This place is absolutely incredible. In my opinion, it’s a must see if you’re stopping in Hermiston. It’s like a combination of a Wilco, coastal farm, Costco. and Home Depot all rolled in the one amazing package. I could have spent hours walking around here. Their gun selection was incredible. The prices were very competitive. The selection of clothing and tools and home and farm products were like nothing I’ve ever seen in one store before.

This was our 1st time at this Ranch & Home... SUPER NICE store! The store was laid out nicely and felt roomy. The shelves looked organized and stocked up. Friendly staff. We would visit this store again. The Bigfoot made me laugh!

Ranch and home has a lot of stuff I have gone in 3 times and all yhree times every person that is working is kinda curious and respectful and very helpful when it comes to asking questions about their product inside the store

Dealt with a girl name Bethany there she was really informed about dog food and other stuff. She made the transaction of buying stuff there a lot easier very helpful. Hopefully they hire more people like her.

I've always liked Ranch and Home. Their selection and variety of products is mind boggling, as well as their prices! The outlet in Hermiston, Oregon is located in a warehouse that's probably as big as the Kennewick and Pasco locations, combined.I received an awesome Carhartt jacket as a gift at Christmas, but it was too big. The Kennewick location didn't have anything smaller, but they exchanged it for a gift card (I'm guessing a lot of people had the same issue as the line after Christmas was halfway across the store). Went to the Hermiston location and encountered the same thing. However, the young man in the Carhartt section advised me to try again towards the middle of January when they get another shipment.Despite the disappointment, I'm impressed by the employees that work at any of the Ranch and Home outlets... but, let's face it, y'all will get better bang for y'all's bucks in Oregon...no sales tax. In other words, "I'll be back"! Giddy up.

Incredible service! Above and beyond! We bought a utility trailer from Ranch & Home in Kennewick a few years ago. We made a maintenance mistake and needed a repair, which required the trailer to be taken back to Harris Fabrication an hour away from us. Jeff, one of the Ranch & Home owners, picked up the trailer from us, dropped it off with Harris Fabrication. Dan Harris repaired it charging us for time only. Then Jeff brought the trailer back for us. All this service from Ranch & Home and Harris Fabrication just because they wanted to help us. Count us in as customers for life!

Stopped to get propane today was told by the clerk that they don't have anyone available to help me today. Frustrating I drove out with propane purchase a prior. This is the second time I have issues on getting filled up. Last time i was here I came inside and request assistance with propane fill up waited 45 min when I came back inside the informed that there employee forgot. Even though the propane is cheaper then most places the time you waste makes it not worth it. When purchasing inside the store so far been treated and helped promptly.

Its a ok place to go to but dont look any kind of ragged going in there cause the workers will follow you like a hawk thinking your a shop lifter or something drives me nuts.

What a cool unassuming place. We got to stop in while in town with family and had never been in one before. The front needs better signage because the building doesn't lead you to know the treasures inside. They have everything toys, quality clothing, shoes, guns, power tools, BBQ supplies, pluming, farming supplies, hardware, yettis, hunting & fishing supplies, and pretty much everything else you could need. The staff was on point, friendly, and helpful across the whole store. It was a pleasure to spend some time wandering around, and you can spend a lot of time wandering. Pop in to take a look

Seriously the WORST Ranch & Home EVER! Their employees are less than knowledgeable when it comes to just about anything, and if you have a question good luck finding someone to ask! Don't even bother calling with a question, you will sit on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on.

OK store and big inside. The clothing department is not set up by gender then brand. It is ONLY set up by brand. Then it must have been organized by someone with ADHD. Because stuff is just everywhere. Sizes were mixed like a deck of cards. I had to carefully look to see if I was looking at men's or women's. Sometimes it was hard to tell. My brain hurts from trying to figure out their system. I left without buying anything because I couldn't find what I wanted.

Friendly store. Great customer service. No they do not care if you wear a mask or not. Most of the employees aren't required to wear a mask. No you will not see very many people in this store yelling at other people to wear masks either. Which is a good thing. Great for tools, clothes, guns, fishing equipment, and feed. Ammo comes in and out of stock here all the time too. You should be able to find what you need though if you come in early enough.

Large store, large selection of branded clothing. Hardly any clothing has prices and the men’s selection is definitely larger than the women’s. The employees are not overly eager to help or answer questions.

They are out of most barb wire and smooth wire options for livestock fencing.A small selection of t-posts still available.I like the store, so i will be back.This is all supply chain issues..not to blame anyone whos working in the industry.

Sadly, we had a very bad experience. The new policy there is that they will not assist disabled persons with propane tank fills. If you cannot lift it back into your vehicle you cannot get propane here. Spoke with management and were rudely told to go elsewhere.

High gun prices when everywhere else is dropping there's. Large selection of mostly over priced products. Also, everything I bought was more at the reguster than it was mrkd at isle. Told cashier, she said okay, then repeated the total without addressing the issue. Will not go back.

I love all the nice clothes and all the different items they have at the Kennewick and Hermiston stores but be ready to spend some hard earned money, most items aren't dollar friendly. And we had to wait in a long line for the dressing rooms, the 2 that they had. They could use more of those. They have 3 but, 1 is used for storage I guess.Maybe there was a line because it's fair time in Hermiston now.

Good, not great. They have a rather small selection of stuff compared to the Kennewick location. They do have a little of everything, just not enough to be my one stop shop. Clothing is expensive.

The store is big and clean so that is awesome. They did not have what I was looking for so that was a bummer. (Dog coat) I only saw one other customer so they aren't busy. I hope it makes it and stays open. ~ My big complaint is that their shopping carts are so far from the main door and parking lot. I am disabled and I usually use a walker, except when I go into stores that have shopping carts because I can use the shopping cart as a walker. It was a long and somewhat difficult for me to walk from my car to the shopping carts unassisted. I t would be nice if there were at least a few next to each entrance.
