They never have product on the shelves for one. Second, when you ask the associates for help they tell u they need to finish a call and will be with you in a second.There are never carts in the store, they are always laying around the parking lot.They made a great addition and it seems like there are longer lines and less lanes to use. Plus the engineer was not very talented. Almost seems like they have never been inside a store. They put the cart side on the left which then gets in the way of people walking out. Fire hazard!!And the homeless on the driveways. So dirty, represents the store.That's what happens when the cheapest bid wins.

It was so weird to me, hardly any checkers, like 3 or 4, the rest were self check out. The lines were so long to get to the self check outs that I saw people abandoning their carts and baskets full of food. This is a stupid way to run a store. The prices should be cheaper here because I should be paid to check myself out instead of an employee doing it. Ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous.

This is the largest one story Walmart I've ever been too. As a matter of fact, I want to get in and out quickly so I asked the clerk where the three items I wanted were located. He was helpful. If you wanted to enjoy walking around for a couple of hours, this is a good place to do it.

I have mixed feelings about this location. On one hand, the store was in complete disarray, I couldn't find a single household item with the correct price. There is hundreds of empty boxes littering the store from all the stolen merchandise, making it appear unsafe. On the other hand, the employees were patient and friendly when I went through my cart with them, item by item, making them sell me everything for the price advertised. It made it worth the hassle.

I never had an issue with this Walmart till a couple of days ago. I asked the lady in the fittings rooms if any rooms are open to try stuff on. She said well I can open it for you with an attitude. Then said how many items do you have ? I said 4 then she said I have to count them too. While I was trying my items on I hear a male voice saying I would like to try stuff on can I get a room? She said how many items do you have and then the guy was about to walk in to the fitting room area she screams I have to count your items first before you go in.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! not only was she rude to me but to others. She needs to be let go if that’s how she talks to each customer. She is not respectful and doesn’t provide good customer service. The hire up needs to talk to this lady about her attitude. I’ve been going to this Walmart for 2+ years now and every time I go in I hate it more and more. The store is constantly a huge mess. Can’t ever find anything because nothing is where it’s supposed to be, it’ll say online that something is in stock but it’s never in the right spot so half the time I can’t even find it. The employees are just a bunch of unprofessional high school kids that mess around instead of helping customers. The other customers just stand around in the way of everyone else and will just watch you try to maneuver around them instead of moving out of the way for you. The store is always out of stuff and it seems like they are never restocking products. Tried to get milk yesterday but it was pushed so far in the back that I couldn't get the one I wanted. Also it’s disgusting in this store. Does no one clean it? Seriously hate coming here. Wish there were more grocery stores in this area.

The employee most of them don't want to budge and help peo0le out with anything let alone you have to move out of there way all the time. I feel that is so rude like they are more important than the customer or Amy one else. If they are going to be putting stock out when it's still business time open than they should be letting people shop instead of getting in the customer's way. The customer pays good money buying out of that store and there products. So customer is paying there wages more or less so they should be treated with more respect.

Grocery delivery orders are always incomplete, regardless of when you order. This service is suppose save time but when things aren’t available, it kills the purpose of using the service because more often than not, I have to go to the store. Funny thing is that the missing items are always available, which makes me believe that either the person who prepares the order is blind or the store likes to restock after the orders are completed.

The lady with short hair working in electronics is awful. When it’s busy, there’s no sense of urgency. I needed help getting a small speaker that was locked and a handful of people waiting over 30 min without so much as a “be with you shortly”.Went back to purchase an Apple Watch a month later and there was nobody around. She was scanning items in the back. She looked at me standing at the register and continued scanning for a few more minutes until I had to call her over which she acted irritated that I interrupted her.I asked her what she had in stock/their prices. Some of the series 8 watches were different prices so I asked the difference between them and she started talking to me like an idiot for not knowing the difference and wasting her time.She did an awful job at explaining and I ended up returning the one I got and bought the series 9 at another store.Worth the drive to the tri cities if you’re buying electronics and need any sort of assistance.

Go in there at 8 am! The store is precise, everything is perfect on the shelves. No screaming children running unattended by irresponsible parents. It's the best time to go in.

I live in Ontario Oregon but go to hermiston often today I went to this Walmart and I had my service dog with me but I forgot his vest back home and the store worker kicked us out but yet you see other dogs that are in the carts and walking around with out the service vest either. I will not be going back to this Walmart again. It’s not like imma drive all the way back to Ontario ore to get his vest.

Definitely need more staff. It appears that the staff are stretched very thin with having to do so many different tasks. The company needs to recognize that their current employee can only do so much,So stop being so damn cheap Walmart and get more help in your stores!

Dear Walmart I looked for weeks for a real tie for my son. Asked an employee who told me they no longer carried them. I then asked why there was a spot right after a remodel then? She then said "I don't know." Return to Walmart yesterday and they now have the.. the first employee we asked about something told us she was not on the clock. I then said well, since we check ourselves out I will also find ahit on my own. We continue to have employees who are shopping foe customers and will literally run you over. Again why I prefer pendleton . This store and staff are no good. And I remember when this Walmart opened. It was better. If I could give 0 stars I would

I personally have always liked Walmarts for the most part. Unfortunately this particular Walmart lacks staff which puts a strain on the current Staff. With this being said the chances of getting help in certain departments or finding someone to answer a question becomes very difficult. Alot of pricing displayed aren't correct which sometimes causes issues and delays at the registers. Also the Security there is a little overbored at times and it appears they stereotype due to past issues. I really hope they can make it back to a good Walmart again and employees return to help the issues on hand.

I came here today and I had a VERY SCARY experience I knew it was unavoidable but didn't expect it to happen today because I went in to this store THINKING I was going to walk out with JUST bird food but no I had I had to see someone I recognized it would have been fine if they HAD not seen me but no they had to and the moment they did my anxiety kicked in luckily I managed to purchase my birds food and walked out but when I made it home I had arrived one minute later then I had told me bird so as soon as I stepped though the doors of my home it slowly flew to me I TRIPPED Back in frightened I got attacked because I arrived late over all four stars don't come home late.............

Ok walmart. Has most of what you would normally get, but they have gone to a self checkout only model. They do have checkouts, they just rarely open them, and refuse to when asked. I dont mind people liking self checkout. But after walmart started getting people arrested, using the police as their loss prevention, I will not risk using one. You do what you are comfortable with, but I choose to stay on the right side of the law and wont risk being arrested over having convenient self checkout theft accusation. Very likely an over reaction, I do understand.Update: all checkouts are now now fed through a single line. But...at least this Christmas season....they are well staffed.

The parking lot is crazy packed. And the store is always way too busy. It also sucks that's it's almost all self-checkout, but then they stand over you and watch your every move. Im not stealing, im literally trying to get out as fast as possible. Have cashiers check people out instead! If you don't want people stealing. Have checkers do it for us.

We visit this place so often, that its been a synonym for shopping. From groceries to pharmacy to toys, its a one place stop. The grocery prices are in average is between Safeway and Winco Foods. Customer service counter has only one person most of the time, so wait time is long. I like the fact that grocery bags are finally banned. People bring their own shopping bags and their carts look much cleaner.

Scheduled a 9am service time to have tires installed. 1015 and they just put my vehicle on the lift. What is the point of offering reservations if you don't have enough workers to complete the job? I should have paid the extra 20 per tire and gone to Les Schwab.Everytime I visit a Walmart, it's more of the same...people hate visiting, but we hope the next time we visit it will be different.....but it never get better.Walmart is the worste...plain and simple

This store is awful. I've been coming here since it opened its doors, and it continues to go downhill. The store is gross, dirty, consistently out of stock, overpriced, and curbside pickup is a joke! Their pickers give you rotten produce and will say items are out of stock. Yet you walk in the store and Viola! There's the 'out of stock item(s). The people who bring you your orders curbside are super nice. But this store has to go. Avoid this store and make the drive to Winco or go to Safeway. It's worth it.
