I do not purchase dog food or treats from that establishment due to the high cost. However, they have recently installed a new dog tag machine that is both innovative and user-friendly. Additionally, they have expanded and improved their aquarium selection, providing a wider variety of options for customers.

I love PetSense they have a huge selection of dog food/cat food both dry and wet, amongst many other things! The Staff is nice and helpful& the cleanliness of the store is impeccable!! There are a few things that I wished that they had on hand/in stock I'd recommend them to anybody.

I wanted to share my recent experience since its acquisition by Tractor Supply. The transition has brought about several positive changes, notably the increased availability of crickets, which is a significant improvement. Living in a town where Petsense is the sole option, having a wider selection of animals to choose from is greatly appreciated.Under the new management, the store now offers a diverse range of animals, providing customers with more opportunities to find the perfect pet for their needs. This expansion in variety enhances the overall shopping experience and caters to a broader spectrum of pet enthusiasts.Moreover, the staff's commitment to customer service remains unwavering. Despite the changes, the team continues to demonstrate their dedication to assisting customers and providing valuable advice and assistance.Overall, the transition of Petsense under Tractor Supply's ownership has been a positive one. The increased availability of crickets and expanded selection of animals reflect a commitment to meeting customer needs and enhancing the pet ownership experience. I look forward to continued visits to the store and witnessing further improvements in the future.

I have a rabbit so i like to come in here for treats for her. The last few times ive come in, the gals at the front counter have been rude and uninviting. They don’t greet you when you come in and are rude during check out. I’d understand more if it were one time, but it’s been multiple times now. Their customer service skills are majorly lacking.

They sell a lot of small animal products, but no small animal cages. No scratching posts or climbing trees for cats. Customer service was top notch but just didn’t have what I needed.

Not sure if it is all locations but this one in particular consistently cancels grooming appointments made and will ask you to reschedule on a day you are busy. Just avoid. Much better places to have our little ones groomed

Good prices on clearance items, but terrible prices for normal shelf items. Especially food. Entryway and isles were dirty with hair that had to take days or weeks to build up. Dry pet food all over the floor next to the door. No dedicated place for carts. Isles packed with food yet to be placed on shelves.Seriously, there needs to be a far better work ethic here.Good veterans discount though, 40% applied to full price items.

Took my Golden in for a grooming. Informed them numerous times that she was allergic to the perfumes in most shampoos, was promised repeatedly they would use special shampoo. The next day she broke out worse than she ever has before. Have had her at the vets several times, using special shampoo. The hair just falls out in chunks. NEVER NEVER taking her back. Just one of the sores:( wouldn’t let me post unless i gave them at least 1 star wish it could be a negative 1

It's an all right pet store. It has all the usual things that you would expect in the prices are what you would also expect.Toys and everything. Things are a little expensive but the convenience of being able to buy them right there and not wait for shipping it all kind of equals out.I wouldn't say there's anything particularly negative or positive about this location. Odds are they're going to have what you need for everyday pet things.

I come here randomly to see if they have stuff I need. They usually don't, but today they did. They are slightly over priced and have very little stock of fish supplies. Also their Bettas always look half dead.

Groomers are always so happy to tell you how far out they are booked, like they don’t want your business or anyone else’s. Customer service has sadly diminished in this world today!!

I was able to walk into a physical store and try on a dog harness until I found one that fit just right for my little dude. The four or five gals who were working commented how cute my pup Murphy was, And that is so important to make customers feel special and have a good experience, regardless of everything else! I like hearing that my dog is great. The price was fair the harness has lasted, and they had impulse dog treat items at the counter for good price.

The store is lovely, but some of the prices on dog food is very high. I can go to Ranch amd home and pay lower. The dog food I buy is $68 and at Ranch and Home it cost $52.I love the store, I just won't be buying my pups food there.
