Petco is the best place to get items for your four legged or other pets. I loved the large selection of refrigerated foods for pets. So many times it is hard to find fresh refrigerated food to give my pet. My pet loves the cold item snacks especially in the summer time. Then I love the selection of rainwear that they provided including the footwear. I have noticed that a lot of owners wipe the paws and this is great wear to protect their paws

When i visited store they did not have the variety of hummingbird feeders i needed But went online to petco found one i wanted ordered it and when i got it Petco gave me a second one free!! Was surprised very unexpected loved it, Thank you Petco!! 😊

Let me preface by saying I feel truly sorry for the staff members who are working as hard as they can here, it's not their fault seemingly one person is being made to run the entire store by themselves.Shelves are constantly empty, floors are covered in trash, and sometimes it takes ten minutes or longer to find an employee able to run the register. I've had to stop using this store. Their complete inability to keep even main brands, basic pet food, stocked means that I can't actually expect to come into this store and get even the basic essentials, I can't even buy the usual brands. Items are on shelves with no prices. Items are scattered on the floor, and garbage is all over. It's a mess and it's only getting worse as time has gone on. The in store pickup area is trashed as well. See attached photos.I feel truly sorry for the folks stuck working as hard as they can at this location despite what appears to be a total breakdown in management. It isn't their fault they are needing to restock, clean, help customers, and run the register when they're so critically understaffed.

Grate customer service, with a large number of pet products. They also have a small variety of small animals for you to adopt.So if you're looking for small fluffy creatures like hamsters or Guinea pigs, Or if you're looking for some aquatic creatures like fresh water or salt water fish.They also have reptile such as snakes, lizards and turtles.

Not super impressed. The store is fairly cluttered around the inside perimeter, appearing as if there is unfinished work and gives the overall store a sense of messiness. The fish section is in a tiny section (also appearing cluttered and dirty) and the poor creatures are crammed, by the hundreds, into plastic bags & tanks. Just because humans are bigger than fish does not mean we need to treat the creatures cruelly.They used to have a nice dog & cat section for adoption, however once COVID hit they stopped doing that and have not restarted.Items are also way overpriced.

I placed a simple order (one item ) to be delivered. My product couldn't be delivered as Petco did not include my apartment number (which is clearly on my account?) I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a Petco rep (headquarters) not in this country) never again. I could have went to the store.Still don't have my packageVery disappointed 😞

I took my Doodle puppy in for her first groom at 19 weeks old. Upon entering i was rudely asked by the groomer linda to wait outside due to the aggressive dogs she currently had. Understandable. So i did. After they left we checked in i told her SPECIFICALLY many many times i DID NOT want a poodle cut. I understand a lot of people like the shaved face with muffin hair on top but i personal absolutely HATE it. It’s not for me and i did not want my puppy to have this look. Linda discussed what length i would like her at i said just a trim due to the fact that i maintain her curls greatly. She’s brushed multiple times a day and enjoys it. She asked about how i wanted her face, i stated i just wanted her to be able to see so trim where her eyes are, and i wanted her to be able to eat without getting hair in her mouth. so a trim at the eyes, and trim at the mouth. she also asked about her feet, i told her i didn’t want the poodle look so no poodle feet. She asked about her tail, i stated i didnt want it shaved and liked the fan look. She reassured me many times that she understood what i wanted and that she would be able to accomplish this cut. After picking up my puppy she indeed look like a poodle! WHICH IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. she is a mix, a doodle you could say. i loved her curls, i loved her floof, i loved her the way she was the hair was just a little too long. I was handed a dog i hardly recognized. To mention as well, she was not matted AT ALL, so there was absolutely no reason for her to be shaved this short. DO NOT GO TO LINDA AVOID THIS GROOMERAs you can see from her before and after she was botched.

I went into my local Petco to buy more Dog Food.I was encouraged by a $10 off >$50 purchase offer.I got to the Checkout stand and was informed this offer was ONLY valid for online purchases.What a disappointment.

Both our dogs were groomed. One is very old, deaf and doesn’t see well. I was recovering from surgery.our groomer he saw me struggling just a little and came to help. She did wonderful bathes and they were delighted instead of mad! She then helped me back in the car and told me next time let her know I’m there and she would “ fetch “ them. I do hope you can keep her.

Do not take your dog here for grooming, even if it seems convenient. My dog Emma was dropped off at 9am today for a basic bath and trim, and I was given a pretty long but not unreasonable estimate of 4 hours by Allanna, so I said thanks and went about my day.5 hours rolled around so I called in, and they said they needed another hour - again, not unreasonable but a really long total time for basic grooming.I showed up an hour later, and they had not even started most of the services requested, she had only had a bath, and instead of actually trimming her nails they had just been smoothed off.So my dog sat in a crate for six hours in a strange place, and that’s just for a bath? They didn’t even brush her, she’s dropping hair all over the house!Again, do NOT go here to get your dog groomed!

Stopped in today to get a scratching post for our cat. Was a bit sticker shocked by the 11.99 for the cheapest cardboard scratcher, but I suppose I haven't bought one in a decade so maybe that's just the going rate.We were friendly greeted when we walked in, and they helped us find the isle we were looking for super fast.While checking out, we had some questions about some of the services Petco provides and the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable on the subject and even gave some helpful suggestions we hadn't thought about.All in all, a bit spendy, but we will shop here again.

Went here for feeder fish. They didnt have any. Usually this means they died feom disease. Also had to buy a clearance hamster. Rodents on clearance means they are only a few day away from snake food.

Brought my step daughter to this location to pick out a hamster today after looking at a few other pet stores first. I'm glad we went to check out one last place! I don't know the name of the 2 people that helped us (was a guy who was helping us first, then a women helped us finish up) Both workers were super kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much! My step daughter is thrilled with the little guy!

Stopped by this location last week looking for supplies for our son's Bearded Dragon & our new puppy. A very sweet & cheerful man named Shane greeted us immediately & proceeded to assist us with all our questions & needs. He was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, happy & patient with us. The products he recommended worked out wonderfully & our dragon seems much more comfy. He also suggested the puppy training classes/trainer there, to which we signed up for. We returned yesterday with our new puppy, "Roo," for more supplies, immediately Shane remembered us & greeted us like dear friends & offered his assistance even though he was obviously on his way to take his break, he still cheerfully asked if we needed his assistance. We could tell he would've postponed his break to help us. And again while we were checking out ensured we had everything we needed and provided us with great advice. Shane is AMAZING! Excellent customer service & stellar sweet person!💛🐾

This specific Petco location has an amazing team! A couple names that come to mind are Amy, Scott and Eli. Everytime I come in, I always feel a bit happier when I see one of these three! They have always been helpful, friendly and kind.

Petco is TRASH as a company. They offer “same day delivery,” but have zero intention of fulfilling the order. Their app is the worst, but I lived with it as a pet owner, thinking that their focus was pets- not apps. I constantly get emails offering specials for “same day delivery,” and I have tried to order it 3 times now when I have been in a bind and out of food for my pups. Each and every time they have failed, while promising that the order will be delivered before end of day- prohibiting me from making other arrangements for backup, and also refused to refund my money in a timely manner. This last time I lost my mind. I placed my order in the morning, within one hour I received an email stating my order was delayed. No information was provided as to why, but the Petco “VIP” 877 customer service number was given to call for information. I called, she was rude & flatly stated she had no information about my order. When pressed, she said my order would arrive by 8 pm. It never arrived, I never heard anything from Petco. My sweet pups had no food and it was too late to do anything about it. When I contacted them, they told me it was all on Doordash- not Petco’s fault. Such BS considering that I can pull up my Doordash app and order anything from them and have it delivered in 30-ish minutes. I am reporting Petco to the BBB, and will NEVER spend a penny there. Do not spend your money at a company that doesn’t care about leaving your pets without food, or fulfilling their obligations, or even refunding your money after they failed to deliver your order.I still don’t have a refund, or the order, or anything else. Petco is TRASH and does not care about pets. Garbage company that leaves pets without food and doesn’t care.DO NOT SHOP AT PETCO!
