Stopped by to get Halibut today. I stood in front of the seafood counter for 5 minutes and no one ever came over to help me. I finally walked out. I didn't even buy the other groceries in my cart because, why bother? I don't want to support a store that doesn't care about their customers, especially when they charge 2 to 3 times more than everywhere else. New Seasons used to be worth paying extra for because you could get customer service. What is the point of the store now?

The people here are always very nice but most of the items are incredibly overpriced, especially the wine and alcohol but it's good for a quick stop for lunch or a coffee.

I very much enjoy this grocery store other than price. There are certain items I do go there for but not enough for me to shop consistently. Service is great, very clean and organized.

We moved to the area in June so this has become our go-to shop. Great products - especially love the breads and the cheese selection (big shout out to Steve my cheese enabler!). Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoy coming here.

Went here specifically for the brand new “vegan Bakon” that was advertised on the news- it was delicious! Portland based company that only sells at New Seasons.We went to the bakery and also got a delicious loaf of fresh sourdough bread! My daughter (3.5) loved pushing the kid cart around the store and it was very clean/organized. Also great customer service ! We will be back

New Seasons is a weekly stop when getting groceries. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease five years ago they were a god send. They have so many different items for me to choose from and i love that they have fresh gluten free pasta. The meat counter is awesome and we love the chicken basil sausage. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love the new self check out. Prices are better than they used to be? We all know New Seasons is decent but could be better. Remember Natures? That place was great. Portland used to have better independent grocery stores and co-ops. I don’t blame New Seasons as much as I blame Whole Foods. I do like that the employees here don’t force conversation like at Trader Joe’s. But I still go out of my way for Trader Joe’s. Anyway I guess this place is fine. I can walk here and it’s fine. I’m so tired of Portland.

Nuking the sandwich bar for a trash selection of overpriced pre-made sandwiches is a travesty. Way to be anti-consumer in the pursuit of shaving off a few dollars in employee overhead. The sandwich bar was hugely popular for lunches and brought people in through the door.They didn't even replace the sandwich bar with anything useful, and the hot bar has been a huge ripoff since its inception.Whoever is sitting high and mighty in corporate making these decisions should lose their job before they destroy the rest of the business.

Good produce. Good selection. Prices on the high side but not bad for organic produce. Sale prices are excellent. Also watch for coupons. Rewards points add up quickly to give you cash discounts on purchases. The rolls and focaccia we tried from their bakery had salt crystals on top making them too salty. Baguettes are good. Salad bar has a good variety of options that looked fresh.

I really like shopping at this store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Sometimes I have had trouble locating certain items and I ask for help and they are kind and helpful and if the person doesn’t know what to look for they go the extra mile and ask someone who does know.

I'd love to rate this location better, however there's a short haired young lady in the fresh meat department who makes each experience dreadful. On 3 occasions now she's made it clear she doesn't like to be disturbed while closing the department. Perhaps this is her regular demeanor. However we shop in the evenings & she's always short, makes faces of discontent when asked a question, making you the buyer feel as if you're in the wrong/bothersome.When checking out I asked the cashier if they liked closing, & they said, No, with a smile, & continued chatting. I said I couldn't tell, unlike the young lady in the meat department. She stated, Yes, I think she feels stressed trying to close & help people.Obviously she needs a morning shift bc that stress & frustration shouldn't roll down to the customers. It's no different from a server trying to close their section, while performing closing duties, & wait for tables still entering. They still deserve Great customer service. I found myself so frustrated & angry just thinking about the nasty faces she made while simply trying to shop as locally as possible other than our preferred farmers markets, which Always have Amazing customer service.I understand being short staffed, but why do establishments continue to hire/tolerate workers w/skill sets that do not do the business any real service at all. Workers like this turn neighborhood customers away.

This was a nice, clean store centrally located in Orenco. Small Town appeal with larger market amenities. Full hot counter and nice wine/beer selection. Excellent selection of necessities and produce. Service was great. Well stocked. Little expensive, but the quality is there.

Inventories are usually well stocked and clean. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Ask about their loyalty program. I always make sure to stop by the plants section. Bring your own grocery bag too to bag it forward.There's a nice hot foods section to buy something to eat if you get hungry while shopping.For the craft beer geeks, sometimes you may find limited edition releases or fresh ipas on the shelves.

Great place to buy organic foods. They have a large vitamin and supplement section. There delli provides great lunch options with burgers, bagels, sandwiches, and a stir fry food as well. There bakery has a good selection of pies, cookies and cakes. New favorite is there chi tea.
