At Grocery Outlet, you'll find name brand groceries for 40-70% less than conventional grocery stores. The store has a great layout Making it easy for customers to find items. The atmosphere is also great they have their own radio station playing throughout the day. The isles are nice and wide so there is no collision with other customers. When I went to check out the cashiers were super nice and friendly. Overall I would recommend you coming to Grocery Outlet bargain market, for your daily consumables.

The young ladies that ring up the groceries here are lovely. The old timers could learn a thing or two from them, but I think they've played with their lead toys too much! Careful out there!

I haven't shopped there in a long time. The staff were eager to help show you where things are located. The storm seemed a little messy, and floors were not very clean. Check out staff very friendly and thanked me for shopping there.I will go back and check it out in a month to see if there is a difference in the cleanliness of the store.

Great place I don't normally shop at grocery outlet because a lot of stores just don't have a good selection. And the price really isn't much better. But this store in particular is worth going to. They have the most amazing helpful employees and they are cheerful and kind and really go the extra mile. The store is always clean but the selection and prices for what they have are still not the best. But I'll go back for the great customer service.

Grocery Outlet sometimes gets a bad name. Not this one. The selection and prices are outstanding. My wife is always bringing home some unique, yummy goodies. I love their beer and wine selection. They carry some IPAs that I can’t find anywhere else. During this crazy Covid time they have the right protections and guidelines in place.

I was just over charged 11/24/2023 at 3:29, Casher 104 transaction 0062. I called at 4pm 31 minutes later. I asked for a manager. Manager got on the phone. I asked her for her name so I could write it on the receipt because I can not get back there until tomorrow. She would not give me her name. The people I talked to over the phone were so rude. And would not look at the cameras. The was also the situation that the cashier was making a big deal about the sun coming in threw the window and asked her management to move tills. I mentioned that. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I said maybe the sun was in her eyes so she pressed the wrong key on the till. Again I was treated very rudely. I mentioned that I didn't like the way this was going and that I spend $400 + a month there. She then said she doesn't have to listen to my language and hung up the phone. I did but say any cuss words. I've worked on customer service before. So they took money from me but it will be the last. Rudest manager ever.

Just minutes ago I visited your store as I have done for many many many years. As soon as I started shopping, I was radioed in and followed. When I approached the checkout I was accused of stealing. What a slap in the face after years of patronizing your store. Please explain to me why your sub-G.E.D.-educated employees stereotyped me, then accused me of stealing when I had done nothing of the sort and never have. Please watch your camera footage shortly before 9 AM today and have a good long talk with your assumptive, suspicious, unintelligent employees. I will never return to your location ever again, and you can guarantee that I will tell everyone I know that this is the really bad Grocery Outlet. Place kept clean. Prices are good. Gluten-free products also. Pet foods mostly dry foods decent selection. Paper products good selections. Seasonal products also on display. Still a good place to find something with good prices.

For some reason I feel like the prices at this particular store are higher than the other Grocery outlets I've been to. But they had a good variety of things to choose from and the employees were all very nice

this grocery store is amazing! they have amazing prices and deals, they also sell seasonal items as well! the workers and employees are very kind and understanding! if you want to shop in a safe environment and want some of the best deals in Hillsboro, I recommend Grocery Outlet as a go to grocery store! you will not regret it!

I am a senior who uses a cane. I have shopped here off and on for a couple of years. I often need a restroom. I have always been allowed. Today I was told it was for employees only. I asked since when ? Oh they put in doors( I assume to back area) and so is no longer available. And that I could leave the store and go to McDonalds .This is unacceptable. I will not return.

Good prices though stock tends to rotate. Strangely small selection of men's shampoo and body wash but plenty of deals to be had on groceries. I prefer stopping here when I don't feel like waiting in line to check out at Winco and dealing w the crowds.

Prices on many items are more expensive than WinCo and Walmart. They let people bring in their dogs (not service animals) they bark at you and try to sniff you, absolutely rediculous, the owner needs to follow laws. Also, the store is filthy and they think everyone is stealing from them

I'm always surprised when I come here. The selection is usually unlike anyplace else and the prices are hard to beat. People-watching here could be considered a side attraction to your grocery shopping experience. I recommend this place if you're looking for the slightly out of the ordinary meal prep option.

Love grocery outlet! Always awesome deals and good customer service! Don't buy raw meat or fish here, I've gotten frozen salmon and refrigerated tritip before and they were not fresh, otherwise everything had been great. Nice to try stuff you don't usually get from grocery stores you don't frequent.
