Arrived at Murray's at 5:54p.m. with daughter and granddaughter after an all-day volleyball invitational only to be told they are closing their till in one minute. I let the cashier know that there sign says they are still open and that this is horrible customer service. If I could provide less than one star, I would.

Cute little store with lots of gift items. Within the store is a flower shop, coffee shop, and a pharmacy. They have some basic items available and a large selection of toys. The toys are a little expensive. Pharmacy works hard for you and does a great job.

I value the excellent customer service I have gotten from the pharmacy staff at Murrays.Although I have never been to this store in person, I was so happy to hear about their mail order services.I live far from Heppner in another part of Eastern Oregon but wanted very much to find a replacement for my nearest local pharmacy. Thank goodness for Murrays! Old fashioned customer service coupled with up to date efficiency and knowledge. I receive my medications by mail in a timely manner and pay extra only for actual shipping costs. They have gladly assisted me in getting the preferred generic brand I requested and Always respond to emails with any questions or concerns I have right away. Ann Murray has been great.Thank you so much Murrays for offering your services through the mail for these beautiful remote parts of Eastern Oregon.Highly recommended !
