Well, my grocery pick up experience did not go well. After 10 mins of waiting in my spot, I had to call to ask what's up. A lady told me the staff responsible for my order were in the back of the store unloading boxes. So, I would have waited even longer had I not called. Total pickup time was 15 mins. Time wasted.Also, my vaccine experience also did not go as planned. The online reservation form did not warn me that if I have Kaiser insurance, that they can't give me my vaccines, that I have to go to Kaiser instead. It would have been so simple if the online form had warned me of this. So, more time wasted. Ugh!

I have never met such rude and disrespectful workers before the two Night Shift workers literally were laughing as they were refusing to give me the money that I have was owed for the cans I turned in. My toddler and I were struggling really hard in trying to get the cans in the machine as fast as we could so we can get a few dollars for gas just to get home and work tomorrow. I literally arrived here with 0 miles left on my car and we were really counting on the money to get home and to work tomorrow. After getting off of work and then racing home to get my toddler in the cans and then coming here, it was close to closing, but I’ve never been refused the money before the worker tried to tell me that he couldn’t cash in my ticket because the tills already pulled and if that is the case, they intentionally did that knowing how hard I was struggling back there, trying to get the cans back in the bags just to go cash out the tickets. These two boys are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t call them men because grown men wouldn’t act, immature and play little games. These two boys were literally on a power trip. They thought it was funny. I will update my post tomorrow with pictures and names.

We have lived near this store for more than 20 years. We have seen employees come and go and we are easily recognizable by the long time employees of this store. Their meat, deli, produce and dairy sections are great and the only downside is that is they no longer carry Darigold creamer. That being said, I came in to shop yesterday (11/18/21) around 7pm with a toddler and quite a few groceries. I asked this gentleman if there was a checkout open he said no. It is VERY difficult to use self checkout with a small child in tow and the amount of groceries we had. Within moments three other employees came to talk a dark haired female, a younger female and a young male. No checkout opened until two middle aged women needed one. This is extremely disappointing and not the Albertsons standard. Or maybe it is now? Yes he is sitting.

I shop the "Just for You" deals. Today I wasn't able to clip some deals in their app and on others, the discount didn't apply to my final tab. I had to spend 5 minutes with the checkout person to sort it all out only to find I still didn't get all the discounts I was due after I got home.Albertsons/Safeway's dual tier pricing scheme is confusing. Add in another layer of complexity with the deal clipping in the app it is impossible to know when they are scamming you at the checkout. I wonder if the state AG will ever shut this fraud down.

This Albertsons has been a favorite serving this local community working hard to improve all departments of the store. The floral dept has always caught the attention of the customers. The Produce and Deli services are dedicated to providing the best quality for a fast, easy, and convenient shopping experience. Hot and cold, ready to eat food makes it a little easier on those days your running short on time. (My favorite is the Beef and Chicken Pot Pies 🥧 😋 👌) The Bakery has fresh Bagels and Donuts 🍩 with plenty of delicious Desserts 🍨. The Meat Dept. has a full selection of Beef, Pork and Fish for your dinner mains and a Beer 🍺 and Wine section for those special occasions. The Pharmacy is located in the store away from all the busy shopping and allows a discreet and private opportunity to talk with the Pharmacist.Most of all, the Management and staff are kind, courteous and helpful making your shopping experience so much better.

I tried out this pharmacy because there were positive reviews. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.2/2 horrible experiences. Both times they didn’t bill to my insurance:“Oh, did you want to bill to your insurance?”“Yes, that’s why I have insurance. I thought you had my insurance card on file?”They explain that they do, and then Phi blames the insurance company, then the payment system, and then he blames me, the customer 😳Phi was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful towards me. He’ll blame everyone around him before he admits any incompetence.He then offloaded me to a lower-level employee and never once apologized for his behavior.It’s 2023 and their payment system couldn’t refund my card even though I inserted my card 7 times. Altogether 20 minutes of nonsense.I won’t ever set foot in this pharmacy or store again. And Phi shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I don’t think I have found another Albertsons market within the past 15+ years with staff as friendly, helpful, courteous, and genuinely nice as I have at this location. The only exception to that rule would be the Albertsons (now Safeway) down the road from where I grew up…but sadly, most everyone from that time period is no longer working there still.Thank you to the late night crew for always being kind and helpful l to me even though I am one of, if not THE last customer out the door at the stroke of midnight. I know you want to go home too and you’ve had just as long and stressful of a day as I have - yet you keep it real to the very end. Thanks for being a great team for all of your customers. On behalf of all of us who sometimes forget you’re human too and forget to show our appreciation, thanks, you guys!

I use to love shopping here because it was close but the quality control here is getting so bad that i just cant do it anymore. I went in today attempting to give it another shot and bought a "Fresh Baked" Pie dated packaged on the 29th will a sell through feb 3rd. Granted looking after the fact is poor on my part but selling moldy pie is just crazy. I wish Albertsons would get their quality in check because its so close its incredibly convenient. But I am simply sick and tired of buying spoiled and rotten products from them.

Check the dates on items purchased here. There have been several occasions when I've purchased anything from vitamins to bread to coffee that has been at or over its sell-by date. That being said, staff and selection are great and prices are decent.

There's a POS manager with a red beard that after I recycled a limit of pop cans ($14.40) he would not cash out my receipt, so basically stole my money knowing that I wouldn't be able to redeem at another location cause it was already the end of the day. But every other employee there was very respectful and helpful.

Not the cheapest prices, but still an excellent neighborhood store that's close by. It's never really busy, which is great for quick trips, plus the employees are always very friendly.

I have visited the store numerous times. Unfortunately they do not put effort into the store's aesthetics. Check out for self checkout constantly. Has issues with The machines and never anyone on staff to assist with these problems at one point I spent nearly 10 minutes waiting for a cashier in an empty store with hardly any customers simply because they were understaffed. Once or twice can be understood, but when it is a routine with this particular store, it's less stressful to shop elsewhere!

The workers here are great! I used to work here; we all worked unbelievably hard to help customers.The management on the other hand...awful! I was upfront in my interview that I needed full-time hours (~40) to help pay bills. They assured me I was applying for a full-time position. Weeks into the job it was clear I was duped, because I was only getting 24 hours (three days) a week. I asked our department manager, hiring manager, and general manager about picking up hours in other departments; those requests fell on deaf ears. I told them I would leave the store and work somewhere else unless I got the hours I needed. Still no dice!Inevitably I left the store, gave them notice, and they stiffed me on my final check! Not only did they not follow BOLI rules (I was paid a week after my last day, instead of paying me on my last day like they are supposed to) but they did not pay me the full money I was owed for that week. And they deleted my account so I can't access my paystubs and prove it!Great workers. Horrific management. Don't work for these slimeballs unless you only need part-time work.

I started shopping here a little while ago because my kids love their carts. The staff is more friendly than at the Albertsons I used to go and it's a lot more clean and organized. Today my kid threw a fit at check out and without any hesitation a very nice employee helped me out. I was impressed and totally made my day. My only question is why I didn't get all my Monopoly tickets. Since it's all online now I guess extra tickets are added to the account. On my receipt it said I earned 38 but the lady only gave me 12.. not sure why and guess there is nothing I can do about it.. Disappointed, but I still like this store the best and guess I will have to check my tickets immediately next time!Oh, and the guy that's bringing the carts inside and I saw him clean the entrance area before is the most amazing man they have. Always so friendly and on top of his job! Love the staff and place!

My go to grocery store in the morning. Self checkout is a breeze, staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and there are sales all the time. The only complaint I have is the app could be used better. There will be sale items that are only available through the digital coupon and using the app can be cumbersome.

Wayyyy too many cheese options. I’m looking for a cheese and there’s other cheeses that I don’t want and the one that I want is always on the bottom. I think they should just sell the cheese I want. Drink selection great, steaks look nice.

I was not aware that once you buy an on sale item you can't go back the next day and get another one at the same sale price. In my case, there was an item that I wanted that was on sale even though there was only one available, and I could buy four, so I got the one instead of waiting till it was restocked or asking if you had more. So I ended up paying $18.00 for 3 $2.00 items. Be forewarned!

Second update: I gave them one last chance for pick up at this location. The app would not connect to the store. No one would answer the phone. It took three calls and 15 minutes to get someone to bring out my curbside order. I will not be returning to this location again. Find another store.Updated review. Once again I tried pick up and once again more problems. The app reported the order cancelled. The website said it was ready but wouldn't allow me to notify them I was coming. It took 5 phone calls and physically going into the store to get my order. I'm immunocompromised and I try to avoid big stores. Very unhappy and about to go elsewhere permanently.This used to be a really good location but the last couple months I've had a lot of problems with getting curbside pickup orders in a timely fashion and with no employees to help with problems.
