Emmett, from Sales, Thanks for the great job you did assisting me on my new truck purchase. Stopped by several weeks prior just to "look" at the Sierra 1500s. Emmett was the sales guy I chatted with,, was not pushy, answered all my questions and I was on my way. Well I came back several times looking at different trucks, over several weeks, compared and contrasted the truck I bought against others. Big purchase so I wanted to take my time. He patiently answered my questions.I've had some service work done at Roe Motors before on two different vehicles and was very pleased with their service department. Was just there to have repairs on our Escalade and spotted the 2024 Denali pickup in the lot. It was love at first sight. I had heard the new 3.0 Duramax diesel was bullet proof and we needed a pickup to pull our camper and horse trailer. We had worked with Randy before when we purchased our Cadillac Escalade so it was easy to negotiate my trade in and purchase. The process was handled professionally by all the staff there and hope to make future purchases there as well. Thank-you!

I asked to have my rear taillight replaced since the bulb is out. Instead, I was charged for them replacing a rear brake light (which wasn't out), and my taillight still needs replacing. Little wary of returning after that. Seems like it should of been simple. Replace the bulb that's actually out. I am now wondering if they actually changed my oil, or I was just charged for it.

I recently totalled my vehicle and was in the market for a new one. When I saw the new 2024 Buick Envista, I knew that was the one but honestly didn't think I'd be able to afford it on my budget. I contacted Emmitt and told him what vehicle Iwanted and how much I could afford. He went to such great lengths to make this happen for me, and I owe a great big thank you to Emmitt, and to Stephanie for helping me get this car. I could not be happier! Roe Motors as a whole was just such a vastly different and infinitely better experience than what I had experienced when buying a car before. It's been a few weeks since I brought my car home, and tonight when I got home there was a package on my porch with a gift from Roe Motors in it (Harry and David, which is NOT cheap). So thoughtful! I would highly recommend this company, but only if you want a stress free experience with laid-back people who will go to great lengths to get you the car you want and who will continue to treat you great after the purchase has concluded.

Fast friendly professional service! Really felt like I was cared about as a customer. How a business should treat their customers! They had a comfortable withing room and offered refreshments. When they heard I was from out of town they were eager to offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. The part being installed was perfect. They washed my vehicle free of charge as a thank you. Would happily bring my business to them again and refer friends and family. It was worth the multiple hour drive from out of town.

Not a high pressure place and the finance office was equally relaxed which was refreshing because that's normally where a lot of dealers really put the screws to you. I cannot say enough about Roe Motors service and sales staff. We were traveling through and had an issue with our GMC Sierra 2500 (purchased elsewhere). Gave Roe’s service center a call and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They understood we were traveling (had pets, food etc) and they bent over backwards to quickly get the issue diagnosed and get us back on the road. I brought my truck in for a service and asked to have the tires balanced. When I picked up my truck, I noticed everything in the back was scattered. When I spoke to the service manager, he said three people needed to drive my truck to see if they can feel a vibration. I did not ask for a diagnosis. I asked for a Tire balance and rotation. I was told it would cost $89 which I agreed to.
