I've been buying from Nature's Pet for a few years. It's conveniently located and I can just stop during a walk. My golden retriever loves the training treats and she goes crazy for the freeze dried raw food. Haven't seen any of those 2 articles anywhere else! The staff is nice and my dog always gets a treat.

My husband and I stopped by at this pet store today 01/07/24 on our way home from our two senior dogs veterinary appointment at Frontier Veterinary Hospital. We bought a road snack for our two senior dogs to share and a Yeow catnip rainbow kicker toy for our cats. The store associate was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is our first time shopping at the Orenco Station and we have shopped at the Beaverton, Sherwood and McMinnville location. I will attest that our interactions with the store associates with each aforementioned city has been positive. The store associate left a good impression on both me and my husband. We will definitely come back to shop at this pet store again in the future. Kudos to Olivia the cashier that rang our two purchases today. Keep up the awesome customer service!

So the prices were hard to read on frozen pet food. Which was a pity as some looked reasonable. I asked for help to read them as I wasn't sure which food to get the clerk at 11:15 am instead of coming around to help said she had to know the brand or style to help me, even when I said that's what I was trying to decide. She was too lazy to come around the counter with No one else in the store and help me navigate. And was rude both in person and on the phone. Don't waste your time.Edit: this is not a reflection on the chain. I have one of these in Beaverton, they are lovely. They were the closest so I went to spite the phone call because I thought maybe she was super busy. Clearly I was wrong, as when I tried to give her an out, instead of apologizing she said you're welcome to shop somewhere else, so maybe it's worth going the extra few miles to somewhere else.

I have been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies and been so grateful for the kindness and education gleaned from the staff working at Nature’s Pet Market in Orenco Station. And I love that it is in such a walkable area, so they get exercise and then they can be rewarded by coming into the shop and sniffing all of the good things it has inside!! I have purchased, harnesses, food, treats, and really appreciate the personal attention staff offers my dogs. Thank you, Nature’s Pet!

Only been here twice, but I love it. Love the options and the quality. The customer service is great and it’s locally owned which is the biggest thing for me. Stop buying from big franchises like petco or petsmart. Support local businesses. Also my dog loves the free treats when we stop by on our walks.

Awesome find!! The lady up front was super helpful. I came in for a carrier for my dog for an airplane and some other products. She helped me find what I needed quickly and easily. I needed a new local pet store and this place is great. They have a large selection and awesome staff. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot for their pet needs.

My Lucy had a toe removed due to cancer 2 weeks ago, and at the same time my family caught COVID. I called to see if they used any delivery services and the owner said, "I'll be happy to bring it to you"! And he did!! I am blown away at his kindness. First time visit today, but we will be back. They came recommended by our vet because we wanted more natural food for our cat. Lovely little store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We found the cutest little cat toy made from natural materials too! Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Parking is right outside too!!

The gal working there was helpful and kind. They have a loyalty program too, I will be shopping here from now on!

Great spot. I pass by 2 of the bigger box/chain stores and a couple grocery stores to get here. My exclusive spot for food for our cats. Good selection, friendly staff and a fairly robust loyalty/rewards program. Prefer the higher quality food for the pets health. That quality selection comes with a higher price slightly but that is my choice, not the store. Also enjoy opportunities to support smaller local stores.

I moved to Orenco Station from Arizona about a month ago and just found this cute little shop! As soon as I walked in and asked my first question, the one guy who was stocking products stopped what he was doing and spent time with me telling me about the different brands of dog foods and how they would meet my dogs needs based on what I shared with him. The other guy manning the register was also very friendly and mentioned they had really cool dog toys and I walked out of there with a full bag of nutrition for my fur baby, some adorable toys, and she even got a new house!I recommend this shop to anyone who really cares about your pets needs, nutrition, health and playfulness because these guys will have your back the minute you walk in! Proud to say I’m now a loyal customer and will shop there for my sweet Marley!♥️

I have been going to this store for a very long time, and it's a fantastic store. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and always have good tips. One of the employees recommended a vet for our pets, and it was a very good clinic. I always buy food for my rats here, as they sell the type of food I like for cheaper than what they sell it for at petsmart. They also were able to order in an item I needed, and they give treats to the pups that come in! When I walk my dog here, and she realizes where we are going, she starts wagging, and gets super excited to get pets and treats from the employees. Thank you for the wonderful store!

My dog has health issues, and sometimes has no appetite - not good for him to not eat. So I stopped at Nature's Pets to see if they had some ideas. They took time with me, offered options. The canned food and freeze dried kibble - so far so good. Really appreciate the thoughtful attention. I'll be back!

I've been going to Nature's Pet for almost six years (and live in one of the condos above the store). Love the people and the products. BEST dog food I've ever tried and was recently tasked with buying kittle litter for my Boss's rare cats and found just the right kind here. Super friendly people. Cumulative discounts. All around the place to shop for your pets if you care about what they eat.

The folks at Nature's Pet are sweet and attentive. They know their stuff, and are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. We wanted a particular dog toy that they did not carry, but they were happy to order it for us. Amazon might have been cheaper, but Amazon won't fuss over us and our puppy. They are great folks.

Cooper loves to drag me here on our daily walks. Some days I relent and let him in. They love all the pups that visit them.Love that they carry Coopers favorite ball and food. We tend to spread our business between 2 other pet stores in the area, all of which carry the same products. If we can buy it from a smaller store, we do. I recommend more people look to shop local now more than ever.

Nature's Pet is the best pet store I've ever been to, period. While it may not have the variety that chain pet stores have, everything in there is high quality. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and always have wonderful recommendations when it comes to treats, food and toys for your pet- whether you have a dog, cat, or a different pet. I enjoy walking my dog to Nature's Pet, and she always wags and gets very excited when she we even get near the store. The employees know her by name, and always give her a treat and some pets! I love this store, and highly recommend it to any pet owners, with any variety of pets.
