Petsmart, is a great place to go to find all your pets Needs and wants, they carry a variety of pet foods and pet items that far surpass Petco. When I first walked in I was surprised at how big the store was. They have one of the biggest fish areas that I have ever seen and carry a variety of different types of species of fish. Their prices are a lot lower than Pecos as well. Going to this petsmart change my mind about what people were saying about petsmart. I will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend you coming here.

Great variety. Nice area for training. The place is clean and the employees are friendly. It's convenient and located close to the Safeway Market, the dollar store, ace hardware and more.

Denise the manager on duty was rude when we ask to help us to get a little bird for my daughter birthday she refuse and said no, she claim that didn’t have the people to do it, but she was lazy doing nothing. Really disappointed experience and sad for my daughter

Did not have the food I was looking for and had I bad smell to it and yes I know it's a pet store but I've been in plenty that didn't smell, on the plus side the location was clean and the staff we around and willing to assist.

Tania and Erica at the grooming salon are both amazing with our dog whenever we bring her in for a nail trim. She struggles a lot with anxiety at grooming salons and they both are very patient and gentle with her and actually trim a sufficient amount off of her nails every time! I absolutely recommend them if your dog struggles with grooming anxiety

I got the cat who truly saved my life from this place :) I really needed her after my former cat passed, and she's perfect, loving and sweet. They did a good job caring for her and it shows. She was very loving and happy to be around humans. Cats will become very volatile if kept in unsavory environments. I'm very grateful for this store!

Always has the exact food that our puppies need. It is prescription based dog food dental health on small breeds. Works great and keeps the puppies breath smelling fresh all the time. My buddy got a rescue great Dane/ lab from here, and it's the best dog I've ever known. They have a great selection of everything pet related to purchase. They also offer pet training and free consultation. It is also so convenient to have Banfield in the same location to take care of all our pets medical needs in the same location. With great staff that care so much about animals, they would rather work with animals and get paid half of what a human equivalent medical personnel would make. That's honorable. Overall, it's a great store that will have you covered for your pets needs or if you need a new buddy..................................................................................................................... I have always gone to this petsmart ever since I was a teenager when I got my first dog. Everyone is always nice here and are always happy to help out when you have a questions. Yes there are times when there are not enough cashiers but aside from that great place. I love to take my dog here at the Salon with groomer Ari. I’m never disappointed when she cuts Lady’s hair. The Banfield hospital at this location is also great! Everyone is so helpful and super nice. I know when I come to this Banfield location I will always have great customer service. This will always be my go to Petsmart location.

Got my dog groomed at this location. Was worried because last time my dog was groomed from a completely different groomer at a different place (not petsmart) made her look terrible! But i described what I wanted and showed her pictures and she, Ari, was very understanding and helpful. And I got my dog back and she looks PERFECT! I definitely recommend if your getting your dog groomed here, try to book with Ari!

My little dog was too too old he couldn't handle getting groomed they were very kind I'm sad he won't be able to be groomed there again it's sad watching you the one you love so much get get old are you still with me so I'll enjoy it well I can get his dog don't ever had

The sales associates that work at PetSmart are all kind and very helpful. They went out of their way to find my prescription dog food. They didn't just say it is over there pointingThey got it for me and took it to the register.

Mannnnn, I love Petsmart. We got a puppy pitbull we’re trying to socialize. The pet store is a great place to do that. Our 4 month old Betty got so many pets and loves today. The staff is helpful and I really love the online order feature for things I know I’ll forget when I’m wandering around with a very strong puppy.

My repeated visits to PetSmart have raised concerns about the apparent lack of concern for the well-being of the animals in their care. On my third visit, I was dismayed to discover unsatisfactory living conditions, notably mold inside all packages of hornworms. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, their indifferent response, with nonchalant shoulder shrugs and an "oh well" attitude, reflects a concerning lack of commitment to the welfare of the animals they are responsible for. In addition to the mold-infested hornworms, I must highlight the distressing discovery of several deceased betas during a prior visit. This unfortunate observation, coupled with the lackadaisical response from the staff, raises serious questions about the commitment to maintaining a healthy and caring environment for the animals at PetSmart.

We started bringing our dog to this grooming salon about a year ago. Each time he went he got more nervous to the point that this time he poo'd all over himself and they did not even properly clean him before sending him home. He has come home on more than one occasion with less than satisfactory results with his nail grinding. To top it all off they still charged my husband $60 when we had to bath him again out in our yard once he got home to get all of the dog feces off of him. I will NEVER take my dog back there again!!

The managers are super cool they’ll hook you up with discounts if they can. The bigger girl with the glasses is hella rude but she’s good at her job. My only gripe with the store is that half the bettas are always dead. Probably because the store is understaffed.

I'm not impressed with the dog grooming. I took my poodle in for a cut. Not one of the best cuts I've seen. Left her with very uneven hair. Wouldn't recommend them. Maybe they were just learning? Here is a photo of the back of her head to show how bad.

I took my dog here for grooming and I am horrified by the entire experience. My dog has cuts all over his body - the most severe cuts are located in his armpits. When we picked him up he was traumatized and shaking. This is completely unacceptable & I truly believe that everyone should be warned about the uneducated groomers working here.

I know it's a pet supply store, but I can't get used to people bringing their animals shopping with them. The store has all sorts of stuff for small animals. We went for filters for our aquarium. The prices were ok. Some other stores are a little less expensive, but this store is closer to our home, so we pay for the convenience. Otherwise the store is clean and organized.

Petsmart has a wide variety of foods for all.pets. you can even pick up prescription food here. The prices are reasonable, and it's much easier to be able to get what I need all in one place.

I'm not sure how a lier got hired as a manager, but I just caught Patrick lie to me. I ask if we can have our meeting at 10:30 and dude lie to me that he's gonna be busy. I decided to walk in and ask to talk to him. Dude wasn't with anyone else but organizing the shelve, and there was only one customer. You've asked for this negative feedback... learn how to dwell with your consequences. Oh and your opportunity is not the last option.
