The store manager was rude to the customer, she didn't even know the brands sold in the store. I went to the store to return a T-shirt from the brand (Vince), the price of this product is $49, she told me how this T-shirt for $49 should be a maximum of $12... I actually wonder because this is the first time this situation has happened to me, and the strangest thing is From that store manager is someone like that, I don't recommend this store at all, I don't know how this stupid manager works in this store..........

so rude ! Asked if a kuromi chair was in stock, I was immediately hit with “it’s first come first serve im not gonna tell you our stock on that.” Funny because I called the exact same store LAST WEEK for the same product with a different response. I’m no longer supporting this location.

Despite being CRAMMED with product and a very busy store, this is not the nightmare you might expect it to be. Somehow, things stay pretty organized, and that amazes me! There's much selection, constant new arrivals, and good prices here, plus the checkout lines move quickly. All combine to make this store a regular stop for me.

The only problem l have with Marshall's is they put too many clothes on rack and toy have to constantly push them to try and look at them. My arm gets tired from pushing and not a nice comfortable experience.

The items are great. I love home goods products. I’ve come in here before and it’s been okay service. Nothing that was worth noting- good or bad. Indifferent. Which is totally fine. I get it. I used to be in customer service retail as well and I know sometimes you just rather not help because you’ve been through the ringer.. or you’re burnt out. Totes understand.BUT. I have to assume that when you see a small woman struggling to lift and adjust a bench onto a cart so it doesn’t take out every end cap and product displayed SOMEONE.. ANYONE would offer assistance. LITERALLY any one of the 6 employees who we’re literally next to me or in your products stuffed (which I appreciate all the goods!) aisles, would offer SOME kind of assistance. Even when I was checking out and I needed to lift it out off the cart to get the rest of the items out, 2 employees - clerk and another who walked by- didn’t offer any assistance. Clerk even said “oh it’s okay.” Like me taking time to do all this was MY fault. I said “man. You know not a single person offered any assistance.” She apologized. I got to my vehicle and again unloaded by myself - COVID. I get it. In all this, a canvas picture got stretched out a bit. I almost came back inside and instead I asked a lovely woman who was walking by if she noticed anything about the picture. I’m so glad I did because I LOVE it. Anyways, please stop pretending to not seeing customers who need assistance. This was incredible frustrating and and overshadowed finding the perfect item for our home.

I found so many cute things. Shoes , dresses and tops. They have everything from candy& snacks to furniture. It was clean, organized and well stocked. I'll be back for sure. 🙂

I love how neat and orderly this store is. I found quite a selection of clothes that I didn't even know I was looking for. Of course they just jumped into my hands and I had to buy them ALL. Thanks Marshall's for great quality clothes at bargain prices.

Nice little Marshall's, staff is helpful and very nice. Looks like the company is struggling to keep shelfs stocked (been to a couple, always seems the case). Look online as prices might be cheaper there.

I visited Marshalls last week and I was very impressed by their selection of clothes and accessories. They had a lot of brands and styles to choose from, and everything was well-organized and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered me a discount coupon for my next purchase. I would definitely recommend Marshalls to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.

The store is okay but the restrooms are never open. Usually they have someone smoking meth in there and they close them. They also close the dressing rooms early so if you find something you want to buy, you have to take it home and try it on and then bring it back if it doesn't work. Very inefficient!

I shopped here for the first time recently and they had a good selection of name brands I like at great prices. Staff is friendly and not pushy about the credit card they are obliged to sell customers.

I cut my hand opening a can of dog food and went inside Marshall’s to ask for a first aid kit as it was bleeding pretty heavily and one of the girls that works there really just did more than just grab a bandaid, she cleaned my hand and disinfected the cut followed by some ointment and a bandage without hesitation. thank you!

Decent selection usually kept fairly clean and orderly BUT and this is a big BUT... Customer service has a lot of training required to assist customers. rather than standing around and ignore them. This is a routine occurrence. Perhaps management should look into it. Have already filed a complaint with corporate!

It's best to go without expectations. Sometimes I go and don't find anything, other days I might find something or many great things. You just never know. There is often a line to checkout but the people up front are usually very pleasant.

Selection: They have great quality finds. I appreciate the variety of styles and sizes. I'm a size 9 sometimes an 11 depending on the brand. I enjoy being able to stop at one store for ALL my clothing needs.Customer Service: By far the BEST. I enjoy that the staff are consistently and GENUINELY offer help. I appreciate the coversation and smiles. It makes me feel like they actually are able and WILLING to help. Their manager is such a refreshing delight; walking around the store straightening things, having sweet little conversations; I just love it!Prices: Their prices are one of the best in the area. Very reasonable and why I have to be with a buddy to purposely get me to leave the store.

My partner and I shopped here for over an hour collecting items for donation to neighborhood families and children. We filled the cart with items. we were looking at a telescope for the neighbor boy and and when we turned around our cart was gone!! We were less than 10 feet away, and no more than 5 minutes directly across the isle by the checkout line enterence! How in the world?! We asked an employee up front greeting (?) She said she didn't know where it was, and that someone probably put the stuff back. I told he that's not possible, they would still be putting it all back and i already looked the store over She reiterated, i don't know where it is... -- that's it, she didn't call anyone, ask anyone, just an "i don't know" and blank stare. So I walked to the back to see if an employee put it in the back. I asked another employee in the back room about itHe looked around said he didn't see it and offered to take me to the manager. We walked back upfront to the super unhelpful lady, and he asks her where the manager is, just as she comes walking up from the back of the store. The guy tells her that someone took our cart and she tells me "i don't know where the cart is, i haven't seen it".... And then walks past me and goes up front by the doors.... I have no poor they were prejudice against us but that's exactly how it felt... They didn't care how much time we spent shopping, didn't care to help us look for the cart, nothing. Like we were trash and beneath them. AND here's the worst part. THEY PURPOSELY TOOK OUR CART!??? And then lied to is about it. I'm sure of it. I think it was the manager that was coming from the back of the store. They knew it was our cart and took it. I've never felt so disgusting and or so discriminated against in my entire life. Just terrible. And I'm not letting this go. People like this have no place in a civilized society. I've never felt so disgusting in my life.

This location is one of the best of the Marshall stores. Their selection is ample, parking is excellent and I was very impressed on how good the place was stocked. I wear size 33 in pants and it is almost impossible to find them at any store. I walked away with three items. Not to mention, their prices are the best. I took my daughter who is an avid and knowledgeable shopper and she was delighted.

Employees are rude and would not accept my return of damaged pants and told me I washed them wrong. I provided my ID and loyalty phone number and she still criticized me and didn’t believe when I said Denver is where I am from?? I thought Portland was a liberal city - and I realize I must look homeless so they won’t help me.

Bad customer service. The manager gave me a hard time for returning a dog shirt that didnt fit. Even though I had the receipt and the tag was on it. They tried to say it had to much dog hair on it and was dirty. It wasn’t, I literally put it on my dog and took it back off. I’ve never had a problem returning stuff that didn’t fit my dog before. They argued with me for like 10 minutes over it, telling me it was unsellable and why should they do the return if they can’t resell it. They finally gave me my cash back. They said next time try to hold it up next to your dog to see if it fits. As if that would work. Never buying anything from this location again.

I never have enough money when I'm here, there's always too many things that I want! Today I was super stoked because I got a pair of Bearpaw boots and Sketchers boots on clearance for $26! If you don't go here you're seriously missing out! One of the biggest things I love about this location though is the fact that the employees here are genuinely polite, do NOT breathe down your neck and /or follow you through the store but are available to assist you if you need help!

Manager up front is SO rude and yelled at my friend and I 45 minutes before closing that they were closing soon and to hurry with shopping. Everyone at check out was rude and miserable.

Nice store! It has a lot of knick knacks and small items, but not very much clothes. So, if you're hoping for a huge selection of clothes, I'd try another store...but if you're coming to look for gifts or something like that, this place is perfect!

This chain is one of best for discount clothing, though finding something you are specifically looking for can be somewhat hit or miss. More often I find something nice that I wasn't specifically shopping for! Very efficient cashiers and queuing so even long checkout lines move quickly.
