Fred Myers Garden Center is a great place to get all your plants and vegetables for the upcoming seasons. When it's the planting season, they usually are full of great and wonderful plans of many varieties. With great prices as well. They have a large variety of guarding equipment such as gardening gloves, hats, shoes, flowerpots, rakes, gardening hoses, Fergilizers, seeds pruners, Gardening fork, water cans, etc.The stuff there is really friendly and really helpful.

Beware of thrips! Everything I bought had them and it caused a huge outbreak outside of my house and my houseplants. I tried fighting the infestation for months. It cost me hundreds of dollars and so much time and the bugs still won! Beware, these bugs are tricky because they burrow into the tissue and soil. Look out for damage that looks like lines on the leaves. They're either grayish or orange looking straight lines from them feeding.

This place comes alive in the spring and summer! There are new plants coming in every week I visited. Smells just like a garden! Many gardening supplies and decorations available. There is usually a dedicated staff member moving around the inside and outside of this center if you need assistance.

Came here for a filet knife. They keep them behind the clear door as shown in the picture. There was a bell to ring for someone to open it but I thought I'd just ask one of the employees near this aisle. I came to some young guy working there who was just standing and staring at one of the aisle and not doing anything if he could open the door so I could but the filet knife. He just answered, "no" coldly. I than asked him who could open the door for me. He told me to go to the cashier and ask them to open the door. This information didn't seem right nor did he offer to radio anyone or get the cashier himself though he clearly wasn't doing anything. I than went back to the aisle with the filet knife I wanted and rang the bell. I waited and nobody came for a long time. I than saw another worker who I asked to open the door. She said she doesn't have the keys but would find someone who can open it for me. I waited for a long time and still nothing though I then saw the girl working again. I rang the bell again and waited for a long time and nobody was showing up. I was about to leave the store when finally some guy came with keys and gave me the filet knife I wanted to buy. As I was walking back to go pay for the knife, I saw the first guy I asked for help still standing in the same aisle he was in earlier texting on his phone, doing nothingIt shouldn't take hours to get a filet knife or receive such disrespectful custom customer service

Fred is always good for this time of year when you want to buy some plants or some flowers or garden stuff to add to your collection. Not a lot of help around but you can pretty much find everything it's just pretty straightforward and shelter this way and plants are that way, if you want to get some dirt got to get the dirt on the outside before you come in or pay for the dirt inside and get it on your way out.

Beware every plant has thrips and will ruin your whole plant collection with just one infected plant! Told the manager in charge and he informed me he knew and it was an epidemic right now. What really upset me is he said he sent plants back for having mealy bugs which is extremely easy to treat compared to thrips!

Standards at Fred Meyer have fallen off the cliff in the last 20 years, the cringe boys wearing dresses, the lack of professionalism and down right horrible customer service.

I actually passed thru the garden center to a different department. I bought some masking tape and left. Downside to it was the side I parked my vehicle on was closed by the time I got through so I had to walk all around the building to get to where I parked.

I love the Freddy's garden center. Decent selection depending on time of year and prices are good. Definitely a must if you want a small flower bed or some veggies in spring!

Parked at the garden center but shopped the whole store. Prices 15 to 20% higher and 60% less selection. Crowds present but mostly courteous.

It's always so beautiful. All the plants are healthy and vibrant. Fred Meyers has always displayed an amazing garden center!

Good selection and prices but they act like your trying to steal things. Not sure how I'd fit potted tulips in my shirt, but thanks for the offer estimation.

Gave it a one star. For a garden center it didn't have any gardening supplies or plants, but things like candy, toys, groceries, and household supplies. Name is misleading.
