I drove 32 miles to get shots for our new puppy and walked in first time as customer to this location. I was informed there was No vet on staff, hence no shots could be given here. But staff referred me to "Grangers Co-op" about 2 miles away, where I could purchase DIY shots kit under $12However I did pick up assortment of products and puppy food I also needed from this Petco location.

First time in the store and I was immediately surprised at how organized it was and how much merchandise they carried for it being a smaller store. Very happy with the large variety to choose from and with the customer service I received on the floor and at checkout.

It took too long to get service. I often have a hard time getting help in the aquatics department. I will say the woman who did help was golden. Love her, professional and very nice. They seems to be great at hiring excellent employees. Just hire more.

I like Petco.... But they are SUPER expensive. For example: You get 8 rolls of dodo bags for $12.99 So it's just more affordable to get my pet supplies online and shipped to me. Other than paying the ridiculous prices. They however have just about everything your pet needs. If they were to EVER lower their prices , I would shop here way more.

I absolutely loved your store soooo much!!! I felt so happy when I got to walk around and see all the amazing little creatures that lived there. Cats were so friendly and the birds so happy and the reptiles were so cool to look at. So many fish and all their habitats were very well taken care of. Super clean store. Great plant life, and all the shelves stacked ever so perfectly for customers to easily get to. Good prices for great products to keep your pets happy and healthy. Wonderful customer service from the cashier as well. It would be a joy to work with animals one day. I absolutely loved it here. Hope to go back soon to smile again with all the great vibes that your store brings to my life. Thanks Petco for such a happy experience.

My elderly dog can not chew his kibble, they let me return it and I bought a softer kibble. Great customer service, great attitude, I don't remember her name but she seems like the manager. Thank you!

Not that bad of a store, but only if you have more 'modern' animals like cats and dogs. If you have more 'exotic' animals like bunnies I would 100% get bunny food from farms or I recommend reading all of the ingredients before buying so you don't accidentally poisen your animal or cause them problems. For example, I recently just bought pellets that were supposed to be for older bunnies, but once i got home i realized it had alfalfa, which older bunnies shouldn't have cause it could cause them to have bathroom problems. And also, most of their 'treats' that are meant for bunnies, guinee pigs, ect, usually always have sugar, salt, or dairy, which could obviously kill your animal. Also, it is quiet concerning how when you go there will be a chinchilla for example in a small cage/glass container, which most like isn't good for them to stay in small areas.

Dashy got a face and feet groom at Petco. They were great! Dasher has never been to groomer, and he wasn't unhappy at all. Great service!!👍

Unfortunately, we have had bad luck with the fish that they sell. WE have had our water tested each time a fish dies, and our water tested fine.

When making the appointment a few days prior was told $38 for just the wash and brush no cutting at all. They told me that wasn't the price as that was a new person. Then another person came in and said no it's 43.00. came in three days later for my appointment and was told now it's $57. It cost me $60 with my normal groomer just to shave my dog all the way down to nothing. These people aren't are not consistent and they keep changing their prices. They're not even competitive. I canceled my appointment and will not do business with any company like that.

I come here to get the new iams dry cat food that has the little treats in it , it's the healthy enjoyment chicken and salmon flavor. It's the only place in grants pass I've been able to find it and it's priced the same as everywhere else $19 for a 6pound bag , they don't carry the 16 pound bag of this which I wish they would it would save me alot of money . I have to order the big bag from chewy. Other than that everyone's nice , it's really hot inside the store , I don't kno if it's just me or cause there's animals in cages but I sweat when I'm in here lololol.

The crickets I bought from petco died in 1 day or they were very lethargic. I can not feed these to my animals.

They had a large selection of pet products and pets themselves. Im a bit worried about how the animals are treated. I saw very happy animals for the most part but the cage for the ferrets was very dirty and needed cleaning. A bit worried about the birds and they seemed to be under lots of stress but it would make sense of new arrivals.

Zero stars if possible. Horrible experience. Rude employees and over priced items. Went into to adopt a cat and the lady had told us they would give us a cardboardbox if we didn’t have a carrier. Then when it came to pay. Acted like she didn’t say that. We’re very rude and as a result a cat didn’t get a home today. The cats name was suki. The employees were Jen, and don’t know the other two. Always have a horrible experience with them. Suggestion: price the cats at 95 or 80 if you have your own Carrie’s instead of lying to people and having a cat miss a home over a box. Then we proceeded to say ok will bring our own carrier, they’d argued with us. Disappointed my kids and lost all future business. I highly recommend monitoring these employees and perhaps teaching them how to not be so rude. They cost that cat a home and lost two family’s of business over this ordeal.

They were out of the things I needed and the staff was unhelpful. I'm used to offers of ordering what I'm looking for to pick up in store or even ship to my house but here they just said sorry we don't have any here right now. I was looking for kitten harnesses and treats. I feel like those are things with a large online inventory I should've been given the option to get.
