Taking advantage of a coupon discount for a tool I will need to use on some upcoming maintenance, I found another tool on a sale I also purchased.Up on check out, the store employee made a very positive comment about the tools and I feel great that I now have them in my tool box. Both tools have guarantees that will cover them thru the lifetime of my ownership, and I can walk them to any store and be replaced, no questions asked!

Cheap prices, but inspect the quality of the tools you get ("You pay for what you get"). The store is small enough to quickly find items but large enough to carry most basic products you need. Check online advertisements for holiday sales.

The staff is very helpful! The store has a great assortment of tools and a good amount of inventory. The quality of harbor freight items seems as though it's improved over the past decade or more. I would not hesitate to shop here or other harbor freight stores.

Employees are always nice and very helpful. They always have some coupon for 20% off or a freebie. Not always top quality merchandise, but you know that going in and it does the job just fine usually.Employees really do go out of the way to be helpful.

The employees are super helpful and nice. They have tools at an affordable price. The policy on hand tools is a lifetime no questions asked exchange and 90 days on power tools. So how can you go wrong. Plus all the coupons available.

I rate the employees and cleanliness of the store here. Employees are helpful and the store presents itself great. Like any Harbor Freight there's a ton of cheap tools that I would not recommend for professional use but there are hidden gems such as US General tool boxes and their welding helmets

Great service, gave me a bunch of deal prices even though I didnt have the coupons. Even got a couple free things from the coupons they used. Always spend to much when I go in and for the price the quality is usually pretty good, except for the sexton's. Theyre purely decorational and non functioning.

This was my first visit to Hermiston, Oregon, Harbor Freight store. Entering the store the floor has not been cleaned recently. The doors were difficult to open and keep open long enough for me to step into the store. The store is smaller than the other stores I have shopped.I was looking for propane parts and air compressor parts. Plenty of parts available. Made my selection, clerk was polite and made conversion that was interesting.The cost of the parts I wanted was cheaper than expected. I like that.Even though the floor was dirty the staff and shelves were worth my return in the future.

I was in the Hermiston store #750 in December looking at Welder carts. I was assisted by Associate Kathy who made my day, my coupon had quite recently expired, but as we are in regularly and have several coupon books sent to us, she assisted with such great service it really did make my day and saved me as the items were on sale. In addition to great customer service they also helped me load the large item into the bed of my pickup. This store is a wonderful place to shop. Thank you.

Staff was very ignorant of their stuff they sale. Went in looking for a lawnmower battery & they tried to sell me a rechargeable battery for a drill. Then they tried selling me an entirety different battery that was actually a yard tool. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BRUSH UP ON WHAT THEY SALE & WHERE TO FIND IT IN STORE. IDIOTS!!!!

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a Harbor Freight. The staff was literally following me around the store watching me. They didn't even try to hide it, different staff members were on different isles watching my every move. You would think that they would at least pretend like they are working, but instead just gave me awkward stares which made me uncomfortable and want ro leave the store as soon as possible.We just opened an auto repair shop and I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on items that we need for our shop.I think the manager should be reprimanded for these actions as I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.
