhartt stuff...

Excellent customer service every time I have gone. They don't have the best selection of work shoes. However, they have an amazing selection of so many other items. Good store.

Updating my review after going in again looking for dog sheers. Asked an employee who sent me to horse sheers saying that's all they had; almost checked out, but thought I'd check the dog supply isle. Of course there were the dog sheers! Better cause I needed the long comb attachments.THEN I TURN THE CORNER & REALIZED I'M IN A STORE THAT SELLS AK47s - automatic guns!!!!!Jesus Christ please tell me these people are just confused! Well, NEVER again & I will not recommend & will make sure I let people know the real deal here. It's just about opportunism encased in wild abandon of human ethics!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡First time in there this morning.Feels like a farm store, sounds like a farm store with super country music blaring, but the vibe was weird. Almost empty store with a grouchy lady at the register.I am fairly regular at farm stores while living on a farm, but felt the side eye in there. Can't quite figure out why it didn't feel like Hood River. Not motivated to return, sorry.

Bad selection, everything is hard to find, and the employees would sooner run past you than assist you. I’ll drive to Gresham to go to Coastal or Tractor Supply before coming here again at the Hood River location.
