We've been going to this pharmacy's soda fountain for decades. My mom, my sister & I went again today for hot fudge sundaes. The young girl who waited on us was sweet, friendly, & capable. She was definitely a part of our great experience! I want to try the "build your own ice cream sandwich" next time!

Its like an old fashion drug store complete with lunch, ice cream & soda fountain. Very nice staff.The Pharmacy is awesome. Very efficient, knowledgable & very helpful and polite staff. Very accommodating!

I called Four refills on my monthly meds. One week, it has taken me one week to pick up my Rx. But when I got to the pharmacy they were not ready. We are moving our business else where .

This is a great place to get vaccinated. Easy to schedule appointment on their website. Also prescriptions are easy to fill here with minimal waiting.

Terrible customer service, can not even hear the old woman who is helping at the counter when you want to pick up your prescription and to top it off they do not keep their word on times on when your prescription will be ready. Already switched to another pharmacy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I always love coming here for the sodas they’re so good and they make it the old fashioned way and it super cool and it’s nice to know the sodas are always fresh

Used to be a fun experience when I was a kid. Now the fountain sodas are $1.25 and you don't even get it in a glass. You get a typical paper coke cup like at a fast food restaurant. The fun experience is gone from this place.

DISCRIMINATING AND JUDGEMEMTAL! NOT EVERYONE WHO TAKES PAIN MEDS IS AN ADDICT.I have 1 script for pain meds for 2 herniated disks in my neck. Because I am only taking that 1 medication and not ANY others, they wont fill it. Also was told it would be double the price.

Worst pharmacy experience in my life! I was treated horribly and it was insinuated I was a drug user! I have never even smoked pot, I do not drink and have only had a pain medication 2 times in my life after surgery. Even then I didn’t take but a few. Absolutely degrading and very embarrassing. It’s too bad because I loved the old town feel and the Soda fountain. Sharing my experiences is not something I do, but this was beyond any realm of horrible client service I have encountered. Please be aware!

I went here to get some prescriptions after taking my wife to the ER. All of the pharmacy technicians were great, however the pharmacist was a little judge mental. We didn’t have a primary care after just moving here, or a prior authorization for a medication for her nebulizer, he said it was “too expensive” instead of giving me the over the counter price. It was only $40, and while that isn’t the cheapest, it is not okay to assume what I can can’t afford.

The pharmacy is run smoothly and even though they are busy they have the capacity and care in their employees to be able to make their patients feel important. Check out is fast and even the people running the store will help at the pharmacy. They had made it very easy to come in and get refills for otherwise hard prescriptions to manage, such as ones requiring MAT. Matt is a smart pharmacist and ethical and understands addiction, something that is very helpful in managing communities during difficult times.

I switched to Grants Pass Pharmacy about a year ago and it was the best decision. The staff and pharmacist are helpful and polite. I have never had to stand in line for more then a few minutes. Love this pharmacy!

I've been going to GP Phrm for a few years. Mom&pops store that has no manners very disrespectful. If i have COPD and can't ware a mask. SORRY! You can't control everything especially my freedom! My spending there is over. Soda Fountain has no class at all.

Can't or won't fill my prescription correctly but charged me double my insurance co pay while only giving me 1/2 my prescription .When Icalled them on it I got a long winded story and a lot of run around and excuses but no full prescription without demands for more money. Was told by Matt that I could go elsewhere for my prescriptions, I agreed completely and hung up. Buyer beware. Did not, would not fill my prescription correctly without demands for more money. Robbery while putting me at risk without my insulin.

Miss the gift items. In one way, the new layout is clean and tidy but very inartistict and cold feeling. Customer service was very snobby and unfriendly, specifically floor manager.

I used to come in here back in highschool. I absolutely loved it back then. Just came into and the kid working at the soda fountain area was not very friendly. Not the best customer service

Loved this place growing up . Now I feel like when I go in I’mAn inconvenience. I went with some friends and their kids this last week when my friend tried to get change for the gumball machine for her child the lady refused and said they were closing soon( not for at least another half hour )

We used to love this place. We always used to get a phosphate and a couple hot dogs and would enjoy looking at the cute cards and overpriced but neat nicknacks. The service from the two young gals was always atrocious (super slow, impossible to get their attention if you ever need anything, always messing up orders and usually grumpy and unpleasant) but it used to be worth it since it wasn’t super expensive and we were rarely in a hurry but now that hotdogs are $4.00 and phosphates are $1.50 it’s just not worth the crummy service. Especially since they are just the low quality Oscar Mayer hot dogs that you can buy a pack of 8 at Walmart for $2.50. We will miss going here, might come back occasionally since we like that you carry Umpqua ice cream still.

We purchased ONE covid test for $50 2 days ago and my husband tested negative. Within 2 hours or so he got a fever and we purchased a much more affordable kit from elsewhere and he was positive with both tests. Not worth the $ in my opinion.

Nice little place...parking is in back and in adjacent lot and can be a pain at times. It's a small operation do if there are several customers be prepared to wait a little. Nice staff and good customer service. Also has an old school soda counter up front...

I visited Grants Pass Pharmacy to get some medications for pre-surgery trials and the sales woman told me they had a surgery kit I would need for my hospital stay. I purchased the bag of items and I noticed the sales woman writing on the receipt in 2 separate places that the items were not returnable. I thought this a rather odd business procedure but since I never return anything to a store I just paid and left. When I returned home and unpacked the plastic bag it contained 5 large bandages to cover a knee, 4 smaller bandages and a 4" ace bandage. I was rather surprised that I had paid $34.95 for this small amount of medical supplies. I went online and priced all the exact items at 5-7 different stores and found that the total cost of the items was $19.11. Boy, that was a huge difference, not just a few dollars! I contacted the owner and she informed me that since they had to open the boxes to sell the individual bandages and that no one else in Grants Pass sold these bandages that was why they were so expensive, and then she hung up on me.I suggest you be careful when shopping at Grants Pass Pharmacy if money, or customer service is an issue. A $20 medical package sold for $35.00 is way overpriced. I have never felt cheated doing business with anyone before this, but I have to say this felt a little dishonest and a local small town business that I went out of my way to support!Shelley

I was approached within a couple of minutes of entering the Grants Pass Pharmacy, and pleasantly surprised at the quick service. "May I help you?" WOW! Really friendly service. And the ladies there are very knowledgeable. This pharmacy is fully stocked with every medical supply imaginable. Thank You Grants Pass Pharmacy for helping me pick the correct items I needed for my dad.

Beautiful old time pharmacy with the soda fountain and all the nostalgic feels 💜 The sandwich deli is pretty darn good too and of course the umpqua ice cream! The price is just right also. 100% recommend 👍👌

A lot of places in Josephine County take advantage of their customers not having many options, offering bad service for very high prices. Grants Pass Pharmacy perhaps takes the cake, preying on people with COVID concerns. While every place within 100 miles sells two-pack, take home tests for $25, GPP sells single, take home tests for $40 each. I'm not sure what their reasoning is, besides wanting to make money off of poor people, but they have lost me as a customer, along with the other 18 people that I work with.
