Hay is unseasonably over priced, decent quality but......yeah. Customer service is impeccable, especially the guys out back. They seem to go the extra mile the ladies up front won't. Good dog food but if your dog isn't use to Lamb, be prepared to slowly introduce their in store food. It's rich with lamb and a lot of dogs aren't use to it. Great selection of PVC, PVC and now the worthless PEX pipe. Every fitting you can imagine. Over all- it's a hometown(Ranch and home) with out the attitude.

I enjoy shopping at NW Farm Supply. All of the staff is great , the parts counter staff has always gone above and beyond to help me get what I need! I would have given 5 stars except for the grumpy old lady at the front. She is always in a bad mood and lacks customer service skills. She very rarely greets me when entering the store and when checking out rarely says thank you if anything at all.

Holy tomatoes, there's everything in this store. Except crickets, which we had stopped by for, but left with dog food :) Great selection, options and busy but very friendly employees. So glad it is off a main road and not hidden behind a hundred buildings. This is the walmart for farming, minus the colorful customers:)

I used to buy most my feed here but about a year ago their pricing went a little out of control and they are now consistently a couple dollars more per bag than ranch and home on everything I normally buy.

This store is usually pretty empty. As long as you don't mind waiting for someone to notice you at the cash register this store is great. We managed to get large dog crates, and they stock our favorite dog food.

They can be a little bit pricey on little things, but they're courteous and helpful. They load feed, gates, T- posts and all for you. Good customer service in my opinion!

It's ok. The staff can be indifferent toward one and not very knowledgeable about there products. Sometimes they make assumptions about what your wanting or order stuff in before asking if you want it ordered.

Every body was a great help ! As a parts runner , time is a factor on helping the farm run in an efficient manner. Greeted at the door and was directed to where I could get particulars ordered ...smiles everywhere !

The older lady at the cashier was rude. Didn't even greet us or smile at us when I came in with my kids. At checkout I told her I didn't want something and told me to put it back myself. When it's her job. Well not be going back!
