I came in on Saturday morning @9a.m. I waited patiently for the four employees to at least acknowledge my presence and not a single word not a good morning will be right there with you the worse experience ever I will never be coming back to this place I wouldnt recommend it even to my worse enemy what kind of customer service is this I would just recommend everyone to go to WildCats brew way better service and coffee Starbucks u lost a customer with your rude not having good customer service employees what a shame. I’m not going to click on no link if anything u should get to the bottom of this and teach your employees how good customer service is done

You have too many napkins, sir. You have too many sugars, mister. Hey you? You used too much cream. Sound familiar? Not at Starbucks. You'll never hear those words here. But their actions say it all. We all know that Starbucks, under the guise of disease prevention and cross-contamination prevention, officially discontinued the self-serve condiment and toppings bar over SARSCoV2 concerns. Okay. I get it. But not sure why a company that overwhelmingly promoted the jab to its employees would now be afraid of the same vaccine's efficacy? 🤔I think a more accurate interpretation of the new policy is "cost reduction." If I'm being honest, I was wasteful. Now, I'm not. A decision was made by someone way smarter than me at corporate to further regulate my coffee experience, and tada! I'm now compliant. It feels good to know that I'm doing my part without the burden of critical thinking or self awareness. But I digress.Fortunately for me, I can not be trusted to safely regulate my own condiment use. I also need to be reminded, albeit politely, that if I want the proper amount of extras, I must also indicate the desired measure with my fingers. What? Sign language proficiency, too? Over 300 different types according to online sources. Well done, Starbucks.Apparently, words can be misinterpreted and hand gestures are iffy at best, say seasoned Barristas and other so-called Starbucks officianados. Take the infamous, "half inch of cream" request. Some stores add less, some more. It all depends on the "room-in-da-cup" prepped by the barrista. What about those with a penchant for the metric system like scientists, med pros, and foreign nationals? Is half of an inch a subjective measure or an absolute truth? Who knows anymore. Isn't time consuming to keep up with the rate of acculteration and cultural amalgamation these days? I think it's time for Corporate to consider adding "Barrista proof" hash marks to the inside of the cup so that a half of an inch is the same worldwide. Just say, "You're welcome."Or, I can let my actions can speak for themselves... ✌️. Yum!

Hermiston Starbucks is a wonderful place to take a load off and enjoy a great relaxing atmosphere. The Staff is friendly and always ready to help you with your needs and wants. If you need to get connected to study, work, research, or just play around Starbucks offers free high speed internet for all visitors. Lobby is spacious and always clean. Good music and good people. Stop in and see for yourself!

Had to park in a handicap EV CV charging parking spot to charge due to the Starbucks employees parking in the EV charging spots when all of the other non-EV charging spots are open. I order a venti matcha ice tea, cup was half full the other half was foam. It had so much ice. Got home pout it in a different cup it was 4 ox of drink. Really is not fair I paid over 6 dollars for this,

Yesterday my sister and I went to Starbucks we each ordered a venti caramel frappuccino extra caramel with an extra shot of espresso. This is our favorite drink from Starbucks. Unfortunately that is not what we got. Except for the extra shot. Where it was supposed to be like a slushie we got big chunks of ice in there. Also we did not get extra caramel. After we told her it was wrong she said oh I did not know that. So as a customer service why did she not asked us when we placed our order? Or how to make it. She did not ask us if we would like it remade. We decided that maybe she was a new worker as she moved very slowly while others worked around her. Maybe trying to wonder what she was doing.

This may be a corporate policy...but it seems moronic. I asked for an iced beverage to come without or with light ice. They informed me that it was an iced drink and required ice.I assume this is because some people ask for no ice to achieve a higher drink-ice ratio. However I made it clear that I was just to avoid dilution of my drink. I even suggested just fill the cup 1/2 or 2/3 to avoid giving me more beverage than is normal. They were emphatic however that an iced drink required them to include ice. This just seems like a purposeful and intentional lack of critical thinking and logic.

They are always smiling and happy to serve you! Starbucks is iconic with their flavors of coffee. Honestly I don't think there's anything bad I can say about Starbucks in general no matter where I go!

Love coming to this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and does your drinks to your preference. I don't like mine to sweet but I love some flavor so they always make sure it is to my liking or change it. I have never had a bad experience at this facility and enjoy coming here. Thanks for making it such a pleasure.

The staff was very friendly (brought us our drinks because we didn't hear our names called) and they were quick. The store wasn't the cleanest, but it makes the best use of the space to seat many people and not have too many awkward spots if you're standing around waiting for your coffee.

Unpleasant and uncomfortable visit. I was displeased when they forgot to make my pour-over black coffee, while six employees were working. One at drive thru and one at bar working on orders, three and a manager were cleaning the inside and coffee/food areas. After I waited and waited and asked if they forgot my coffee, they then made it, and wouldn't even apologize or admit wrong. Very long visit and casually unprofessional behavior by supervisor. Please, please, please apologize if you make a mistake. We all make mistakes, and a simple act of humility goes so far. I will avoid this location, they are more concerned with tidying up than speedy or consistent service. Please do better.

This Starbucks is INCREDIBLE. So efficient. The line was pretty long when we drove up but it didn't matter, we got our coffees in less than 5 minutes.Great staff, drinks were perfect. I wish I lived in Hermiston just to go to this Starbucks.
