Went there on Sunday and they refused to take my can returns for deposit. Normally they take the cans/bottles with no issue. But they appeared to be short handed and rather rude on top of it. Mgt. needs to properly staff store and they should be bound to take the cans since they happily sell them and charge the deposit.

For the most part, it's a decent little store. Usually clean, well stocked in a few areas, low stock in most areas that are well shopped.It's a handy store for picking up some items in a pinch. I feel that they could do with more stock of the well shopped items when their shipments come in.I like the store & am so happy they came to our little speck on the map, Harrisburg. They are definitely a pretty hoppin' place, most times of the day.The manager, Tina, and Brandi are the best!

It has stuff to get by, however, the past couple encounters with the young female cashier has been unpleasant. Don't get over 5 items or else you'll be mocked and called a joke. Very, very rude customer service, I've personally met teenagers at a McDonald's drive through that have a tremendous amount of respect and better customer service to be honest.

The staff are great! Always willing to help you find things you are looking for! They are curious & polite as well! The store it's self is clean, well stocked, & fun! I love going there because I can always seem to find what I'm looking for as well as other cute & #until things!

I usually love this store but today you lost a customer. When you make eye contact with a customer you should at least let them know you will be with them in a moment instead of ignoring them for 3 minutes.

Staff is lazy. The proof is that you'll notice that the retail shelves are always empty. For weeks @ a time. Lissette is the manager of the Dollar Tree in Harrisburg, Oregon. Lisette is young & inexperienced in manageral posns yet she's the manager of Dollar Tree located @ 340 N. 3rd St Harrisburg, OR 97446.

This place is convenient when I just need to pick up a couple of things. I will also check here before going to Safeway. A lot of prices are comparable to Walmart and they have a great selection. Both name brand and store brands are available. No fresh food, but they have drug store items, some frozen & dairy, shelf stable food, household supplies, and also seasonal items. Very friendly staff!

Such a nice store, with So much more than I expected. A real blessing to those who live in rural areas. I have found the clerks to be super friendly and happy. So, it's always a pleasure to shop there.

Stopped here this morning. Was meet at door with a very nice greeting. Store. Was clean and well maintained. Checked out with a very friend cashier. This was the best visit to any dollar general every. Hats off to staff and management.

I wouldn't call it a dollar store if your comparing to dollar tree, I would call it a discount store. I Found two items that were a decent price so not worth going back regularly. Most items are just discounted. Not much for a dollar compared to the real dollar stores. It's clean and friendly staff. Just won't be stopping here as it's not worth it.

Only one worker seems to actual care about their job here. Was told I’d be helped on one register and then no one came to help. I could hear loud and clear the employee that was supposed to check people out was on her phone taking a clearly personal call. Waited 5 minutes while she just talked just to go find another employee. Pathetic.

Nothing overly special at this Dollar General. Can have lower prices on big sales than the crowded stores, and no crowd, but if shopping form a large list, probably not the a good option if you're wanting to 1 stop shop. If you a deal hunter and don't mind multiple stop shopping trip, you must have DG on the list. Saturdays $5 off $25 coupon obtainable on your receipt always...ALWAYS. Up 20% off on Saturdays, each and everyone of them.

I bought a 25 dollar xbox gift card and the code didn't print clearly, leaving it useless, they wouldn't give me a refund on it after it didn't work. The manager was not helpful at all and not very nice. The other workers were very nice and tried there best to help me.

Their point of sale computer system is the absolute worst. Before you can use whatever card it is that you want to use you have to tell them first so they can hit a special button there is no other place that I shop where I have to tell him whether I'm using my debit card my credit card my American Express or whatever card I may be using every place I shop you put the card in the machine you swipe it or you put the chip in and it works you don't have to signify or tell them specifically what card you're using all cards should be used the same it is actually discrimination to make someone choose or say what kind of card they are using. The way they treat the person in front of me because they said I'm using my EBT food card was absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous

I have been to other Dollar Generals in the past. I have to admit only a few. Never been a big fan. There is always confusion and a lot of items are either thrown together in a box or scattered around on a shelf. I know YouTube there is several couponers that swear by the savings there with the digital coupons that you can get from downloading the DG app. I've been thinking about trying it out one more time with a scenario with all digital coupons and they have on Saturdays only a additional $5 off $25. Coupon. So I'm going to follow a youtubers breakdown for all gain products and see if in fact it works for me and if it going to save my patients and a headache, saves me money and time because I will already have that list before going in. So if that being said if It doesn't work out. I'm done with this store.. I will have a part 2 to this to tell you my experience there.I post pics of what my store looks like. I'm trying to stay positive but I'm being real with ya.
