Staff is reasonably helpful but soda selection here SUCKS. They seem to carry only the most common of items. Fancy new soda fountain but not a single diet item available. Bananas 3x the price of Jackson's. On the plus it was very clean and they had every hot item ready to go.

Clean and organized store. I hope they have an iced coffee machine 😭but it’s ok I bought a cold Starbucks coffee in refrigerator. Crews are nice. They have gas station one stop and 2 or more things. And grumpy teenager 13years old my son is happy to visiting in 711. Before or after soccer games 711 is best choice hangry boys lol. Oh one thing. They asked to me bag I said No but cashier lady doesn’t care what I say and gave to me bag 😂.

Came In 930pm 3/12/24 to pump gas and accidentally press the receipt return button & the pump said head to cashier for my receipt. There was 3 customers in the store and I was the only car at the pump. When it was my turn I ask for my receipt. The night shift employee ask me what pump I was on. I was unfamiliar with pumps, so I ask her if she could get up from a small step ladder she was sitting on to check and help me. She replied no it’s not my responsibility to check for you! I told ma’am I’m the only one at the pump. Can you please get up and check. She refuse to stand up assist me. So I went to the pump got the number. Came back in told her the pump number. Then ask me how much did I pay for. I said all you ask for was the pump number. At this point I didn’t remember how much I payed for. I responded with its pump one, isn’t it on the the syststem, you didn’t tell me I needed that information also. I didn’t want to go outside twice. She was rude both time I came I in. I didn’t want deal with her the 3rd time. I just wanted my receipt so can go. There a lil more to story but ima go see the supervisor in the morning to make a formal complaint. She denied service to a paying customer refuse to help me check pump number, suggested it’s my responsibility to know what pump I’m on, accused me on being on something, assuming I was drugs. Refuse to give me the store number, her supervisor name, told me I should leave the store denied service from the get go. She claimed I was rude and was denying me service. Replied there cameras everywhere, you couldn’t get of the step ladder to assist me properly. I didn’t ask her to go outside. Just to stand and help figure what pump I was. Refuse to stand & double check for me. Just overall unprofessional. Don’t recommend going there when this cashier presents. It’s not her responsibility to help the customer if he’s not from the area or a paying customer. Rude

This store is not far from my work and I was excited to have another convenience store nearby and easy to get to on my way home. I have stopped by often, but refuse to do so any longer. This is by far the worst 7-Eleven I have been to. Nothing is ever stocked and the service workers clearly do not care about anything. Of all the times I have stopped by the only time I left and was not p****ed off was recently when i bought some sunglasses. The employee told me they had a warranty and I could just exchange them if anything happened. So of course they broke within two months. When I went to exchange them the staff was rude and acted like I did not know what I was talking about. They stated that they did not allow exchanges on outside merchandise despite them being 7-11 branded glasses. I could list out all sorts of other concerns, but will just say save your time and go somewhere else, they probably won't have what you need and won't help you either way.

Apparently this has become the place to pump your own gas? I mean, I’m not afraid to do it. Everyone else in the world does. But why bother with the sign if nobody is gonna come out?

Usually the food is good but today…. I asked for fresh mini tacos because they were hard, I handed them back to the lady at the register and I was told that they cooked them extra time because they come out “very soggy “on one side with less time. I was told they were just crunchy but in reality they were old dry and stale. There were three lady’s and a child in the back room

Staff was very nice and the hot food & beverage selection was good too. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner with the amount of staffing at this location, but it was busy at the time of my visit.

I refuse to go to this gas station anymore. First time, the worker spilt gas all over the side of my car, I just wrote that off as the worker being new/young. The second time, the worker never came back out to take the nozzle out of my car or finalize the transaction. The third time, out of the 4 workers I could see inside, not a single one came out to help any cars waiting for gas even though the workers kept walking in and out of the building. I’m fine with pumping my own gas, it’s just confusing because this location has multiple signs stating it’s illegal to pump your own. After reading others reviews, I guess this location is know for this type of service.

This 7-11 is not full service! I needed gas at midnight. I waited by the gas pump while the employee smoked outside. Since he wasn’t coming to help I went inside and I asked if anyone was working the pump. The two guys gave me a blank stare behind the counter and said how much do you want? They charged my card and then they didn’t move a muscle so I said are you going to come out and fill my tank? He said you can do it. I asked him isn’t that your job and he said no. He said If you need help we can do it. I have never experienced this in Oregon. From reading other reviews it seems this is a common occurrence. Won’t be coming here again if I can help it!

Absolute mess.3 times in 3 weeks.From the hours of 1-3pm range I have attempted to drive up to this gas station to get gas.The first time I waited 30 (THIRTY) minutes at the pump. Waiting for an attendant to come out. Meanwhile several drivers came and went.The pump did not allow pay yourself options either.So I drove off and went to chevron down the road instead.2nd and 3rd time same thing. Drove up. Several other people pumping there own gas.I waited 5 minutes each time them drove off and went elsewhere.100 gallons of fuel I did not purchase at 7-11 because they can’t afford to hire attendants for the pumps during rush hour use.Don’t waste your time, drive 5 minutes down the road to chevron and get full service gas and convenience store.

Small guy here pumping gas super friendly world class service. I needed to air my tire. Cost $2 and it's rhe Xact air which makes it essy.Machine starts but the button to press (+) for higher tire pressure is broken. Okay, no big deal but I go inside and try to tell a representative.As I explain the air pressure machine wasn't working I suggest to put on a sign that says it doesn't work because the button is broken. The cashier says. ",What number pump?" Clearly not listening as her eyes seemed to gloss over hidden being her bangs.So another woman was standing there pretending to away stuff and I said do you work here? She hesitantly says yes as she looks down at her jacket realizing it's open showing her 7 11 staff shirt.She states the machine has has nothing to do with 7-11. I said, I understand I don't want my money back I'm simply stating it's in a 7-11 parking lot and the Xact Air Machine had 2 huge 7-11 signs on it. I told her it doesn't matter please put a sign on. She said she wouldn't and I shoukd call the number on machine.Wow......Fire staff and only keeo the guy pumping gas.

Signs everywhere saying it’s illegal to pump your own gas but no attendant. There was an intercom but no one answered it. Everyone parked at a pump was pumping there own. Maybe a one-off but if your gunna have that many signs you better make sure you got the people out to do the work.

After waiting 10min, I almost left thinking they were closed, but decided to look up the gas station to verify that they were close but instead I found several reviews of several people with similar experiences with people pumping their own gas, so I decided to do the same…. When I got out of the car I noticed an employee hiding behind a bush, playing on her phone and smoking a cigarette. During the time I pumped my own gas, I still saw no employee as there was more cars coming to fill up as well. Avoid this place if possible!!!

Waited 10 minutes to have someone come pump my gas, tried telling me what kind of gas my truck takes when it clearly says "diesel". When they went to pay with my card he said "it's not working", I informed him it says to do it quickly, and so he proceeded to do it very slowly again. "You probably need to go somewhere else" I went to pay for it inside, worked just fine, then I waited AGAIN for someone to come help me. The guy says "yeah it timed out, you needed to pump it yourself. There are signs everywhere that say it's illegal to pump your own gas (which is ridiculous on it's own) & this guy tells me "it's different with diesel gas" ???Huh??? How is it different?? Do tell. Where can I get what they're smoking??

This is the closest gas station/convenience store to my home, but I'll choose to skip it every time from now on. I came by yesterday to pay a bill with cash, as this is supposed to be a common service for the store and the lady behind the counter acted like I was speaking alien. She told me she couldn't do it, so I asked her if she couldn't or wouldn't because it's the same person every time that doesn't want to do her job. I hate this store because they don't stock their products, they burn their food, you pump your own fuel, and they won't take bill money.

It's 6:25pm Feb. 3, 2022. The cashier is a woman, she is incredibly rude, refused to do certain bill pay transactions even though this is one of the stores listed as a place to conduct such transactions. There is a sign posted that "no gas, come back later" inside at the register. Not outside where it should be. (Customer service be damned) they don't come out and pump the gas when they do have it. I will not be returning to this store.

This is by far the nicest 7/11 in the entire area, it's surprisingly clean and seems new. I can't speak on the gas station, however it's Oregon so a wait shouldn't reflect it. It's not their fault the government feels Oregonians can't pump their own gas, so you might have to wait.

Had both my cards hacked the next day after visiting this store. This store is a hot bed for fraud according to the bank. Buyer beware here … use cash. And no they are not friendly, you will have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to pump gas, and the dopey kid behind the counter is barely able to remember what grade of gas you just told him to use.

Strangly this is by far the worst gas station I've been too. Their pumps are always out of service and when they aren't the people inside wont even come out to pump it meaning you have to. If they see you pump it they get mad and say you can't do that. They never have hot food when I come here either.

So I remember a day when I too saw all illegal to pump but I had to pp my own gas as well as everyone else.... But today I tried to add money on my cash app and my app took me to this 7-11 and the cashier said oh we don't do it here.... So I don't know who to call to fix it but very frustrating and inconvenient to be told this when it's the whole purpose of stop.....

I mean I've met better seven elevens in my time driving, and I got to say I never expected to find long expired foods in this store. As well as this store being a far from cities reach it should simi-allow people to wear masks at their own preference and not be hard forced to wear them. Store Is really hard on their shoppers. Also Oregon State law requires a worker to be outside to fill gas for the customers, hmm not really seeing any there.

Worst customer Service!! You can never count on these guys for gas for your car cause the pick and choose when they want to help customers ! Always an excuse on why they can’t help you!! Lady looked out at us and pointed at us then decided to walk on the back never to be seen again! This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues getting gas here, just really tired of it !

Edit: This place is so terrible with customer service I'm editing this review 3 months later. I waited 15 minutes to checkout and when I was able to get my items checked, the lady walked away during the transaction and I was unable to pay for my items for another 5 minutes while she laughed and talked with her friends.10 people waiting in line. 5 people behind the counter; all of them talking amongst each other and lacking the attention to clear the line.

There’s never anyone here that pumps gas. So many signs that say it’s illegal to pump your own but never anyone to do the job.
