Jeff & Co. did an amazing job refilling the foam on our leather sofa and chair. They’d been sagging and the leather was misshapen and it was getting more challenging to get out of the chair or couch with your posterior lower than your knees. Now they look practically brand new and it’s easy to stand up again. Fantastic job, super friendly and responsive, very reasonably priced. See before and after photos.

From the first contact via phone to the last delivery, Leather Pros is a professional, attentive, quality company. They were honest with extra fees for the necessary renovation of the couch, The renovation and redye are exceptional. Actually the couch looks better now than when we purchased it. Jeff and his assistant handled the very heavy couch with care, told us how to maintain the beauty of the couch. I might add there were other pieces of furniture they had in the truck when they picked up the couch and delivered it and the pieces were exceptional. We have some other pieces of leather furniture that need attention; I have no hesitation in having Leather Pros do the work. After our new rescue dog went goblin-mode on our hide-a-bed sofa, we explored several options, but ultimately wanted to keep it as it was part of a sectional set. Even though the set was about 16 years old, Leather Pros were able to find a very good fabric match and repair the damage so that the couch can continue to be enjoyed. I strongly suggest getting a quote in person, so that all your needs can be made clear. I decided to seek a quote by photos, and the initial quote had to be adjusted once in the shop and they could see everything. The team communicated clearly via email and text, as phone calls were not really available to me at my workplace. Last photo shows the guilty party and the refurbished sofa. The texture of the fabric could not be matched exactly, but it is more than adequate for our needs.

Jeff was thorough and clear in his explanation of what could be done to restore our leather chairs. We thought the chairs were beyond hope due to extensive body oil saturation and staining; but Leather Pros did an amazing job.

Everything about working with Leather Pros is delightful. Denene in the office is friendly and efficient. Justin did pick up and delivery, also friendly and efficient. He helped me understand what leathers would work well with my chair and my lifestyle ( spills, dogs, etc). And my chair.. oh my chair. It’s beautiful. The leather is perfect. The upholstery is top notch. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better result. You have to wait for the upholsterer to have availability but it’s worth it, just look at the photos.

We had a leather couch with sagging cushions from eight years of daily use. We thought we'd get a new one but that was very expensive.We contacted Leather Pros about replacing the cushion cores. They replied promptly with a reasonable estimate, took our sofa in for repair, and brought it back in half the time they estimated. It's now as good as new - I expect it'll be just fine for another eight to ten years.This was such good service -- high quality and a great value. I'd recommend them highly.

Have delayed addressing a couple of stains on the passenger seat and now that we are selling it decided this was the time to do so. Justin and Hector came to our home for the repair and the repaired seat looks better than the driver’s seat that did not need a repair. It looks better than I thought it could. Would highly recommend this company for leather repair, wish we had not waited so long to do it. Below is a before and after photo.

I purchased a used Tesla Model S that had some serious damage on the driver and passenger seat. It was cream colored leather so I was nervous about doing anything that might change the color.I took it to Leather Pros Inc and within a few hours they made the seats look brand new. They matched the rest of the seats perfectly.I had a detail appointment set for later in the week and if was not for some stains of the headliner, I would have cancelled the appointment. My car looked like it was detailed by a professional detail company. It looked amazing.I will bring anything leather to Leather Pros. They are professional and the best at what they do.

I would give this company six stars if I could. Their renovation of my leather couch was incredible. It was badly damaged with my Lab’s nails, but looks like new now. The crew called on the day of the appointment to move their arrival time out a couple of hours. I appreciated the heads up.The person I spoke with when setting up the appointment indicated they would match the grain of the area repaired, but the area repaired has little to no grain to it. The woman I spoke with even asked who made the sofa so they would be able to match the grain. The material also filled in stitching because the hole was adjacent to stitches and the only way to repair was to fill in some of the stitches. I was advised of this before the repair started so no surprise there. My biggest disappointment is that the repair created a divot where there wasn't damage and it is now completely smooth. I pointed out the roughened area on the one repair and a second layer was applied. ( third photo and 4th photo) I asked the technicians if they warrant their work against cracking or peeling, but was told they do not. The fill material is completely smooth not grain matched as described, but the color is matched on both pieces. I have had a hole repaired in a center console in a car and the grain was embedded in the repair but this was done by another company so my expectations were that the repair would be in a like manner. Its good not great, cheaper than a new sectional piece and Natuzzi sofa. Thats why its 3 stars.
