Kaylee help us find the right dog food for our overweight golden retriever. She recommended Redford naturals Salmon and Brown rice. He is now normal weight and his coat is so shiny. Kaylee gave excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable in her products. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Wasted my time and energy. Brought a 50 lbs bag of dog food to the register. It was apparently in the wrong spot on the shelf because they told me it was going to cost 20$ more than the price tag said. I showed them the price tag where I found the food. They said the bag was in the wrong spot. So I put it back and found a different bag. I brought that 40 lbs bag to the register. It again rings up for 20$ more than the price tag said on the shelf. They tell me AGAIN that it was mis placed on the shelf, that the bag I brought wasn’t the bag the price tag on the shelf was intended for. I’ll never come back here.I’ve been buying food for my dogs from pet supplies plus for over 10 years. I used to go to a location in Colorado Springs when I lived there and always had adequate service. The Gresham location is a HUGE MESS. None of the employees seem to really care about anything.

They have so much to offer for your pets. They even have a dog wash! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to other pet stores.

Tried using my coupon I received in the mail. [Expiration date 12/21/23] The lady there would not let me use it, she kept telling me that the coupon is expired. It clearly wasn't. Why send coupons when your store won't let you use them?Very disappointing, I can spend my money somewhere else.

I went to Buy Churu cat treats for my cats and Flea pills capcam and Angel, the Store Attendant, He came to ask me if I was finding what I need . Very Helpful!!!! He gladly helped me find what I needed and went to check if there was any more in stock when they’re want any more in display. He went above and beyond. Happy Customer here! Will be back! Cashiers very happy golucky too! P.s. I saw a few Kitties for adoption that Melted my heart at your Store!!💖😊🐾

Great store with tons of selections! There are fish and other small animals. Lots of things to choose from and kind staff. They are helpful too! Dog treats bar and membership discounts. Dog wash station and grooming services.

I came here quite often and the workers running the register (especially the girls) are always rude. This one particular girl got annoyed when I was returning an unused item I got the previous day and made me feel like I did something wrong. Clearly they’re not familiar with the returns policy.On the flip side the younger man running the shop (I assume), has been incredibly helpful and warm.

Very pleasant, helpful, polite and knowledgeable employees. Was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello. They packed out my huge sacks of dog food and put them in my car. The young lady in the grooming department was exceptionally nice too. Every time I go there it’s a very positive experience. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus to everyone. Workers are nice and love dogs. A decent selection of items for almost any pet, mostly leaning toward dog/cat supplies. They have live feeder insects. Cute novelty dog treats in a display case. More local brands than petco/petsmart.

Best customer service I've had in a long time and they continue to provide the same quality of service every time I go in. They have really helped me figure out how to help my dog be less fearful and they've even managed to teach me enough to be able to get my dog into the grooming department. My dog has a past trauma from another groomer and these people have really helped to fix that trauma. I will continue to bring my dog here for pets, treats and grooming services. I will not go back to the previous groomer "Shaggy Tails". Everyone here at Pet supplies plus also looks clean cut, and not like they're on drugs. It's a staff of employees like before covid, where people have integrity in what they do and take their jobs seriously.

Super sweet staff and awesome team. We stopped in for our pups birthday, we try to spoil him when we can, and these guys were new to us. Everyone was friendly and authentic, really helpful and engaged without hovering. Store stocks a diverse selection and the treats are all doggie accessible. We ended up getting a lot of treats for him. The gal at the register even gave him a special birthday baggie! 10/10 will visit again.

Nice little pet store. The staff is nice. I Ihad my little cairn terrier groomed today. The groomer did a good job. I have my other dog scheduled for grooming next month.Update - both my boys had their grooming here today. The groomer for my Bichon Frise (Nino) did very well giving him a little summer haircut. Nino looks like a little puppy, very cute. The one who did my Cairn Terrier (Macky) did okay. They didn't finish with his toe nails which was important. I guess Macky was a little feisty with them. Maybe Brandy should groom Macky next time. I like this store. I keep coming back.

Came in for the dog wash - it’s a super good deal, 5 washes for $25 if you buy the punch card. The self service station is nice, has everything you need except nail clippers. I really appreciate how quiet the blow dryer is. We will definitely be back!

The $15 self wash is worth a visit. You can even bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I have visited often. Staff are nice with good treats too!Just make sure you plan accordingly. I found out the hard way that they do not allow any baths 30 prior to closing. No exceptions. But they are the only dog wash open later for a decent price.My Chihuahua likes to have her “get dirty” days rolling in fresh grass. And I like to use every ounce of sunlight outside with her, then wash her up before she jumps in my bed.

Staff at the Gresham, OR store is super friendly, attentive and responsive. I've brought my GSD rescue puppy in there a number of times, and despite his hyperactive behavior, the staff members are super engaging with the dog, and helpful in finding products I need and carryout help to load my car. Lots of frequent sales, which Axel loves. Axel gives two paws up!

I really appreciate this business! As a pet owner, the cost of monthly items can be expensive so I am always cautious of pricing. I do find that PSP offers great pricing to its members and even offers great coupons each month. They even will deliver to your home for free. The convenience and great customer service alone is reason enough to take your business here! Thank you to the Gresham location for your great approach to customer appreciation!

BEWARE!!!!! I’m very disappointed in Pet Supplies Plus, they have a strange system in charging for grooming service. I have a 4.5lb, not sure what her breed is, she was a rescue. I’ve been told she looks like a terrier/chihuahua mix. Pet Supplies Plus charged by her breed not her size? I have never paid more than $45.00 for a full service groom for her!!! Pet Supplies charged $74.00!!!I had my Aussiedoodle who weighs 36lbs groomed by a reputable hard to get into groomer with 30 years experience and it was only $70.00!!! Needless to say, I won’t be going back!!!
