This Ross store is overly suspicious of customers. They are especially bad if you use the self-checkout area -- treat you like a criminal. Today, I went in and their male security stared at me suspiciously and was not friendly. I looked him in the eye and said hi, and he did not respond. Bought one item, went to self checkout. I was the ONLY person in the self-checkout lanes, yet the staff person there demanded to see my receipt before allowing me out of the store. Hey Ross, if you want more business, you should treat your customers in a friendly fashion. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal! Ross will probably lose more business by treating its customers like criminals that it would lose from shoplifters.

Seemed to have lots to choose from and layout was nice but I only needed one thing that day; a Twin size comfortor. There were a number of blankets in that size but 99% of comfortor sets were F/Q or K size. Would love to have more choices.

Not only does this Ross have absolutely no selection. I mean it looks like there going out of business. What they do have is way over priced. I wont be back. :( The only reason i gave them any stars at all was because overall the store is clean and the staff were nice. Its not them uts just the store...

I didn't take any pictures but I did get shoes for myself & my adult son.This store was neat clean and organized. The employees were really great, with a good attitude and kindness. It wasn't over crowded and this store was well stocked. I've lived in the area for over a year and this was our 1st time out to shop. We found great brands at great prices. ROSS is a great place to shop!

In general I love shopping at Ross Stores. However, I would highly recommend choosing a Ross store in a neighboring city and not the one in Grants Pass. It's not hard to notice that the Ross in Grants Pass seems to keep doing away with certain popular selections. For example, there used to be a decent selection of lingerie. Now, that section is basically empty. Once in a blue moon there might be a single babydoll hanging on the rack, but that's it. Several other examples are that in the past there was a huge selection of duffel bags/suitcases all year-round in addition to that every spring and summer there would be a great selection of seamless camisoles, razor-back tanks, and bandeaus. Nowadays, every single one of those categories is either no longer there or has become significantly limited. I have visited quite a few of the other Ross stores in Oregon, and I have yet to see this issue at any other location.

The store is always messy. Clothes are all smashed under the rack off the hangers on the floor. Shoes aren't sorted by size, neither is any of the clothing for that matter. Prices are okay. Sometimes it's not worth the hassle digging through everything looking on every single rack you always find pants the shirts and shirts with the pants. It's a complete mess.

Bianca was so kind. She helped my disabled mother with a shopping cart (We didn’t even ask!) It was the kindest gesture, and my mother was very happy. Not to mention she seemed knowledgeable of what we were looking for.

Used to have a huge collection of products from India. Lately I have noticed that this department is shriveled. Even the luggage and handbag departments have dwindled down to a spars and lower quality choices. Used to love Ross but not so much anymore.

I lost my phone, the associate at self check out said they found it already and someone would bring it, they radio over headphones so I assumed the front end knew.I waited a while, then asked a checker next to the self checkout (Lori) if she knew if it was on the way and she snapped at me and said she’d doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I kindly said no worries it’s ok.She was very rude And muttered some things I didn’t know she was talking to me, It’s very easy to say “oh you lost your phone? I can check in a minute “ no need to be rude .

I am a big fan of Ross stores and have been shopping in them for years. The team in Grants Pass are always welcoming and accomodating which is rare in in today's world. You never know what you might find there so a bit of an adventure.

Wonderful store, great workers and fast cashiers! I always get welcomed when entering the store. Yes the store gets a little messy at times(like all stores) but theirs always a worker there cleaning it up, although I always find what I'm looking for. As for the "mask situation" I wish the workers weren't wearing them at all, it's too bad they have to wear them. There is no need and it's very hard to understand them while having a conversation. It's so much better taking to somebody when their mouth isn't covered up.

Ross GP has gone DOWNHILL! I used to enjoy shopping there. Haven't much since the pandemic. I had shopped at Goodwill & Harbor Freight and had cart from with toddler already strapped in. Ross had had cart rule wag before pandemic that their carts aren't allowed out of store, which makes it very challenging when transporting purchases to vehicle with children. I know they're not super in black given a person I know is being cut hours. One employee (who wasn't wearing a mask properly) said it was because of the virus. Another younger gal I attempted to have a civil conversation barely looked me in they eye. I understand she's trying to do her to job, but leaving Harbor Freights cart outside while I shopped was fine (I doubt HF is as weird) instead if returning it after shopping, but having in Ross is not. From what I did see while in there as of now, merchandise wise I would rather buy less from more expensive and quality places, or go to Goodwill.Personal opinion overall of course, but I prefer rules that make sense. Easier to blame pandemic & what works best for their store.
