Dairy Queen is known for it's delicious ice cream treats but the cheese burgers here are also great! I was disappointed that the $5 lunch was discontinued but there were other specials to choose from. The menu has something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I received my food quickly.

Ordered 2 for 5 on the cheeseburger deal and a small blizzard, was charged 10.79$ and handed the young 20.80$ was given 8 dollars back in change, told him am missing money, he handed me an extra dollar, I told him my change back should be 10.01$ the lady taking the orders started giving me a horrible attitude, told her ok hers the money give me a refund, She aggressively said WE DONT REFUND. she talked to the manager and manager handled the situation and was on my way, food was great but the way that lady was speaking too me was very unprofessional, count your change when coming here.

Absolutely horrible instead of Blizzards. I got soup. Employee Spent 10 to 15 min. With her head out the drive through window talking to to car infront of. My blizzards are liquid, no wonder they never did Blizzard test. Tried to call the store when I got home after they leaked over my car. Will be calling management in the morning.

Unlike a few other places nearby. These people can make a complete order. The burgers are put together well and taste great. They even keep the ice cream 🍦 cold. Good place to eat over all. The interior is a little outdated but still nicer than most places in the area.

We walked over from the hotel and got ice cream cones. My husband loves the chocolate dipped cones, and I get the plain cone. The ice cream appeared softer than normal, but it could be because of the heat.It was around 99 degrees when we walked over. The ice cream was very good.

The Hermiston DQ is the best! The drive thru is lightning fast and the dining room is always clean. We have family here so I've been more times than I can count. The DQ in my hometown though it took a few years the owners ran it into the ground, and it recently closed. They sure could have taken a lesson from the Hermiston DQ!

Poor quality of produce and management. I came in to redeem my points for a free chicken basket. Their scanner wasn't working to redeem my points. I alternivly orders the $7 buck lunch cheese burger. The lettuce was old the tomato was not that fresh. The burger tasted like greese. This isn't the first time I've eaten here and the quality has been low. I don't get my points either for the $$. I did spend.

It has been a really long time since I've had such a good chicken basket. The chicken strip were reasonably sized and hot. The fries were crispy on the outside and the best fries ever! The inside is very clean and well put together. The employees were kind and and very helpful. Kids got frosted animal milkshakes and they loved it! I got the royal cheese cake blizzard and it had whole strawberries! So yummy!

We have purchased many peanut buster parfaits and been very satisfied but this last parfait was a huge disappointment! There was almost no hot fudge and very few peanuts! When we spend that much for parfaits we expect quality not just ice cream!! Not sure we will be back! I feel you owe my husband and i a free peanut buster parfait. That might show us that they can be made right!This was at Hermiston Oregon Dairy Queen a few days ago. Very disappointed!! M

I went to the drive thru. It was busy but surprisingly fast service. I ordered the 4 piece soft pretzel sticks w/queso dip. They were amazing. So soft, hot and buttery, with the perfect amount of course salt. After the second one I thought I had better try the cheese sauce. It was also amazing. Not too spicy just the right pairing for these soft pretze sticks. They are a great mid day snack.

The food is good and usually the service is good and fast. However this time we came in, ordered some blizzards and food. Sat down. A little while later we get our blizzards and waited for out food. We continue to wait and remind them we had ordered food. By the time we left (bout an hour) we had remided the 3 times and finally got it on the way out. We had asked for extra gravy and upon opening the food at home found No gravy. There was another man in there who was having the same problem as us.

The ice cream as always was good but they keep messing up orders whenever I'm there and one time they didn't give me my change of over 32 dollars and almost didn't give it back. We had to get our receipt and show them even though we went in right after we got out of the drive-thru.

I understand the situation in staffing any company, especially fast food, that is currently happening. With that said, when a burger is ordered well done, it shouldn't be ready so quickly. (Our order for 3 people with several customizations was ready in probably 3 minutes while there were 4 other orders ahead of ours.) The patty was charred on the outside while the center was still pink. I did not eat it since I didn't want to risk food poisoning on my trip down the Pacific coast. Also, one burger was supposed to have no mayo, which I repeated couple times and was on the receipt but the burger had plenty of mayo on it, making the entire burger inedible. The cheese curds were wonderful but the fries were the fries were barely ok. My 2nd time eating at a DQ and I was highly unimpressed by the food. Staff was pleasant but possibly overwhelmed and not paying enough attention.

Food is always cold. Went there around 9:20pm to get a burger and fries and the fries were not even edible. Who knows how long they had sat out for. Just go for ice cream, they should take the food of the menu if they are so worried about how long it takes to cook it and the sad part is I was the only customer at the time.

Had cheese curds and a blizzard. Food never disappoints. But wait in line was over 20 minutes. At that point I really was reconsidering whether the wait was worth it. Next time I will look to see how long the line is before I get in it.

I have gone through dairy queen drive thru, 2 times in the past month and i don’t think I will be going back. Both times they never showed my blizzard to me upside down and this last time I never got my receipt, so I called the store and asked if they still showed blizzards upside down and the girl said “ it depends” and i said “ on what?” and she told me “ if we are busy or not” there was like 1 car behind me and I told her that and then she just hung up.

Food was on par with any other Dairy Queen I've ever been to.Service was polite and as expected.However, 30+ minutes waiting in a drive-thru is ridiculous. While I was at the window, with the window open, the staff was ranting about the previous few drivers who had complained about how long it was taking . . . I chose to just grab my food, cut my time loss, and go.
