This is a locally owned bookstore that goes above and beyond for the community! They have a wide selection of books, games, and activities for young children through adults. They support early literacy with a huge selection of board books, picture books, and early chapter readers. They support local authors and have helped support reading in the community. This is a great stop for anyone passing through or local to the area!

Went in to look for a book for a toddler. A very sweet lady asked if she could help me. After asking some questions about the little one she showed several age-appropriate books, all very good suggestions. Everyone was so friendly & didn't rush me to make a decision. A wonderful experience. I am very happy to recommend them.

They always come off as business first, local bookstore second. I never feel welcomed, prices are higher than every other used bookstore in Southern Oregon, and I have stopped visiting entirely. Most stores that I do not enjoy, I still come back occasionally to browse the stock. There is no reason for me to return here. It mostly functions as a Barnes and Noble replacement for people who live in Grant Pass and don’t like driving to Medford. Trade your used books and dig for good reads at another used book store and come here for new releases if you don’t like the drive.

I had a great online ordering experience! I emailed about a title in stock (first edition Fourth Wing, IYKYK) and received a prompt reply. The book I ordered arrived in great condition, and a lot of care was taken to ship and protect it.

Small space, big choices. Bookworms rejoice, every bookstore is valuable in today's times. Digital media is convenient but nothing beats the smell of a brand new book. I love the smell of a bookstore, especially on a cold day. Stop by, pick up a new read and cozy up with a hot drink!

Small bookstore with a surprisingly large and varied selection of used and new books. Great choice to find paper and laminated maps, plant guides, animal tracking, etc. Huge children's section with great items for holiday gifts.

This is an amazing store with amazing staff. The online ordering system of Oregon Books is awesome. Although they can not possibly have every book listed on the site in stock, they can order it and have it arrive in just a few days,with no extra charge! Right under the 'add it to cart' button, it notes that it is available to ORDER. So, if you want to see if they have it in stock, just give them a call before you head in!

Oregon books typically has a worse reading selection than other book stores in the area, they charge slightly more, and they give the worst value for sale or trade by far. I feel like each time I have brought books in for them, I get the same experience as visiting a pawn shop.

I go here almost every week. There are plenty of books on sale for up to half the cover price, popular YA books from social media, and also children's and elementary school level novels and stories. And for the adults, there's an entire isle for you. If anybody's a classical reader, you can find those type of books as well.I love this store so much, and the customer service is amazing! If you ask about a certain book or series, they'll most likely have it and will show you to it. But if they don't, you can ask to put in an online order.Definitely worth the five stars.

I've always loved this store. I used to shop there when I was younger but don't have the luxury now that I live in Portland. I highly recommend it. It's small and family friendly but has a wide variety and will order something if they don't have it. They also offer used books and you can bring books in to receive store credit which I just love.

Just discovered this place. Went in with a list of 8 books and ended up only finding 3. The book variety is awesome, and the place is well organized. I also really how they offer ordering online and requesting orders for books. The staff and service were really friendly and didn't hesitate to help me find books. Even though I didn't find all of the books on my list, I would still come back to this store to buy all my books.
