The store is actually fine and the employees are helpful except for one thing. They sold me the Premier Care plan for $25 a month per pet (I bought 2). They raved about all the benefits but didn't mention that you would have to buy thousands of dollars of merchandise in order to simply break even financially. After 2 months I realized I was losing money. When I called Customer Service to cancel I was told that you can't - you have to pay for the whole year. After a long and arduous discussion the guy finally canceled one of the two plans that I had purchased. Then he hung up on me! (I was not being a jerk.) A few days later I called back and a very nice lady canceled the second plan. So now I am finished with Petco. So beware of the Premier Care plan!

The sales associates found that I had Vital Care rewards available to use and got them loaded for me. With the sale prices and those rewards I was able to walk out with about $60 worth of cat food and treats for just over $8. I felt like the service was above and beyond. Will be back to this store!

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location it used to be the best. I always opt for curbside when picking up my online order but at this location they just told me they don’t do curbside anymore that it was just a “covid thing” then the other worker at the counter said it’s because they don’t have the “ staff” so which is it? Not to mention there were 3 employees at the front register but not one was able to bring out my curbside order and saying it was only offered during covid was an out right lie because I have had no problem getting curbside orders up until February 2024 ! The last time I was here to get my curbside order I watched another customer get their curbside order parked right next to me .

Worst service from all the ones i been theres 2 older ladies that work there they think they know all about saltwater fish and its ok when you do but they have a mess and they're service just rude if you dont want to work there just dont do it look for something that dont involve customer service its not the first time been like 3 times and they both are supper rude

Rough scent throughout the place not shared by other locations I've visited. Seems unique to this store. Pricey. Yet the quality of the items are not matching of the price. Find better stuff online. I wouldn't miss it if it bankrupted.

Love this place! There was an incident with owners who brought their dogs in, and they were just aggressively barking at folks. The owners just laughed and didn't bother to take the dogs out. The staff need to direct these types of owners out. Just saying.

Yes the site is average... Except you must vaccinate and thus poison your dog for them to Groom a then dimwitted dog... Mines don't need grooming...I Will Just Groom His Hair My self...I have never vaccinated my animals and my cat kills Possums...I LIKE THAT AND LOVE MY KAT!

Placed an order through the app for curbside. Got there and called like instructions said, was on hold almost ten minutes with no answer, and decided it would be faster to go inside. I thought maybe they were busy. I stood in line for five or so minutes and was able to grab our product and get out of there. Took a star away for having to waste time on the phoneWhy set it up when you don't answer your phones......and no they weren't busy.

It was alright. Over priced as usual and selection on cute little outfits were id say sub par. Went there to get a "costume" for the pup and left with a plain white sweater thing because they didn't have any of the good ones in large size at all. Staff was great and friendly for sure just business side I wish they did better. Matter of time until places like this go away because they cant beat online pricing that is better selection and 1/4 the price. It's sad to see prices so outrageous shopping locally.

I bought a hamster here which I have done before many times and this particular hamster bit me and 2 of my family members when I tried to return the hamster they told me I could return it but that I would never be allowed to adopt there again. My bad for not wanting a hamster who bites, ( I do know that hamsters bite but every hamster I’ve gotten before was handled enough beforehand that I was never bit) so therefore do better Petco

Amanda was extremely helpful in helping us buy all the necessities a happy Ball Python would need. From the tank to the lights, plants and hide. The bedding, bowl, shed ease. How and what to feed and when. Most informative on it all. Thank you so much for your thoroughness. My daughter's excitement and love for the newest addition to the family is priceless.

Went here a while back to get some stuff for new kitten. Long story short went to pay and cashier asked if I wanted the vital care membership and I said no another time so she proceeded to tell me all the benefits and I still said no, so she gave me another reason why I should do it I still said no then she pulled the make me feel guilty for not doing it card and gave me another reason why it's the best for my kitten. So she weaseled her way into convincing me. What she didn't tell me is it was a year membership so now I get 25 pulled out of my bank every month and I have not used the "benefits" one time since. I get food and products for my cats elsewhere. Going to my bank tomorrow to get the payments blocked. Disappointing

Not sure what is going on there. My family stopped in a week ago for hamster supplies and the odor was awful. I know it's a pet store and all but we've been to several other Petco stores and none of them are this foul. I stopped in yesterday for a carrier and immediately walked back out because it was somehow even worse. I'll drive the extra 25 minutes to never have to go in there again.

Just got my mini aussie bathed and hair trimmed. She looks great! She smells amazing and they put little bows in her hair!!! So adorable. They were super patient with Zoey, she is 7 months old and is vocal. I trust them and will be returning. Next time I'll ask for a little more hair removed, but super happy for our first visit.

Typically great customer service. There's one older woman who works there that my son & I try to avoid, she isn't very nice & kinda dampens our mood. Otherwise, everyone else has been very nice & knowledgeable. One of our favorite places to buy fish & fish supplies. I purchase my dog's food here, Orijen, & her cow hoofs. I also purchase my kitten's food here, Iams kitten formula.

I used to love petco and how friendly their employees are. Was always impressed seeing the same employees for years too! I understand times have changed and a need for sales however lately every time I visit I'm bombarded about some health membership to buy. My last visit I was asked 5 times by 5 different random employees if I'd be signing up for it! 5 times! Twice is understandable barely but 5 is insanely bad customer service! I've worked in banking for 15 years. I totally know the importance of sales from the top down but I understand the importance of having customers who actually want to walk in. I currently have no desire to actually shop in your locations again. Yes I said locations cause I went to your other one off division and was bombarded all over again about this product. Then tried visiting your unleashed stores thinking itd be better but nope...If it's so annoying for customers I feel so sorry for your employees as well! Step back and support your customer service experience standards again. The rate your going isn't sustainable for retention of customers or employees.

Went for grooming. Nikki always does a fantastic job. Our little hyena bandit looks great and the report card is a very cute and awesome touch. If you are looking for an awesome groomer just ask for Nikki!

Olivia was AMAZING help today. We signed up for vital care premier with her and the customer service provided was EXCEPTIONAL. Never have I experienced this type of service from a Petco employee. Truly wonderful.
