I purchased a new 10kw dual fuel generator here, when I opened the box, I was surprised to see the lower frame bent inwards approximately 45 degrees, making wheel installation impossible. I called the store and the manager "Christina" was on the phone soon thereafter.She was very helpful and I just had the replacement generator delivered.Excellent customer support from this TSC 👏

I shop at the store in Grants Pass, OR, I get all my animal feed there and have been doing so at least twice a month for the past 7 years and their service has always been excellent, however I have to take one star away due to the service I got on my last visit. It seems they have one employee who judges people based on appearance. The customer in front of me was checking out and the employee asked if he had a phone number with them for their rewards program, the guy said no, so he asked if he would like to add one to set up his rewards account, the guy declined and paid for his purchase and left.Then he scanned my bags of dry cob and rolled corn without saying a word, I asked if he wanted my phone number and he just gave me a rather sarcastic look and ignored the question, so I offered my number to him and he still ignored it and didn't enter it. The only words he said during the whole checkout was "That'll be $41.98", and he just stood there giving me a disapproving look as I paid for it. The only reason I can think of for the difference in how he treated me compared to how he treated other customers, to whom he was very polite and helpful, must be because I have long hair, a beard and I wear tie-dyed t-shirts, so it seems he doesn't like old hippies.Other than that one time with that employee, all others have always been very friendly and helpful every time I go there.

I'm a frequent shopper at this store in Grant's Pass. Customer service has always been outstanding. I've also ordered online using their app and picked up in store. It's a huge time saver! I'm just a little disappointed that their hours have changed, they now close at 8 pm. Maybe winter hours?

I am disabled so I used the order on the web site and than use the curb pick up. That part other than no mobility scooters went great. than a week later I find a charge on my debit card from this store and I never left my home. BEWARE about using your credit or debit card for online purchases, you may be in for a big surprise on your card. Will not shop there again...

We love the available DIY dog washing stations. Can't beat the $10 price and they give extra towel at no additional cost. They provide shampoo and grooming tools, though I prefer to bring my own. My little guy post wash and blow.

Only place in town I found that sells Bully Sticks made in the USA a little expensive but it's worth my dog not getting sick from stuff made in China or other countries thank you Tractor Supply for carrying this product

Showed up last night at 530 didn't get out of there till 7 for just a few things, The staff could have gave up but they were persistent with me and we found what I was looking for in the corner of the pen out front. Management needs to organize the pen a bit better but I get it. Didn't think a 3 foot auger bit would be on a store shelf good thing the staff has common sense. I believe Alex and I can remember the mans name that helped but the instructions I got were amazing!

Great store for farmers. Needed a sprayer pump and they had it. But didn't have any of the fittings. Salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable though. However, exchange was easy just an extra 30 mile round trip.

I loved going to this store,everyone was so helpful and friendly until this last little while. I go in once a week and its suddenly very different. People look depressed or angry now, whatever changed needs to be fixed because this was a great store for an 83 yr old woman like me to get all the help I need by friendly fun loving associates. It breaks my heart to see the looks on their faces now.

This use to be my favorite place to go in town. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was like being in a family. The last few weeks I’ve been in there the morale has taken a big fat dump. I thought maybe it was just because of the busy season but it’s not, employees seem depressed. That’s not how you keep good workers. Don’t know what the problem is but it’s very sad considering what a great store it was. I actually wanted to go to work there myself as the mask ban has been lifted. I can’t wear a mask. But no longer. Now I’ll have to find an ordinary job. Sad loss to this community.

They were very friendly and helpful. The cashier helped me with my order of feeds so I didn't have to pick up any of the 50 lbs sacks, then he put them in the car for me. He even tried to help me find one item I was looking for, for my horses, even went as far as checking to see if they can order it. Nice people and very clean store.

Paid 600.00 for a chicken coop and was given the wrong one I spent 2 days on the phone and when I went back I was given the option of using their trailer to haul everything back and having to wait months to get the one I paid for. I had 20 birds I needed to put somewhere. Now I am stuck with a chicken coop half the size of what I bought. Also went in 3 different times to get my dog food. Each time i was told it would be there either on the Monday truck or the Friday truck. Three wasted trips to town and no dog food. Luckily I buy a couple weeks before I run out.

We. Love this store for pet food, bird feeders, unusual toys, hardware things and so much more. But the best is their Doggy wash station. I can bring my 113lb Labrador and they supply everything to make him clean and beautiful for under $10 including a cookie on the way out for being such a good boy! I love the excellent customer service I get every time I visit.

Very nice store! Prices are reasonable and they carry a large range of products, from hardware and tools to pet products, pet food, and even some clothing.Speaking of pets, their dog washing station is very nice! $10 seems slightly spendy, at least during the summer, but during the cold winter months it will be great to have a local place to wash our dog. There are two large sinks in a separate room with a door, and they provide towels, soap, grooming and drying supplies. Loved the half-price coupon they gave us for our next wash, hopefully they will continue to give those out.

Store is clean and organized but horrible customer service. I have asked for certain vaccines from the fridge, just to get the wrong one. I’ve called and sat on hold for 12 minutes. No one knows anything about animals there, or when (or if) certain items will be in stock. I’ve bought hay just to get told at the bay that oh, they don’t have it.

I have always had great service here. They also have a pet wash wash and dry area for your dogs or or other animals I guess not sure about that. The staff is very helpful and friendly I highly recommend going to this establishment for your farm and tractor supply.

I have been here a few times now. I enjoy all of the items they have to offer. I always prefer to help out local businesses before buying from chain stores. However, when the locals don't have what I want or they're not open, I go here.Actually looking forward to trying their dog wash stations since my dog can't get into the tub at home anymore.

Made a delivery 06/12. Very friendly, courteous staff. Dock and lot are extremely tight for geting into position and backing into dock. Treeline on driver's side WILL rub your truck, watch your antennas, for those of you that still run cb, like me. All in all, good stop and relatively easy to get back to I-5. Construction at the overpass is a bit confusing, but manageable. Update 08/24/22 - Much of the product has been slimmed down in the dock area, making fir much easier time maneuvering. Tree branches either have been worn down or trimmed.

We arrived at Tractor supply around 5:50pm, we had only one thing to get. So we would have been very quick. As we approached the door the employee, gentleman, was locking the door and said, “Sorry we are closed.” It was now 3 minutes till closing. We have two little kids under 5. It takes a few minutes to get out of the car. It wasn’t 6pm yet. The store was supposed to be open until 6pmThis is terrible customer service. Rather then asking us if we only needed one thing or if they could help us to get us in and out they closed the door before the store should be closed. At least stay open for customers until you close. That’s just the right thing to do. Especially being new to this town and being in the middle of a pandemic. You don’t know what someone might need. General kindness is so needed especially now. We didn’t see this.Sorry we are an inconvenience for your store as a family with littles. We will shop some where that they care more about their customers.

Depending on whose working, tractor supply can be a wonderful experience or an awful one.I have been double charged for items (when I got home and realized, I ran back and they fixed the error), been told incorrect information on the phone about products, and gone into the store after being told something was in stock to find out it hasn't been available for weeks.Overall though, prices are good, friendly and (some) knowledgeable staff.

I was pleasantly surprised when I finally got in to check them out. Unfortunately for me the item I went for was out of stock. I did get a rain check with statement to the effect that I would receive a call shortly. More than Two weeks later now no call so I rang them up & apparently got the right guy. He basically told me he was the one in charge & to get in line because there were lots of people waiting for this item. Disappointing that he would be so rude... I won't be waiting for the item as i wouldn't give them a penny after being treated like a real pain in his behind. Overall nothing but a waste of my time.

We were greeted by Monica when we walked through the door. We told her it was our first time at the new store. She explained where we would be able to find certain items. When we were done shopping she was also our cashier. She stated she hoped we found everything and invited us back again. Way to go Tractor Supply Company for hiring such a shining star in Monica.

Online but not on time or at all!!!Ordered a gun safe on line on 11-23-18 and had my conformation number. I called on 12-9-18 and was told that they didn't see my gun safe in the system but they are receiving a shipment in and several safes were on back order to call back next week. On 12-19-18 I called and asked about my order and was told that several safes were on back order and call back next week. I called on 1-1-19 and was told that several safes were on back order and they were getting a large order in. I asked if I could talk to someone and confirm my order. I then talked to John (John doesn't have an employee ID number just John in Receiving). John said “here the deal” I don't have an order for you. I don't see where you ever purchased one. Your confirmation number does not match the numbers that it would need to be if you did buy one. He then said that if I did purchase one I would have a rain check number. He said when I came to buy it they would have gave me a rain check number and my confirmation number doesn’t match anything. I told him I was never in the store and that I purchased the safe online. John in receiving said “oh let me check another place”. John then said I see your order and it was here for 5 days and you never came and got it so we didn’t hold it any longer. I them told him this was the third time I have called and each time I was told my safe wasn’t there and each time I was told that a shipment was coming in and there was a big back order of them. He said their system says I got an email and I never came in so it’s gone. I said what I do now? How do I get another one, who do I talk to or should I just leave a review? John in receiving said that I could go online and buy another one and that I could leave a review. My review is more about John in receiving and his lack of customer care.I’m sure Tractor Supply will do just fine without this sale but I warn anyone do not buy a safe online at Tractor Supply you will get plowed by the operator in receiving.
