This 5 star rating is based on how AWESOME these people have been in regards to my car! My car broke a pin that holds my belt pulley in place. Leaving me stranded in the middle of a storm, I didn't have enough to get a hotel, since I paid rent and other bills. So then quickly my car became my refuge from the freezing temperatures. Well that one night led to 3 days and 3 nights in my car along with my 2 beautiful, sweet dogs. I had nothing for bedding, so I used a rug and the floor mats to cover my dogs and me; we cuddled up tight together shaking to the bone. Eventually our breathing started to help the temperature in the car somewhat tolerable . I was dozing in and out checking on my dogs (best friends) and noticed my one dog (13 1/2) wasn't responding to me, so i began calling his name over and over shaking his body, as I'm starting to freak out and lose it, he gasps for air raid his head and looks at me with his loving, endearing eyes. I went everywhere to get the part my car needed and not one place had it; I then had to order it. The Storm had set everything back in motion. And I wasn't about to leave my car there in a place that I did not know, but I couldn't stay any longer not knowing when the storm would back off. So these people that have this pet grooming place allowed me to leave my car there and I can't thank them enough for that.Thank you

They can help you if you have a biggest dog or the tiniest dog. They will make your animal look adorable and are very gentle with our older and smaller pets. Great place for a good grooming.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I made an appointment for a week out, and I had forgotten which day I’d made it for, so I called to confirm. Not only did they confirm my appointment, they got us in early, and had him done before I was due to bring him in! These are the kindest and most hardworking folks in town! I couldn’t imagine taking Odin anywhere else... I’m sold! I will recommend their services to anyone! Their prices are reasonable and I can’t stress how great Odin looks and smells! Thanks so so so much for taking such great care of my boy!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! Some of the nicest people I've ever met. They worked on a couple of cats with bad matting, they look & feel amazing... We & the cats are so thankful for the wonderful service they have here! We already made appointments for the dogs next week. Also extremely fair pricing. I would have spent at least 2-3 times for the cats elsewhere.

I recently took my very loud and fluffy Australian Shepherd to this amazing company. They worked with me on allowing me to be in the shop when my fluff-ball was getting groomed. They talked to me about her and about myself the whole time. Very informative and easy going. I will recommend anyone to take their pets here to get groomed. Very happy with their service.

I went in for plants for my new aquarium and was happily surprised to find the best selection of fish and plants I have found in Southern Oregon. I happened to go on a Wednesday (one of the days that the fish guy is in the store, sorry I'll ask your name next time) and was given excellent service/advice. He did mention that he was one of the only ones who really knew what was going on with the fish so if that's what you are looking for look for him on Wednesday afternoons. I didn't look at any of the other products or animals so I can't say whether they were as quality as the fish department but, again, this section was well stocked with quality aquarium products for both freshwater/tropical, brackish, and marine tanks. While writing this I also discovered a baby fish that came with my Java Moss. We will see if it makes it :)

their puppy selling ethics are shoddy at best and they take no personal responsibility, our puppy was well bred but filthy and flea ridden with explosive diarrhea . They also are irresponsible with other animals such as not separating rabbits by gender and the birds and reptiles have basic minimum care and environments. The only place they excel is with their fish dept. this is when they have knowledgeable staff on hand , some staff there are belligerent and have poor or incorrect knowledge.
