I really appreciate their help and expertise. I had two appliances that needing to be fixed when I called, but one issue was resolved before they came out. I was able to cancel the service fee for the 2nd appliance super easily. Jeremy when above and beyond helping me get my appliances back in working order.

Worse service I have ever encountered!! They charged me $125 to just come out and "look" at my washer. The "repairman" Cody didn't even take it apart. He tried to say it wasn't throwing a code so he thought it was a water valve. Past cost $145 but wanted OVER $350 to fix it. Then stated that he wanted to address that problem first but there probably was more wrong with it. Mind you the washer works fine with half a load in it but won't spin if a full load is in it. Problem has only been going on about 4 days when we had him out.Worst customer service. I don't trust them at all. We will be taking our business else where for sure!

In these times of scams, non-existent customer service, repair businesses that have no employees that can repair anything......it is a breath of fresh air to interact with Just-In Time Appliance Repair. Prices are fair, phones are answered, calls are returned, schedulers make appointments that repair personnel keep, interactions are polite and respectful, service employees are knowledgable, keep their working area clean, and will patiently answer questions regarding their work (Thank you Jeremy). When they leave, you are left feeling the job was done correctly and you have confidence the company will stand behind their work. Just-In Time is the kind of local business that we should be supporting. I highly recommend them.

Washer and Dryer came in at least a week earlier than expected, they contacted me and we set up a date for delivery. They arrived in time and installed both the washer and the dryer with new hoses and insured the proper power cord was on the dryer. Fast, friendly and efficient.

I recommend Just in Time Appliance Repair. They responded quickly and diagnosed what parts were needed and ordered them. Hayden was able to instal the new parts, even though my dryer is over 12 years old and not that easy to dismantle for the repair. He was on time, courteous and installed the new parts in a shorter time than expected. My dryer is good as new, and is no longer making a grinding noise. Poor service! They make you pay up front ($109.00) for the anticipated service call. We gave detail description of our problem. We also gave the brand name and the model number we anticipated they would use that information prior to wasting our time on our money. Instead they arrived only to look at our oven and say nope there are no parts available. They suggested we find used parts on eBay. Unacceptable, so basically they could’ve told me that over the phone when I first attempted to service call. Instead they took advantage and scored $109 from me just to tell me what they could’ve told me over the phone shame on them and they refused to give me a refund or even a discount I would suggest you use action appliance instead

Trevor was very professional. Informed me as he went what he was looking for answered my questions.He thought it was the knob and quoted me the price before installation. I gave him the go ahead. It didn’t fix the problem. Ultimately it was the simmer switch, which he disconnected. Never again. $109.00 to set the hook. Uh-oh, have to order the part - another $200.00 •• wait 2 1/2 weeks for part to show up. "Installing" oven part now. Can't wait to see final bill. Did I say FINAL bill? Yes, FINAL BILL. NEVER AGAIN. $448.00 was my total. Hard to believe. After a dozen coughs and a sneeze or two. Left without even putting the knobs back on.

LG sent this company a warranty repair for my fridge. I never heard from them. I called them to see if they had the case.When I called in, I sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. They called backand said said they had the case but it would take several days to "process" the case but did set up an appointment. I got a call back that same day and was told they are going to "reject" the case because they don't have any technicians. These folks are suppose to be a "certified" LG service center but seem to pick and choose what they do.... Not professional! Don't waste your time!! This is the first and last time I will call them!
