Very polite people and communicative. If you're looking for a place to take your dog for grooming then seriously look no more! My dog Gizmo had a bad experience at PetSmart a few years ago so I started grooming him myself. Now with my busy schedule I don't have the time to maintain his grooming, so I did my research and came across this amazing place. The groomer was so nice and sweet to my little man, they make sure the dog's comfort comes first rather than getting the job done ASAP. They're all about quality and loving animals here. I already can't wait to take him back! Really good prices as well, which made it so I was able to leave a good tip for the amazing service. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies who helped us!

We love taking our princes here. So careful and detailed on their service. Our princess would shake so much when we took her to another groomer when we moved. We are now back even though it’s an hour drive. She is so much calmer now with her grooming spa day.

The delivery service is fantastic, their prices are better than PetSmart/Petco for the same brands of food, and the employees and owner are far more knowledgeable than the big box stores. A bag of Solid Gold food goes for $70 here, at PetSmart it’s $82 for the same exact product.I’d also like to say that the employee Journey and the store manager Karen are absolutely wonderful in their knowledge of ALL of their products as well as always being willing to do research to answer questions. When a food I wanted was out of stock, they found an exceptional alternative that my dogs loved and I am considering switching to. Have I mentioned delivery is free? Amazing!

I liked the store it's reasonably priced. I took my GSD 4month old puppy their for a bath. It's a local and woman operating store and i fully support it. I will go again but only thing is they need to be little more engaging with the costumers, ask what they need so customer feel welcome. That is missing in this store otherwise please support your local business.

Jonathan is the best groomer out there. His ability to handle any dog and get the job done is amazing. My dog is terrified of grooming, he is the only person she can trust to do it. Will not go anywhere else but here. Recommend for all.

I always try to support local small businesses and Nature's Pet is one of my favorites. Great selection of healthy cat and dog fods and treats. Also a self wash dog bath with excellent array of shampoos and brushes included. They also include towels. I highly recommend Jonathan for all your grooming needs. He is the best 👌

After leaving pet smart because of the high food prices we hit matures pet market for a food change trying to put some weight on our puppy. The person working was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the food price was a third the price of food at pet smart. I'm shopping smarter 100% getting my dogs food here from now on.

I’m so glad I found these great folks. Their store is comfortable and well stocked. They have variety, high quality, and reasonably priced items. They were well informed and very helpful but not at all pushy. Johnathan was able to trim my 12 month old dog’s nails in a few minutes, which has been stressing out my household for months! It’s so nice to find gems like this in Outer East. This will mean fewer trips to inner Southeast and less of my money going to Jeff Bezo’s/Amazon. Yay!

I love this store because of the friendly atmosphere and natural pet products! I'm on a limited budget, though, so it's a bit spendy. I love my cat so much that I do without so she can eat right. It really is a wonderful place to feed your companion otherwise.

Shop and groomer are fantastic, staff is always helpful and nice. Shop cats are second to none, don't let Sam out!!!We've taken our corgi mix to two different groomers here, pre- and post-pandemic. Both times we have been completely thrilled with the cut, care, and timeliness. PLUS our dog goes BALLISTIC when you do her nails, so anyone who can get them done is amazing!Great place. I’m so impressed with the staff at this store and so thankful I found it. I actually heard rave reviews from other dog owners at the dog park who recommended it for a number of services and products. My puppy hated getting her nails cut - my vet suggested medication first. These guys took all of five minutes to clip her nails and she was fine!! My fairly expensive dog food I have auto shipped to my house is way cheaper here! I’ll be going back often!!

Jonathan does an AMAZING job with my malamute mix Kato who is terrified of nail trims. He is gentle, but firm to make sure nothing gets clipped too short. I would highly recommend him as a groomer for your pet. And the self wash station makes baths a breeze with constant safe warm water temp, brushes, a variety of soap and multi setting blow dryer to get that extra water off and make your pets coat super soft and fluffy!

The owner of this place is amazing. I work next door at Sally's and came in looking to buy a coat for a homeless mans dog who was standing in the rain shivering. When I told her what I was in there for she didnt hesitate she grabbed a very good quality waterproof doggy coat and took the tag off and handed it to me. You can tell she really cares for animals and just gave me an excellent impression. Will shop here in the future for all my animal needs!

Nature’s Pet Market Gresham is great! My dog, Mak, looks and smells wonderful after her grooming! She even came home with a little bow on her collar.The shop staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve helped us find the right food for Mak’s skin and coat and they have a huge variety of treats to choose from. We will be a returning customer for sure!!

I came to this store for help finding a better food choice for my 9 year old Shih Tzu. I wanted to get away from the big brand canned foods that she seemed allergic to. I was hoping for a dry food choice.I was welcomed in and given many samples of dry food to take home. They even had the mini ones that are so much easier for her to eat.I was given excellent advice on how to introduce the different kinds and my dog made her choice within 7 days. I then called and Yes they had what I wanted in stock! Wonderful. Also on my first visit my dog came inside with me. She was totally comfortable walking around and looking at everything. At the big box pet stores she is shaking and scared the whole time.I feel that I will save myself worry and expensive vet visits that only resulted in whatever dog food brand they were selling.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a new food for my boxer who just developed pancreatitis. The woman had several suggestions and then gave me a whole bag of samples. I have already given my boy one of them and he loved it!!! Such a great local store!
