Everyone here is very helpful and so nice. We had been battling with food allergies and rashes with one of our dogs. We had him at the groomers and vets trying to get his skin cleared up.My first time in the store the gal walked me through and showed me different products. Her knowledge has made Huck a new dog.Thank you for helping me find the perfect diet and skin care to make Hucks life more enjoyable!

I love This place! The owner is super kind, there’s a huge selection of amazing treats, toys food etc! They are knowledgeable friendly and helpful!I got My dogs some duck heads as treats. Disgusting. They loved them I was not a fan (jk I did Not eat one 😉).I got My dog an indestructible toy there; it was amazing, and lasted longer than any other toy! My dog loved it so much he broke his leg trying to catch it.( he is doing well and with a cast his leg healed perfectly!)I got My cats a very real looking rat toy, it looks absolutely torn up and we need a new one but my cats carry it around with them all day long. It’s just an awesome shop! I totally Recommend them if you’re a pet owner!

Great quality selection for both cats & dogs! They've got a great selection of raw frozen bones & raw food which is very appreciated! This is the only place local that I've found who sell the Earth Animal herbal flea powder that's yeast free! Love the wide variety of high quality brands that they sell in both kibble & wet food! Great shop, great prices, great people!

The owner and very nice young lady she has helping her are great. I first got the opportunity to meet them when we were looking for donations for Spinone Nationals and she was very generous to provide us with a basket for our auction. She has been the only local shop to get us the dry dog food we need, $20.00 cheaper than Amazon and wet dog food over $30.00 cheaper than Amazon. And when our boy wasn't eating she offered reliable guidance and suggestions for helping get him back eating. She is also very happy to order the dog food we need and checks with her suppliers to help us get what we need!

I was pleasantly surprised by this little pet supply store. It had been recommended to me by my veterinarian because of the great service and health conscience pet supplies they offer.I walked in the front door and was immediately greeted by a young girl with a big smile asking me how she could help. I told her I was looking for a dog food for my new dog because I wanted something she would actually eat since the veterinarian recommended dry dog food. (Which she hates)(I had been complaining to my vet about all the bags of dog food I had to buy only to find out that she didn’t like it, and having to return the food which was a hassle.)One company told me they’d send me a small package but I had to pay the shipping and sign up for AutoShip which I could cancel if my dog didn’t eat it. That was exactly what I was trying to avoid. By The time you get the food and your dog has time to try it the 30 days are up and you are stuck paying for an auto ship.The salesgirl at Second Nature asked me several questions about my dog. She wanted to know her size, weight, likes etc. (And specifically what she did not like to eat)As I was browsing she was in the back room and came back with three or four small packages of sample dog foods and a couple of them also had one dollar coupons!!She gave them to me at no charge and I found one my dog loves. I appreciated her giving me those samples and now they have a new customer and my dog has food she’ll eat!Now that’s what I call customer service:)

Second Nature is a wonderful store for both cats and dogs. Great selection of local as well as hard to find pet foods and treats, raw, freeze dried, kibble etc. They also have toys, beds, leashes etc.

This place sells super premium pet food: dry, canned, and raw. They have an excellent selection of that as well as high-quality treats, supplements, and toys. For the quality of the stuff they're selling their prices are very reasonable. They're also very friendly great customer service. I'm so glad that this place is in Gresham and I don't have to travel all the way into Portland anymore to get this stuff!

This is the only place I get my dog and my cats supplies. This place is amazing and the staff is knowledgeable about the brands they sell which all are excellent. Also, the staff is wonderful people, gentle, kind and funny. I enjoy going over and having a brief chat as I select the products I need. I feel at ease knowing my fur babies will be taken care off with the best foods and treats there is. A++++

The owner is very nice and always willing to help. She will special order anything immediately of she doesn't have it, and she is very knowledgeable able her product. I've switched food for my dog and cat a few times trying to find their balance and she gives me several samples to try it out first so I don't have to buy a whole bag. Also, one time, she was out of my cat's food so she gave me samples to tide me over until she got it in. Definitely check her.

I love going in to pick up my dogs food! The owner and her employee are always so nice and fun to talk to. Also, they helped me find a food that finally got rid of my dogs skin problems. I called ahead to ask if they carried CBD oil for dogs. The woman I spoke with on the phone (i don't know if she's the owner or an employee, but it FELT as if she were the owner) was warm, polite, and professional.At the store, i spoke with the same woman. She was knowledgeable and informative. I felt like a valued customer, which is rare. I wish our VET spent as much time asking about my dog, listening to my concerns, and discussing medication options with me!I highly recommend Second Nature Pet Food, and I'll definitely shop there again!

I went to Second Nature Pet Supply today to get some help for my dog that has bladder cancer and was just diagnosed with pneumonia. She was having trouble eating and keeping fluids down. They were GREAT and helped me to find some things that will hopefully work for her so that her she can keep some fluid down and get some food in her belly. I really appreciate the help today, I was at the Vet ER all last night and my brain was not working well. They did all the thinking and helping to get her things that will help her situation. Second Nature is the best place I have found to get good, healthy cat and dog food. They also have some great cat litter (I highly recommend the Integrity Natural Wheat). I have been going here for over a year and have gotten nothing but wonderful service. The owner is very knowledgeable about her products and is always quite helpful. She also has samples of many of her products if you're not sure what to buy. If you want to keep your cats and dogs healthy and support local business, this is the place to go. Don't be alarmed if you see a huge brown lab when you walk in; that's Brody, and he's very friendly. He won't jump on you, but he may play tug-of-war with you if you grab one of his toys from the basket in the room opposite the register.

Perfect shop in downtown Gresham to pick up doggy or kitty food, toys, and snacks! Their selection is quality products that you can't find at a regular pet store. I always go in for the Farmina Small Breed pet food and if they don't have it, they're happy to order it and get it to me in a week. Wonderful shop, my favorite place to stop at!

Super nice ladies at this store. They have the dogfood I use for a reasonable price as well as other holistic items, like shampoo and the like. I'm most familiar with the dog items but they have cat items as well. My kids love the animals wearing clothes pictures that line the store.

Great little place! Our corgi has food allergies and finding a dog food that had no brown rice or flax seed in it was difficult. Fortunately, they carry Evangers dog food (sweet potato and white fish specifically). He loves it and we haven't been to a different pet supply place since!

I've seen this place for years, and finally stopped in for a visit. Come to find out the dog and cat food that I bought has no grains and very healthy dog/cat food. My dog seems to have a spring in her step.They even said that if you animal does not like it to bring it back and they would swap it out for another kind. Great people and the prices are reasonable. The one thing I remember is they said that the food I buy normally is like feeding humans hamburgers all day long.Give it try you wont' regret the decision!
