First visit was today. The store is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We got dental chews and canned food to try out.The chews run about 50 cents a piece so I asked what could be done if the dogs hate them. They didn't hesitate to say bring them back for a refund.We'll be back. Drop in for a visit and tell 'em we sent you.

I drove down from Portland on Thursday & barely missed the 6pm closing time. I just needed puppy food, Stella & Chewys, I walked in a few minutes after 6pm, the man there doing closing duties, said do you know what you need, I did. He stopped he found what I needed & said come on in. He said if I know I’m running a little late, call, he’ll hold the door open for me! This is the best pet supply place in town!!! Most friendly, now mind you, this was my third time there & my spouses second time & each time we had incredible service. Thank you for being so awesome!!!! You’re the ONLY pet store I’ll frequent!!!!The store is clean, organized and they have a variety of pet foods, frozen raw, freeze dried & kibble. I only have dogs so I can’t comment on other foods. I have puppies so toy galore for chewing, bones great selection! Thanks again for being the best! I’ll see you soon!

I took my girl there today for the first time that she's ever been there first time I've been in the store is very clean the people are very nice I asked them what to do about my doggies bad breath they gave me some ideas and gave me a recommendation I bought some of the items they recommended however my doggy doesn't like the smell of them so I didn't do much good to have them. But she loved the food and the treats I bought her. Have to come up with something else for her bad breath problem.

This is an awesome store to visit to get my healthy cat food and treats. The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And, it is special that when I see Pam an employee that she remembers my name. She always offers extra tips for my kitty problems as well. All of the employee's make me feel so welcomed. I go out of my way to come to this store.

I've been getting our cat food here for just over a year now. I've always found the customer service to be superb, but yesterday's encounter was on a whole other level! The gentleman that works there is so knowledgeable about the different cat food companies and how they compare to one another. I've been getting the Nutri Source brand, which he told me is a great company, but I wanted to see what the next step up would be. He showed me two other brands, and when I showed interest in switching over, he gave me a free sample to take home to have our two boys try. Well... They gravitate to this new food when both are presented to them. His customer service is above and beyond. :)

Great little shop! So glad to find it. They are friendly and helpful there. My first visit they recommended a food to try for an issue 1 of my dogs has. Both dogs loved it and it is working. I've been back and got the largest bag they carry. I can't leave without buying too much.lol AWESOME Store!!! Check it out

My first time there today. Brought in my 5 month. Old puppy and he loved Angus the cat. They played. Also the owners/ employees jumped right in to help with what I needed. Very knowledgeable. Also gave me freeze dried samples which he loved on his food. And loves the sweet potato chewy bones. I'll definitely be going here from now on, the rest 9f the local stores don't have the knowledge or supplies like here. You'll be seeming us(keno) from now on. This pet store has everything you need and good quality items too. Dale was incredibly kind and helpful! We brought our pup in and he let us try a rain coat on him and let him walk around in it for a while so we could make sure it fit him well. They had all the different foods I had been curious to try with my dog but didn't want to order. I loved the variety of products, there was a lot of unique treats and fun toys. Even an orange shop cat to keep my dog busy.

The employees are very nice and helpful very knowledgeable about the pet products they sell. Rogue valley pet is out to make a living for themselves unlike Petco that's gouges the customer. I couldn't believe it I bought 12 cans of grain free, high quality wet dog food, a rope toy, 3 sweet potato chews, large, dog shampoo and only paid 38.00. Rogue valley pet will continue to get my business.

Friendly service and the only folk that carry Stella & Chewy's raw fresh/frozen dandy lamb12/2019.. Seems like they have an issue with getting Stella & Chewy's, we got the run around so we stopped going there. We liked the folks but not the 5 stories of why and they recommended it but could keep the Lamb in stock raw kibble. Ps..

Went all over town looking for a cough suppressant for our dog.. could not find anything or get help from anyone at all the other local pet shops in town. We went to Rogue Valley Pet and all though they didn’t have a cough suppressant they still were willing to help us. Suggested a natural remedy and so thankful for their help.
