I've used these lovely ladies twice so far. They did all the work but I got all the hugs and kisses from my wife. Beautiful flower arrangements and these ladies are so nice and helpful. I brought a tin bucket in for our 10th anniversary and they filled it with roses and made it perfect (my wife cried). Small flower shop with a huge heart. Definitely recommend.

I called in and set up a delivery for my 6 yr old daughter for her bday, the flowers were going to be delivered to her school to surprise her and make her feel special. WELL... Sassafras made sure the arrangement did exactly that !! The flowers were bright, beautiful and so FUN for her age group. They sparkled !!! The stuffed animal was adorable and the balloons just topped off the whole thing. I AM SO THANKFUL for the time and effort they put in so my baby girl could smile on her bday :))))

My father in law passed away right before Thanksgiving 2020 and we were worried about finding somewhere able to get flower arrangements for his viewing. We walked in and asked if there was something the shop could put together and was assured they would use what they had left on hand last minute to create something for his service. It was perfect. I want to give a sincere thank for being available last minute and making this work without sacrificing anything-your work is amazing.

I love going here! They have cute items and are always sooo friendly. I purchased a gift for my mom (and even found a little something for myself). They even wrapped my moms gift for free which is not something you can say about every shop. They always give my daughter a flower which she loves. Shops like this make supporting local fun and easy!

I picked designers choice and input my mom's favorite flowers, colors, etc. and didn't know what the bouquet would look like. My daughter got married yesterday. So I had order a bridal bouquet from another florist and it was absolutely horrible. Look nothing like the picture I gave them. I brought it to the owner of the shop and she asked me a few questions and said I can fix this for you. Give me an hour or so and I’ll have it ready for you. Came back and it was gorgeous! She even added a little greenery to it. She saved the day! She didn’t charge me at all. I cannot began to express how grateful and thankful I was that she was willing to fix this bouquet. It was a awesome. It was surprise for my daughter and I wanted it it to be special. Thank you so much sassafras for being so kind and helpful. You have my business forever! Thank you so much!

Britney is absolutely an amazing florist. I called her same day and was able to get a beautiful bouquet delivered to someone who really needed it within an hour. The arrangements were gorgeously detailed and they even went as far as placing the flowers in a rustic style vase which was just what I wanted. Hands down the best and most affordable florist in Hermiston.

This place was amazing today. We stopped in last minute for work, a coworker had just had surgery. They were super friendly, did a great job- and whipped something beautiful up in 10mins. I highly recommend them. And I know I will be back. The store has other gift and home items as well, stop by and give them a try.

Let me start by saying, I love supporting small business and shopping local. I typically enjoy coming into Sassafras for their great array of potted plants and macrame. My most recent experience I had a misunderstanding about the price of an item and was very off put by the correction and the lack of assistance. All over over a $5 dollar misunderstanding.Needless to say, I most likely will not frequent this business again.
