A Gray place to go grocery shopping.There was how great deals on many different products. The place there are really kind and friendly. And always moving products in and out of the backroom. The layout of the store is quite nice, everything is easy to find. Isles are nice and wide for 2 carts to fit down the aisle without any problems. The store is nice and organized, nothin is messy. What definitely recommend coming here for your grocery shopping.

The cleanest, most friendly staff, and most pleasant shopping atmosphere. They have my fave (you grind natural peanut butter machine) I eat it with a fork as soon as I get to the car…picture below 👇. Andy assisted me in the self checkout. Told me this store was #28 out of 138 stores…I can see why…let’s make them number #1! Drive the few extra miles, you will thank me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty decent. Always have what I need in stock. The staff is polite and helpful.But the self checkout needs cleaning and maybe new equipment or a repair. Half the machines seem to go down a lot and they’re dirty. I’ve looked in between self checkout registers and seen so much dirt, debris, grocery items that slipped in between that stay there for long periods of time. Can’t say that’s any employee's fault because they likely don’t have the time to fix those issues.Also the machines themselves are encrusted with dirt. (This isn’t exclusive to self checkout either. Regular check out lanes are often dirty and not just on the belts.)Your work stations need a scrub.Though very noticeably (What I assume is) the new security they got seemed to have cleaned up the area for all the businesses on the strip. It has just been a much nicer lot to shop in. Especially at Winco.

I'm disabled. This Punk Andrew dragged me over and immediately began laying into me as a thief. I was overcharged and was being helped by a nice, sweet girl. He comes over, I'll take care of this. Security! Rips my bags open realized it was his mistake. Wouldn't rebag them or do anything except run off. I know we're not dealing with MENSA here, but c'mon. Take accountability. Worst location by a long shot. I was in the right. Send him back to WINCO school asap! Oh, and he broke my cane. I have half of it. Thanks again ANDREW! Thank God I have a body cam. And where is my watermelon!?

Honestly, some of the best prices are found here at WinCo in Hillsboro for most grocery items. You can purchase some items in bulk. The store is fairly clean and items are easy to locate. No membership required either. Highly recommend you bring your own bags.

Its a nightmare to shop here. Always busy with the lowest type of customer( the kind that block isles to talk and act like you dont exist), full of kids running around, and if you come late then the isles are blocked with pallets and aggressive employees who are mad at you for shopping in their store. The self check out wouldn't read my card, sat there for a minute twice while it said "Processing, do not remove card". Got an employee to help, he acts like Im stupid, shoves my card in the slot with serious force, and it works. Sorry I didn't realize I needed to abuse my card to get it to work in your machine. Its not like I use it 10 times a day and it always works. Treats me like Im stupid and a bother for making him do something. Not even good prices anymore. And the meat section is terrible, even the walmart supercenter has more options. I dont think I'll ever come back here even though I live a mile away. I've been to many wincos and this has been the worst, consistently.. Rarely have bags, not even paper.

Stopped in to get a couple essentials, left with quite a bit more than essentials.I have shopped here since I was a kid, this place hasn't changed much in probably 20 years. You can always find what you are looking for, the staff is friendly and happy to help with pretty much anything.The deli- man I love that place. They still have those pizza stick things for a dollar. And a pound of jo jos are about 2 dollars. The deli deserves it's own 5 star review honestly. And so does that little pizza place that's by the front doors, those calzones are just amazing.TL;DR WinCo is cheap, and has great service.It can be a little busy on the 1st and 15th, go early in the day if you want less people.

This Winco has one of the best produce departments I have ever seen. Great selection and the produce is clean and fresh, always well stocked. Prices are very good and if some is missing the produce guys will go check to see if there is more in the back.The rest of the store is just as good. Prices are very good and lower than a lot of other places.Excellent store.Employees are great.

Nothing fancy. Just great deals on great food. But don't forget, they don't accept credit cards, just debit cards, checks and cash. I love the self checkout lanes, and all the bulk food options. They also have a decent ethnic food selection. And more and more of their produce has an organic option.

Good prices ok well best priceshowever after 12am till 9am if you have a backpack the workers watch you with dirty looks even have a worker go stand outside exit I know I however I don't think their security and not every person with a backpack is homeless . Ps mean muggin customers is a good way to start a fight

My brother and I went to WinCo Foods to get groceries for our family and to buy some candy. We came at 10:00 pm and they were in the process of restocking. Even though they were restocking we were able to find everything we needed easily. We visit this WinCo for groceries very often and have not been disappointed by prices or the service there. The lady who took our order at this time was very kind and checked out our food quickly even while we made 3 different orders and accidentally used the wrong card overall amazing place to get food for our family. Appreciate you guys!

Pros:WinCo does not stand for Washington Idaho Nevada California and Oregon. They actually have stores in other states too. WinCo stands for Winning Company.WinCo is the cheapest place to shop.The employees earn company shares and get a raise every 1000 work hours.It is always stocked well considering the amount of product that is received every day.Some employees, such as the African American lady who works at the Beaverton location, go above and beyond with their interactions. Seriously, that woman is the friendliest person I've ever met. Every.....single ....time..... She should be running the place!The locations are pretty consistent as far as general layout. Some other places like Safeway vary so much between locations it can be hard to find what you're looking for.Cons:Some employees are not careful with razors and slice open the ice cream. I often find cuts in the rim of the lid, or across the top. From experience working at WinCo I know the employees don't always change blades after cutting themselves so make sure not to buy ice cream with cuts in it. I had this happen twice with cheese also.They allow homeless people to park/sit on the Dairy Creek Park side of the lot all day and night which often leads to harassment of normal people who are trying to use the park for it's intended purpose. I'm homeless btw and stay nearby, but I park legally (not at WinCo) and only between the hours of 8pm and 4:45am when I leave the area to allow businesses to make money. I'm also not a worthless tweaker and have a future. I just wish this WinCo was more on top of it and didn't exacerbate the problem by allowing their presence at the parking lot across from the park. A lot of families leave because of the harassment.I wish they charged a monthly membership fee so the homeless people wouldn't shop here then leave their trash all over the park and in the creek.Death to tweakers.

Vicki the old lady was my cashier, she was very rude! i noticed a product was about to expire so i decided to give it to her and tell her i no longer wanted it. She had not scanned it yet but she got very mad. she took it and started dialing a number and was being very rude. The guy in front of her turned around and took it with no problem. She proceeds to be very upset and started throwing the food after she scanned it. i felt very uncomfortable and upset on how she was treating the things that i was paying for

Always a very pleasant time for me. I admit I go later in the evening so as to avoid all the hustle and bustle especially now for the holidays. Normally I just mosey through all the aisles and casually get what I need and/or want. Herein lies the problem, I have all that time to decide and I end up getting everything...lmao 🤔🤤 🤣
