Reasonable cost for service every time. Good groomers - I have primarily used Michelle and she does a great job but I also had Genea one time and she did a great job too. Little things get handled w/o extra cost like a little shave at rear end. My little dog always looks good and happy when he comes out. Michelle has a good sense for the styling aspect. Everyone encountered in the pet grooming area is helpful and friendly. Process is pretty efficient even if the groomers get a little behind which has only been the case in this holiday period which seems to be busier and appt needed to be booked farther ahead.

the groomer, Katelyn, was very careful in grooming my dog Sparky. I told her Sparky had some non-cancerous nodules on his body, some of which were hard to see. She managed to get him trimmed without cutting the nodules. It was very tedious for her but she did a great job and my dog looks like a million dollars. i am very pleased. Katelyn is a real compassionate pro.

I really enjoy the customer service, cleanliness and product availability in my local store. I had called in a few weeks before for an appointment for a full grooming for my 2 dogs. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it was for a bath only for them. I was a little frustrated but the manager quickly apologized and set me up for a new appointment the following Monday. It was that one time that I had any issue.

My appointment was confirmed TWICE for 2pm -- once by text and again by email -- so I understood that it was important for me to be ON TIME. I arrived 5 minutes early to make sure I was on time for my 2pm appointment; however, the groomer was not there at 2pm. None of the other staff had any idea where she was or when she would show up. The groomer finally arrived at 2:20 with no explanation or apology for keeping me waiting. She also seemed quite uninterested in my pet.

My groomer Michelle takes the BEST care of my two fur-babies! She knows exactly how to cut them and they adore her. She knows all of their quirks too! We only use Michelle now!

I've been to Mike's before when I used to live in Medford right behind them however I now live in Grants Pass and we have a mics here I prefer this one because I went to the other one on a time I was up there and it just seemed too laid back there's one person that does nothing but seems to fold boxes he doesn't communicate with people too much there was no atmosphere like there is over here in Grants Pass.
