Exactly what you'd expect for target. You get all your needs, but none are ever handled well. I had planned an order for pickup at 7pl, and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Came to the store and was told that they were short handed and that none of their orders were going to be ready that day, but that I could go and look for the items in store and then cancel my order. I tried looking for the product that they said they had in store, but with the help of 4 different employees and the market they couldn't find it. Pretty disappointing, all that to say, they were understaffed and disorganized

I come the buy a Watch built in GPS, I asked the lady on electronics for help, she said she didn't have keys to open anything and she told us she wasn't unable to run to the back to get the keys she didn't tell anyone that we needed to be assisted.

I went there on a whim while I was high and all of the employees were incredibly rude, they all were standing on little pedestals and completely ignoring me. Absolutely unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Honestly if I could rate them with no stars I would . Went into this Target, needless to say I walked here with my two babies and my husband . Spent over 1000 in this store only to walk out and have someone walk out after us asking if we paid for certain things . Pretty sure I know the exact reason we were targeted, but that's not to say here. I was a very unsatisfied customer after this.

Every time there is a signage pricing error, Target honors it every time. They don’t waste time sending someone back to look or make you show them a picture of the sign. They are small pricing errors, but makes a difference nonetheless! Friendly staff and self service checkout is generally pretty fast.

Sad to say, this is the trashiest Target I've ever been to and that includes all parts of the US. The bathroom is filthy, smells really bad, the aisles had trash in them and the employees were all in nasty moods except for one older woman at check out who was wonderful. Clean up, target! We usually adore shopping there....will never return to this one.

I just had the worst experience. I called in to ask about my order. I just spent a ton of money on grocerys. I was told 2 hours and than they decided to say it will be another 4 hours. Well there location closes before it would be ready and I live an hour away. They gave me no updates or anything and just hung the phone up.

Double check your receipts. Realized they significantly overcharged for items. They correct the errors if you point it out, though they don’t seem to care about fixing it for the next customer, nor do they offer any concession for having to catch their errors like most big brands would.

Usually my experiences at Target are casual and trouble free, however, with this recent experience I felt uneasy almost the entire time I was in the store due to the fact that the security guard was profiling me and assuming I was stealing even after I left the store. I bought a cooler and a couple of items but with the way that the security guard kept following me and my friends while I was in the store felt like I was being targeted for something that I would never do. After I had left the store and was waiting for some of my friends to come out of the store, He proceeded to follow us outside and made it seem as if he was pushing carts. He kept circling around us and left as soon as I announced that I have a receipt for the items that I bought. This has been bothering me even through the ride home. Super unprofessional on the security guard's part... I would assume he would need additional training on not to racially profile target customers.

Man has this target gone downhill the past couple years. Ordered an item for 2 hour pick-up at 730pm went in at 10pm to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Asked the lady when it would be ready and she told me idk. Walked around the store til 11pm and it still wasn't ready. Talked to the same lady and she told me it probably wasn't going to be ready til tomorrow. Great service target! I see now why you're one of the only retailers with plummeting stock prices. 👎

"sparrow" doesn't seem to happy with their position.They need to get a new one.The time they are spending speaking about their personal politics while ringing customers and how dissatisfied they are with Target as an employer is disappointing.I don't hold target responsible, there are always going to be disgruntled people, but "sparrow" should do more for themselves and the people who are being served.

Be advised that if you take your own bags that you'll be accused of stealing. Just dealt with a situation where my daughter and her friend were stopped at the door. They were accused of stealing because they had bought clothes from old navy and used recycled bags. I'm beyond livid. This is completely unacceptable.

Everytime I've been to the Targets nearest me (there are 3, this being the closest and on my direct route) their fitting rooms are never open or in order. As someone with mobility and accessibility issues, this makes these stores inaccessible options to shop at. An employee did say I could purchase everything I wish to try on and return the ones that didnt end up working for my needs, but that is not a realistic option for some folks. Even if I wanted to spend the extra time and money, it is not worth the embarassment of feeling uncomfortable shopping or purchasing at these locations. I want to feel confident that I'm purchasing the product that I want and that works for my body. Not just buy a bunch of sizes and styles, go home, try it all on, and bring back whatever doesnt work. That's so much extra stress that is not needed. A fitting room is a necessity for some people to be able to buy the clothes they need... I've even called in advance to see if rooms are open at multiple locations to avoid the disappointment of driving and still, nothing. All closed. Even when not shopping for clothing, a lot of items are out of stock on shelves or unorganized. Perhaps that's just a timing thing on my part, going in the afternoons and evenings instead of the morning... Overall feeling disappointed in my experiences at this location and have tried to avoid shopping here as much as possible.

This store has always been my favorite Target location, but today was exceptional. My sister and I came into the Target today for an exchange, so we were told to pull up to the front of the store so an employee could come assist us. We went in the opposite direction, so we were passive aggressively attacked by another couple in the other direction, who flashed lights at us and had some aggressive hand movements all while staring us down. The man dropped the female passenger off and she watched us the whole entire time, about to confront us, but hesitated to once an employee came out to help us move the item. The employee was so kind as to see the situation and ask what it was about, and I explained to him what had happened. He then told his colleagues and ensured that aggression is not tolerated. This made us feel very safe and I could not appreciate that employee any more! I was never going to bring it up, but the staff made sure to keep an eye out. If I was incorrect in where I parked, it is up to the staff at Target to tell me, not other shoppers, and especially in the manner that they did. THANK YOU to the staff at this Target for ensuring a safe environment for all to shop at!

Pickup experience was weird and very rude/unfriendly. Teen associate stared at me with no greeting and placed the bags in the backseat without a word, even when I said "hi" and "thank you." I don't expect a long conversation, but acknowledging someone, especially a customer, especially after being spoken to, is pretty basic stuff. It also took longer than other Targets for the order to come out in the first place, even though there was only 1 other car in the pickup area and even though I had checked in beforehand. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the order was correct...I mean they were out of 2 things that didn't even say low-stock in the app (so probably not the best at updating the stock numbers on the app/website in general), but I did know that part before arriving at least. Anyway yeah. Weird experience. And looking at other reviews, it sounds like the bad service is pretty typical. I probably won't be back...there are certainly plenty of other Targets not far away with much friendlier, more accurate, and faster service!

What a joke! The worst customer service of any Target. Went in and tried to purchase a new cellphone contract. Four employees at the counter, only one w a customer. Finally one asked me if I needed assistance? I said yes and was then direct to “Abdul.” Abdul was wearing a black tshirt (? Target employee) and just stood there. I finally asked which person was Abdul, and he raised his hand. He then informed me it would be 20-30 mins bc he was busy. He appeared to be talking to a red tshirt wearing target employee. I turned and left. On the way out I asked to speak w a manager and was asked “which one?” Well hell if I knew, I wouldn’t ask! The employee started to walk away w bags in his hands, which he appeared to be restocking. I guess he expected me to follow him so we could continue our conversation. Whatever. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap prices, expect cheap service.

This is the second time we had caahier issue... Its already hard to shop with kids and I generally try to keep an eye on random things that get added to the cart. Previous my son insisted in a toy I didn't want to buy... Finally I gave in and asked the cashier if I can pay, he said I need to go to end of the line. This time my daughter said she need to use bathroom. She said please don't leave your other kids here. I was not going to do anyway just asked is he can pause the transaction. We came back and once her current cuctormer left, tough we will finish the transaction. She did not seem comfortable, so I asked if her shift is over, I can go to another cashier. She said it's not that. She looked at another person behind the back.. I asked if she is the manager. I told her this is the second time i am having issue at the cashier. She asked if i am insulting her employee... I didn't know what to say, debated if i should leave the stuff without paying,, but it was for my sons bday and dont have time weeknight for another store trip.. she started scanning and another cashier came by. She said she ia about yo have anxiety attack. Luckily the other lady finished our transaction, I skipped a couple items and bought two carts worth of items. I really do not like shopping here with kids and I wish there was another store closeby. Yes, it's hard to shop with multiple kids, and yes we take more time than some other customers, but we end up buying a lot more as well. I do not have such a hard time in any other store.

I try not to shop at target often. But they do carry some exclusive products that I like. Unfortunately it seems that this particular location is consistently out of stock. One time I checked online to see if they had what I was looking for and their website said it was in stock and directed me to the aisle. I go in and find that not only was it not there, there wasn’t even a spot for it. I had asked an employee if they could help locate it and she said that they would put it out when they get to it and proceeded to walk off. I seriously try and avoid this location at all costs.

Today Ellen checked me out. She was talking with me as she finished up. The lady behind me hadn’t even got all her purchases on the belt before she interrupted Ellen, “excuse me I need you to check us out, now.” Ellen was so chill about this rude woman. The lady’s family looked embarrassed and said something to her but Ellen had such a great response - 5 stars for her 🤩
