Couldn't be happier with our pet's care at Arrowleaf! We've taken our dogs there for about 3 years now, & they've treated both our young pup (1-4yrs) & senior doggo (11-14yrs) as if they were their own.The Vets themselves take time to break down our visits & any issues our pets have had (& with a senior pug & a puppy with allergies, there have been a FEW), discuss multiple treatment options, & I never feel like I'm being squeezed for extra. The staff are incredibly friendly, & don't make me feel like my bigger dog is a scary monster (like some other places that rhyme with "Danfield"). Highly recommend Arrowleaf!

Dr Johnson, Kylie (receptionist) and Ashly (tech) went above and beyond with providing comfort and the most since care for not only my kitten (Pepper) but for myself as well.I’ve known it to be fearful letting go of your loved one behind the doors at the vet, but here, every staff member communicated thoroughly and provided easy, calming and knowable care. Each member even comforted ME when I shed tears for my new little love.Thank you SOOO much Arrowleaf team for giving Pepper the best imaginable care any pet owner could dream of.

I found this amazing veterinary clinic by complete luck. Caring, compassionate & friendly doctor and staff that have definitely gone above and beyond to answer questions and help my fur babies. From in office visits to emergency visits on site in the back of my car. I highly recommend Arrowleaf for anyone that is looking for quality care for their fur babies.

Beyond grateful they were open today while we were on travel our precious Labrador stopped breathing. They got her in right away an unfortunately the news was not good and it was time to send her heaven (She was almost 15). They had the utmost compassion for us and even let our other dog hang out in reception why we said goodbye. Their kindness is greatly appreciated even in the saddest of circumstances.

My golden and I were on vacation when he needed his prescription and I hadn't brought it with us. Arrowleaf went above and beyond (on hold for 45 min) by calling it in to a local pharmacy near us and my dog got the much needed relief he desperately needed.We appreciate their willingness to go that extra mile and have friends that had a similar experience with their dog and Arrowleaf (Hank Fitzsimons).

THE BAD: I was literally shocked by the bill because I had received the same care at two other vets within the year for significantly less. I was told that I should have asked if I wanted to know the costs and that is absolutely true, but we did inform the front desk when booking the apt and the vet that we were cost-conscious so I would have liked them to be more proactive with costing options and preparing me for what charges to expect (a pricy ear cleaning before administering ear abx). Our past vets and favorite emergency hospital are so great in guiding us through options so I thought it was industry standard, but I felt awkward asking costs here because the vet never created or held space for that conversation. Lesson learned and I advise you to be explicit at the beginning of your appointment if you want to know and sign off on charges because the cost of some drugs and procedures here may surprise you like they did me.Also, the patient room was not air conditioned and since we have a bulldog, we can't always bring her here safely in the summer unfortunately.THE GOOD: Everything else! Easy parking and check-in, friendly and helpful staff at every point, and most importantly, high-quality care. I absolutely recommend this veterinary office but will be better prepared if we make a future visit.

Both Dr. Morelos and Dr. Johnson are outstanding. The comfort of this office, the continuous service they deliver, and their ability to listen with each one of my pets (2 cats and a dog) is superior. By far the best experience I've had in the 10+ years of owning my girls and taking them to vets offices.Prices are very reasonable especially for being located in the gorge which is always an additional plus.

Took my dog Otis to Dr Johnson for a new patient exam and vaccine. I felt such a good vibe walking in there, and Otis was so happy as well, obviously feeling the same vibe. Everyone is so friendly and I so appreciated the time Dr Johnson spent with us, discussing all my concerns about vaccines. Very informative and I couldn’t be happier with our new vet!!!

Bring your dog here!I love this vet office! It is clean and inviting, Dr. Johnson communicates well and addresses any questions or concerns I have regarding my 6 year old dog's health and how to care for her as she starts to be "middle-aged". We have been to their office for routine yearly shots, testing some lumps, and nail trims. I have lots of other friends in the community who bring their pets here and as pet owners in their late 20s-30s I think we all enjoy the modern and reliable feeling of this vet office. They are efficient, helpful and straight to the point. In and out quickly but feeling taken care of. At my previous local vet, I never felt like I left with as clear answers as I wanted and they never went back to allowing parents inside post covid restrictions. Thanks for the great service to Dr. Johnson, Kylie, Melody and Ashly and everyone else!

I have 2 senior dogs and our experience at Arrowleaf was amazing! 💗 The staff are caring & friendly. The vet took her time to explain treatment options and provided pricing so I could make decisions within my budget. I live in Portland & this clinic is worth the scenic drive. Dr Johnson saved our dogs life. Another vet said he had cancer and scheduled to put him down. Dr Johnson figured out with the same test results the Dr ran that he has diabetes and Cushing's. With medications he could live a quality life. It's been almost 2 years and he is doing great. Yesterday was a check up. I love the new clinic and am forever grateful for the staff!! I call her the dog whisperer! You will get great affordable care. I'm so excited she has her own clinic now. It's worth the drive from Portland.

I drive over an hour to see Dr. Johnson and her team. Every time I walk in the door my pets and I immediately feel comfortable. She is probably the most knowledgeable vet I have ever come across and really takes her time to explain all options. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr Johnson is extremely compassionate and intelligent when it comes to my animals’ health. She has helped me through a number of issues over the years with my aging dogs and cat. Dr Daphne listens.
