HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have a very anxious golden doodle but her face lights up when she sees Taylor (who has groomed her since she was a puppy). Taylor is very knowledgeable in her profession and knows how to treat both our 3 year old golden doodle and our 13 year old mini poodle. She always leaves them looking super cute! We always get compliments on how adorable our dogs are all thanks to Taylor.

We have an elderly dog rescued from the humane society. He does not take well to grooming and was, in fact, turned away by the corporate pet store groomers here in Gresham. They claimed he was too difficult and moved around too much. My partner heard about pup scrub from a co-worker, so we decided to book an appointment. Taylor was our little guys groomer, and she did an amazing job. The experience was top notch from start to finish. Taylor was so pleasant and kind. Our dog loved her and looks terrific! We have booked another appointment for Rossi and are bringing our other dog Ruby to see Taylor next Friday. I have attached a before and after picture. Thank you, Pup Scrub!

The new owners have done a fantastic job with the new look and new products at pupscrup! I brought all three of my dogs in thanksgiving week. Their coats are so clean and smooth. I love the new pupscrup and will continue to bring in my fur babies for their baths!

The best self serve doggy salon in the West just got better! I've always loved PupScrub and take my Great Pyrenees mixes whenever I'm near Gresham. This last time I went in I discovered that the old owner had sold the shop, I was a little concerned because well, change is hard, but I needn't worry! The shop is beautiful, new bright paint job, the new products are great and the staff is just as friendly and eager to clean up my mess as they've always been. The tubs are custom built and far easier on my big dogs than places with the flimsy metal ramps. High velocity blow dryers and an array of tools for you to use will have you leaving with a polished pup. They also offer nail trims and full service baths if you're not us to the task yourself. Every dog owner should check this shop out!

It's not a fancy, it's didn't feel expensive place but if you wat to wash your pets and have a friendly staff then you like the place. They have enough stations for cleaning. They will provide everything you don't need to take anything. The only thing lacking is they don't have lots of products for pets. But it's a good place to go.

Great, affordable, walk-in spot to groom your dogs. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and you can pay extra for them to trim your pups' nails. Different shampoo options, towels, and grooming supplies for use are included.

One of the best dog washes I’ve used in 30 years of dog ownership. The couple who are new business owner/operators are friendly and super helpful. So much nicer than my dog wash close to home in Portland that I’d make the extra drive to come here.

DON’T COME HERE unless you want your dog all cut up while they’re getting groomed. I wish I could add photos but my dog has cuts in his private area. They never mentioned this to me when they called that he was ready for pick up and now I have to worry if my dog will get infected. Just don’t come here!!!

The woman who was there was super nice when I went to one of those wash your dog tubs. I left the dog's special shampoo behind.Today I called, looking for dog grooming. Their answering machine has a message about being closed in September. It's November. Nobody got back to me, so I called again an hour later. Two hours after that I've given up. Three hours, no return call. They could have returned my call, said they were booked, suggested the wash your dog tubs. Or even anything. As I had left in the message, my dog had swamp mud on him. Not something one would leave for another day? Rated 2 stars for indifference.

My wife and I were coming for several years until the new owners came. We had literally just bought a pre wash pack of 5. We only got to use 1. We were very frustrated on how unprepared they were when transferring software. In addition, they took away the soap options and ear cleaner. I also feel like the new grooming equip is very cheep. The shear were plain pulling my dogs hair. They also removed the nail trimmers from the bucket so I wasn’t able to trim them myself. The new owner seems nice but I feel like if it’s not broken don’t fix it…

We always do our own grooming, the equipment, how clean it is, and the atmosphere is why we return! The staff is very diligent on keeping wash stations clean after reach use.

So far, I've only been in there to get my dogs nails trimmed. It only took a couple of minutes, I could tell that my dog Obie trusted the young lady who was doing the nail trimming. He didn't sit still the whole time. We both had to hold him. But the point is Obie trusted her. That's all that matters to me. I will be going back to do Obie's bathing and if he ever needs a haircut, doing it there. And whatever other services they offer. I will certainly get from them. Far better than those monkeys over their at Petco.

Great place to take your dogs for washing, or getting their nails trimmed. We generally go in for the nail trims as they are very quick which keeps us and the corgos happy. The self service dog wash stations are great, though a bit low if you're tall. They also have a good selection of dog treats and collars/leashes. Highly recommend going to Pup Scrub for dog washing without the mess.

This was our first time needing to bathe our new dog. We came in just a little after they opened and there was only one other dog there being groomed. Staff was nice and helpful giving us the run down on how to use the self service bathing station. She clipped his nails when we were done as well for us. I think overall this is a decently priced place and will be our go to when he needs a bath. They made it super easy to get the job done.

Pup Scrub is fantastic! I come into town periodically from 3 hours away and usually try to only have my pupgroomed there because they are so reasonably priced, they do a great job, and they always try to fit me in. My pup always comes out excited and looking great so I know they take good care of him. I am so grateful they work hard to fit me in when UK come to town too, it's much appreciated!

Fantastic place with some of the nicest people there to help. My husky and I made a huge mess, which they insisted I leave for them to take care of. We will definitely use their services repeatedly.

Yes they do have groomer there she always trims my dogs toenails for me but if you don't need the groomer they will give you the trimmers to so you can do it yourself but if you do need to groomer it's available I believe it's 10 or 15 dollars super affordable and I believe that lady does do grooming as well it's much cheaper than a normal groomer and I have a big 9-year-old Chesapeake Bay retriever

We've been coming here for years with our Bernese Mountain Dogs. What a joy to meet the new owners of this neighborhood treasure when we popped in for nail trimming this afternoon. They're putting their own stamp on this Gresham institution in beautiful ways. Great value, great people, great place!

I've been doing my huggy bear there for a long time, love there setups tubs and drying tables all have walk up so you you don't have to pick them up. Kind and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended my friends.

I brought my dog here to get her nails cut. She is very nervous about getting her nails trimmed, but they were great with her here and her nails were done before she knew it was even happening. Also, the aisle is very wide, so all the other dogs were far enough away that she didn't bark even once. I will definitely be back!

We love Pup Scrub! At the washing station they provide a standing tub with a pull-out water nozzle, multiple types of shampoo and a conditioner, with ear cleaning solution. At the drying area, they have an adjustable hair dryer, a container with multiple types of hair brushes, nail trimmers, and scissors. For $22 I can wash and dry my big Pyrenees with no stress and mess, what more could I ask for?!
