Brought my dog Sydney in for an xray for possible broaken leg, turned out her hip was dislocated. The Dr explained the process and was in touch with me as the exam progressed. The hip was reset and bandages applied with take home meds. I must say, the entire staff was Very pleasant and the Doctor was Very explanitory and Great at her profession as well as exceptionally pleasant. Im new to the area and was at the mercy of whichever Vet I could find. The entire group at Riverside Park made this ordeal as comfortable as possible. I dont know about their fee, fees are all subjective but seamed inline with other vets ive seen but everything else was spot on or better!I wouldnt hesitate to recamend Riverside Park Vet Clinic !!Larry Timmons, Cave Junction, Or.

Took great care of my grandpup Buddy, a little 7 lb chihuahua after being bitten by his cousin, a big pit bull. Stitches needed and cleaned out puncture wounds. We live in Washington and his vet here took out the stitches and commented on such a great job! He healed perfectly and none the worse. And such a reasonable cost. Couldn't have done better! Great staff, too.

The house I bought came with feral cats. I brought the cats here for neutering. When one of them needed attention I called to ask about a feral exam. Dr. Ann suggested I pick up sedation pills for the morning of. Great idea. The cat wouldn’t eat all the fancy food I tried to hide it in so I put gloves on, slipped a pillow case over his head and brought him in. Dr. Ann and Candace were marvelous at treating the cat. He received an injection for ear infection, two pills down the throat for maybe worms and a topical for ear mites and fleas …all while contained in the pillow case. I’m super touched by how well they treated this cat.

We contacted this vet as we were driving through and our dog broke its nail. Unfortunately, there was no availability for a last minute appointment, but we were helpfully guided to contact another local vet that could get us in. While I'm not an active client, I wanted to mention they were very helpful so our pup didn't have to suffer.

The entire staff Is kind and helpful. Professional and dutiful. Saved my cat's life from a terrible kidney infection, he's now thriving with just a prescribed diet. Would do 5 stats, but they are always so busy, suffering from success, but that's just because everyone knows they are the best vets in town!

After a some what of a rocky start to our experience with Riverside Park Vet clinic, my husband and I felt the need to express our concerns with the office manager in hopes of others not having the same problems we did. After a long conversation with her expressing the issues we had and our concerns we instantly felt heard. She communicated with us, spoke with her team and rectified the issues at hand. I want to highlight the fact that this office has a spectacular office manager, as well as the vet we had. Things happen, mistakes happen but its how its handled after the fact that can make or break the situation at hand.

I'm enraged, we had a dog put down here, and it's been literally MONTHS and we still haven't received his ashes back and the owner PAID FOR HIS ASHES. It's unfair to my family, and the family owner owned him, and it's unfair that we had to loose him and then never receive his ashes. I will only remove my comment or change it if and WHEN I get his ashes returned.

Dr. Ann is amazing. She is a cat whisperer. This was my first time having her treat my pet, Mama Kitty. Mama is a bit skittish to start. Combine that with the trauma of a cat rodeo to catch her, getting put in her carrier, then driving to the vet, and I was not expecting Mama to cooperate. Yet somehow, the trust in her was instant and I was astounded.Dr. Ann gave my cat a thorough exam and explained what we'd need to do to keep Mama healthy going forward. I'll be sure to request Dr. Ann for future visits. I'm a big fan after this morning. She really cares about your pets and it shows.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are responsible for my dog dieing. They could have saved my sweet girl if they would have just renewed her medication prescriptions since we had her appointment scheduled for her yearly exam she would still be alive but no they refused to renew her prescriptions that she had to have to stay alive until her exam. Worst place ever they are all about the money and don't care if your pet is literally dieing.In response to the owners questions- yes I tried multiple times to schedule her an appointment. I called numerous times and I got told multiple different things including that they had sent a updated prescription to the place I was purchasing her one medication from and that I didn't need to worry about that. I was told another time when i called that they talked to the vet and I could come in the next day to pick up the prescriptions and when I called to see if they were ready to be picked up the person I was talking to said that their was nothing for me to pick up, and that she would have the vet call me so we could find a time to get her in for the exam.I never recieved anything stating she was coming due for a yearly exam, I was never told she had to get a yearly exam or I wouldn't be able to get her meds. I called many times starting in July when I found out that the company I was getting her prescription from needed a updated prescription on file.So yes I tried multiple times to get her in I called multiple times and got the run around or hung up on , I tried using the pet portal but that was always down. I called other vets but they were either not excepting new patients or booked out months. I actually called and spoke to your office the day my dog passed

Went to their clinic today to pick up some medicine for my elderly dog. I arrive and call and get an answering machine stating that they are with other customers and to leave a message or text the same number I called. So, I hang up and wait 5 minutes then call again. Same thing happens, answering machine. So I hang up and text the number stating that I am in the parking lot and need to pick up my dogs meds. I'm the only person in the parking lot at this point, but over the next 20 minutes no one comes out of the vet office, and no call back or messages. during this time 5 other customers show up, I sit there and watch as all call the phone number. Finally, a person comes to the door of the vet office and unlocks the door. then proceeds to take a person standing by the door in. At that point, I say from my jeep, "Excuse me, I was the first person here and I would like to be the first person served." the woman partially turns and yells "I'll be with you in a few minutes!" and then closes and locks the door behind her. Well, Im done. Taking my dog to a new vet and that place will not get good words from me. Service is a thing! and theirs is worse than the DMV: At the DMV, you get a number so you know you will keep your place in line and you have an idea how long you are going to wait.

New to the area and this was the ONLY vet that could and would see my cat. The staff is friendly and caring. The Vet was knowledgeable and one of the tallest most rugged/handsome men I've seen in a long while! He'll remind you of a John Wayne movie! Highly recommend!

Since I've had my very first dog I have always used Riverside Park as my Veterinarian, and have always been pleased with their services. Their prices are reasonable, and they have always been so great with getting me in last minute for foxtail removals. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them, the staff treat them so well and even washed my dogs blanket for her after her surgery and sent me a picture of her! Our animals are so important to us but it is important to remember that places are going to be short handed from time to time, but they are truly trying their hardest to take care of our pets needs despite being a few hands short, and they are doing a good job at it. Over all they are a great choice for a veterinarian.

I have had less than desirable experiences with this vet over the many years we have used them. But... After my dog passed away a few years ago, we did not need to be here. We recently got another pup and started coming back for her care. While vet care everywhere is still cripplingly expensive, and sometimes leads you nowhere in a pit of lost money, this vet seems to have stepped it up in recent years. They have been very kind, professional and have put our new pups care to a higher standard than when we last were coming here. I do recommend this vet for everything except: chronic pain management in dogs with hip dysplasia and chronic ear infection issues. Everything else they have seemed to be able to treat, with only one visit per issue. Do expect to be put on hold when you call. I gave this vet another chance and so far they have been really great.

The staff at this vet are the best in town! The compassion they showed today when I had to put a very old dog down was something very special. Thank you for your kindness and for making this easier to to go through. This clinic is amazing. Great customer service and the vet was awesome and was able to diagnose my dog quickly while explaining everything to me. She was also very thorough and made sure it was not anything else. I was in a bind and didn't want to take my dog to the hospital and everyone else said they were booked out for weeks. I explained the situation and they were able to get me in the same day within a hour. I am very appreciative. Would highly recommend!
