Store manager yelled the F word at me upon me telling him I was going to report his game playing he was doing to my father and I. He also abused the 911 system by calling the police for his bruised ego as he didn't like that I was not confused as to where an out of stock item was supposed to be located unlike himself. He furthermore lied to police to have me arrested and put in jail. I did no crime at all. This may have also been a set-up arrest as I exposed the Sheriff in corruption and the arresting Grants Pass police officer formerly worked in the jail under the Sheriff. I contacted the corporate office and it supports its employees yelling swear words at customers and making false reports to the police which is unlawful.

This place has great prices just follow your intuition ok on the stuff like if you think that your getting what you pay for double check the price and if it's high then it should last a bit but if it's low then get it anyway cause you never know until someone tells you about it or you get the stuff your self

I was looking for the dowel setting jig and could not find it. The manager helped me look for it but she could not find it either. After I had left she called me and had found it in the back after searching quite diligently. I really appreciate it that she went above and beyond to look for it and then call me to let me know what was there.

Went in there for the first time yesterday. The store is set up so meticulously and just looks amazing. Compared to the competition, harbor freight definitely wins the organized and clean categories. I purchased a Chicago electric heavy duty "hot knife" for cutting and shaping of foam products as well as wax products. The tool is fantastic. It has 5 heat settings on a little dial embedded into the handle and a trigger on the underside to heat the knife. I was amazed at how quickly the knife cooled after setting it to maximum heat, it took less than a minute for the "blade" to cool completely. And this thing, let me tell you, is a total game changer. If been working with foam insulation boards for years to make various halloween and Christmas decorations and the entire time if been using a bread knife, which was the least functional tool I think I could've been using. I saw the hot knife in a YouTube tutorial and it's an absolute godsend!The staff in the store were friendly and helped me find what I needed immediately. The price was comparable to the lowest price I found of similar items online but with the convenience of not having to wait for shipping.Definitely will be shopping here in the future! I am hooked on the BAUER power tools line. Also the led lights are a good deal here. 5 stars for the items and deals. 3 stars for the customer service. Nearly had to argue with the manager here over a sale they had buy a tool get a free battery. The manager had no clue.

I love using the sales this place offers. I hate arguing with the female workers about discounts offered not advertised in store. Nobody should pay full price for anything here. But the employees at this store aren't trying to save anyone money if you aren't already aware of the sale yourself.

All that $ they spend on making sure I see there ads every hr, but when I go in yesterday to purchase a fairly expensive handtool, and my first visit to any harbor freight, after ten min of looking for it, and asking not one, but three employees where I could find it, the best I got was an aisle #. Now had they just showed me where it was, would've been the easiest $200 sale of the day. After 15 min, and 1 tells me an aisle #, 2 tells me she hasnt clocked in yet, though we're in the aisle it supposedly was in, and 3 tells me to go ask #1?! Went across the street the Home Depot. 2 stars because they did have some decent looking things for decent $, too bad I can't tell u if they're any good or not

Helpful staff, great deals! Be sure to get on the mailing list to get their free coupons and catalogs in the mail for even greater savings! Cashiers help you find what you're after and see to it that you get help out if you need it. They have a great and fair return policy. Check these guys out before going anywhere else, you won't regret it.

I've called 3 times to check if they have something in stock, and the same woman keeps answering, saying she'll check, then putting me on hold and not coming back. I've spent over 45 minutes now trying to get an answer to my question and all that I get is the employees lying to me.

Affordable prices service is good service is always good good customer service always on top of things always in stock never had a problem with them always will take items that I selected throughout the time back but the only one problem I ever had was I would want to go return item that was past 90 days and I did have the receipt mind you I did have the receipt didn't matter they were going to give me store credit instead of giving my cash back which really deterred me so therefore are you only give him three stars other than that I'm afraid is a well good place oh mind you customers if you want to get the business account I prefer it because you can get more discounts and even sometimes 100% off almost tools or sections in the store or on the catalog plus I get coupon sent to my phone on their harbor freight app.

Don't like where HF is goingThey got rid of the coupons if you had a inside track club membership. Now, this weekend, you need the coupons for sale items or no discount. Had to show coupon so the checker could get the code. They also have a 15% coupon, I didn't have that one on my phone, so the poor checker had to look it up to give me the discount. So That Slowed the line up.Makes me reevaluate my ITC membership.

You have to love harbor freight. Cheap tools! I mean if you are planning on relying on something important, might not want to get it here... But for those use once, a few times or just not caring too much kinda tools. This is the perfect place.Then there are the amazing deals on things like accessory boxes, drill bits or cheap gloves... And don't forget your coupons!
