This place is the BEST!I only wish I had found them sooner. Before I over paid at other veterinary offices in the valley.They are fairly priced, and don't try to nickel and dime you for everything they do.I feel comfortable with every Dr. In this office. They are ALL very nice, thorough, highly trained and competent with all your needs.I love this office ! I can't say enough about how nice everyone is. The whole staff is just as nice and welcoming.Never have to wait a week or 2 to get in. Love the scheduling as well.There should be more offices like this one in the valley.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Glenn Bowman and his wife Dr. Margaret Bowman are when it comes to loving animals and their meticulous care for them. I had two serious emergencies with my cat Precious and both times the situation was outside the norm. DR. Glenn Bowman stepped up to. The plate and came through both times, not for me, but fir Precious and his love of animals. I honestly don't know what I would have done if he had not helped. I was panicked,heart broken and broke and yet helped. I did pay him when I could. It's not about charity, its about the passion and love and m ultimate excellent knowledge and treatment they provide for our pets. It comes through and know that if you ever an emergency with your pet they are there and without question step up to help. God bless them. There is a very special place in heaven for the Bowman's. No amount of money can ever express the gratitude and what they gave me and Precious. If I was wealthy I'd gladly give them more. Thank you so very much Dr Bowman for caring and for what you dud for and me. I miss her terribly, but thank you for not letting her suffer any more that night. You are truly amazing and clearly an animal lover. Your compassion wases my pain and loss in losing my best friend of 14 years. She was one of a kind. Like you and your wife. God bless you. Cheryl

The concerns I had was the fact that I brought in my cat I didn't have much money which I know is not your problem but anyways when you were putting my cat down this male doctor would not leave the room while she was being put to sleep it was incredibly awkward he would not leave us alone while our cat was dying. Teach your doctors to read the room. And this wasn't while they were injecting her this was after it was all done he kept talking to us. Then you said you are going to wave the fees you never did. I don't need to talk to anybody about something that is insanely obvious for an adult. I could tell you one thing, that a doctor that takes care of humans would never let a human go and die without letting you know what killed them.

I have been going to Vally animal hospital for about 8 years now and have always got TOP NOTCH SERVICE. the people are really willing to help you get hi grade service. This place needs to add the word,"Family" to their company name! My son and I are fairly new to this area, and getting in to see a vet has become such an ordeal for our two small dogs. The minute I stepped into this office I knew we had met our dogs' family doctors. From the very kind receptionist, the very informed nurse and onto the highly educated and considerate vet, our lil family was welcomed and cared for with sincere compassion and love. I highly recommend this place.

A friend passed away leaving behind two very old cats who were in less than optimal health. I started calling vets right away to schedule euthanasia so these cats weren’t far behind their dad. Not until calling a 6th office did I hear good news. Such a relief. Jay helped me inside. Patty took payment. Dr. Margaret agreed that these cats should be let go. It was a peaceful process. I am so very thankful that my emergency request for an unpleasant appointment was met with grace and ease. The staff were all calm and friendly. The exam room was clean.

I deeply appreciated thier compassion and understanding my situation h finding it not just in their personal care but also in their schedule to find an appointment so fast. Once at the appointment they explained the importance of certain tests. I'm glad they explained it 8n a way that I agreed to it. If I hadn't my dog would no longer b here, so even though his years may b limited to less than years to come he's better for the time being. I, we can't thank you & your staff enough.

Very disappointed. Took my dog in for wellness check and dental. Other than taking temperature and looking at teeth, no other exam was done. Paid $61 for the "exam" and then was quoted $1400-1500 for dental. This clinic didnt leave me with a high level of confidence so took him to another vet and during that exam (which included chip scan, temp., heart, joint manipulation, eyes, ears, teeth, AND bloodwork) she found a heart murmur. This exam too cost $61 and was definitely worth it but as a 1st time customer, I received a free 1st exam coupon from Banfield.

This experience was the Best ever for our Ellie May. She really liked the vet tech and the Dr. That's a win win in our book. The whole staff were very friendly. So grateful we were able to get in at this clinic after being turned away from so many during our search. It's nice to have found a great place that will care for both of our dogs. ❤️10/17/22: Ellie's 6 month check-up for Heartworm. All was good .Ellie was at ease in the office. That's always a good sign. Waiting the results tomorrow.My Marco gets his full treatment next month. ❤️

The staff seemed to be very rude when called for my family's dog appointment, had me wait 35 minutes until they called me back to tell me they didn't save any of the information for my dog even though he's been here multiple times. When they had a woman come out and get my dog she was really rude, and extremely aggressive with my dog, she kept yanking the leash, and was not treating him nicely at all. I'm not taking him here anymore, so disrespectful and very unprofessional. I suggest people go to a different one so this doesn't happen to you or your animal. (I went with my mother to the appointment for the family dog known as Casper.) I myself would never left my dog come in here after experiencing this.

I have been able to call and get emergency appointments within 24 hours both times we have concerns.Through the pandemic they have been flexible, reliable, reassuring and helpful.They always make an effort to call and check in a few days after appointments to see that everything is going well.

My visit was fabulous. My cat got into a fight & had a big abscess on his neck. My regular vet couldn't see him for over a week so I looked for someone who could see him sooner. I called Valley Animal Hospital about 9:30 & had an 11:00 appointment that day. Everyone was so nice & I was so glad I could see the Dr. so quickly. All is well with my cat & I'm changing to this Vet for my cat & dog as well.

First time seeing a new vet since moving here, couldn't be happier with service I got from the whole staff. I find a lot of offices have staff who seem to hate their jobs or something and just don't put out any effort in building rapport and being pleasant. This office was a great surprise and everyone I spoke to seemed to be genuinely invested. I also SUPER appreciate the covid friendly service they have implemented. I didn't have to leave my car, everyone called me including the vet through the whole process, they came out to get my kitty from the car, and brought my payment card back to me using a sanitary wipe. Honestly if we could just have that be standard from now on I wouldn't complain! They even stroked my ego and told me he was the best patient which every fur mom can appreciate.

I have always been very happy with Valley and they care for my 5 dogs. Unlike most other vet clinics in the area, we are helped immediately & shown into a room. For those if us who have rambunctious dogs, this is so much more pleasant than hanging out in a waiting room. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. My dogs normally see Dr Margaret & I have complete trust in her. One of my dog's recently had a benign tumor removed & everyone showed care & concern.

My dog was sick and needed to be seen in a short amount of time. I was given an appointment and Lucy was given compassionate care by the staff which was greatly appreciated! Not only did she receive good care, but the staff did followups as well.A lot of stress was alleviated for me because of the great care that my family member was given. Thanks to everyone for the care Lucy was given.
