You're lucky if they tell you an item is out of stock. Sometimes they take over 24 hours to fill urgent prescriptions. They ignore you when you ask them to hold your meds for one day due to being out of state after saying of course we will hold them.. But, that's better than the other options around me.

This pharmacy has lost my prescription three times now, which should be good for a year. Every time I call in to have it filled, this delays my refill by 2-5 days.

Had a prescription sent over last week, said they didn't have the order and seemed annoyed with me before I even walked up. Not really sure what I'm supposed to do with that.

The technician that answers the phone is really rude and high strung. She could benefit from customer service training. It's so much more pleasant to work with the pharmacists directly.

After struggling with Walgreens and their apparent understaffing, indefinitely long hold times, and annoying automated phone system, this Costco pharmacy seems amazing! Someone answers the phone right away and they seem to be well trained. Aside from the fact one can't drive through to pick up prescriptions, it's just a lot less hassle overall.

First time having a prescription, I didn’t know what to expect really. First time, i go in, and I’mTold that they can’t fill my prescription untilThe following day (of course making a special stop At Costco was not in my plans). Then for the refill, I’m told by the phone system that it will be ready by 12:00. I show up at 1:15, and she says it won’t be ready until the next day?! So she asks about expediting it since I was told 12, and they wanted me to sit around for 30 minutes, also suggesting that I was somehow in the wrong. Who knows?’ I just know afterTwo super inefficient attempts, I’m not going back. Definitely NOT the CostcoExperience I’m used to!

I've been getting my flu shot here for the past three years, they are always quick and efficient. We're just now moving our prescriptions to Costco, so far I have dropped one off and had to wait for insurance to approve it. When it was ready they didn't call, I found out by calling them and they said they usually don't make calls. I assume that is because most people pick it up the same day they drop it off. We'll see how it goes but so far I much prefer the service here to Walgreen's.

I recently moved my large prescription list, to this Costco pharmacy. I will update later on down the road, when I've had a few months to see how they handle my prescriptions. They certainly can't be any worse than the Tanasbourne Rite Aid, the worst Pharmacy ever!

Filled multiple prescriptions here and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in they act as though I've never been there before, and need me to give them my address, my phone number, doctor, etc. Every time they promise this time they will for real save the info. The technicians stand around in back having personal conversations while customers wait. Despite getting refil of meds I've had before still needs a consult by pharmacist to release - more pointless and needless waiting. Rude and dismissive. Are they really that much cheaper than Fred's or Safeway etc? Honestly not sure why I would go back again if not...

Service varies at this site. I appreciate the prices and when I deal with a pharmacist service is good but not so much with other staff.

I let them know I was allergic to the excipients of a medication that changed manufacterers after 3 years on it, and did my research and made sure they filled it with a new manufacturer and even called and made them read me the new ingredients. When my helper got it home to me, it was from the old manufacturer with ingredients that put my life in jeopardy. I made several calls and did everything I could to fix this, and they let me know they don't care if I die from there med errors, of which this is the second which seemed intentional and I went through extra steps to confirm and was still done wrong. These pharmacists do not care if they cause death through negligence.

This Costco pharmacy is the best. I had to use one in California while out of town on for an emergency. I was so happy to come back to my local pharmacy. The staff is very caring and go above and beyond, like you come to expect from Costco. Keep up the great work.

My RX is half the cost that Walgreens charges when I use a Costco pharmacy! They are always helpful at getting me the best price too. Love their service.

Been waiting almost an hour for my MMR shot. Checked in after half an hour and was told they forgot to start ordering it.... If I knew I was going to be dealing with this level of incompetence I would have gone somewhere else. Now I'm invested..... how much longer could it be?
